In the invention, when in use, waste materials are poured into the second shell 3 through the feed hopper 5, disinfectant is poured into the water tank 10 through the water inlet hopper 11, the motor 9 is started, the output shaft of the motor 9 drives the rotating shaft 19 to rotate, the rotating shaft 19 simultaneously drives the gear 27 and the second rotating rod 16 to rotate, the second rotating rod 16 drives the second belt pulley 17 and the fifth rotating rod 39 to rotate, the second belt pulley 17 drives the first belt pulley 15 to rotate through the first belt 18, the first belt pulley 15 drives the first rotating rod 14 to rotate, the first rotating rod 14 and the second rotating rod 16 simultaneously drive the first stirring rod 20 to stir, simultaneously the gear 27 drives the large gear 26 to rotate, the large gear 26 drives the third rotating rod 24 to rotate, the third rotating rod 24 drives the cam 25 to rotate, the cam 25 can drive the first sliding rod 32 to reciprocate up and down once per rotation, when the first sliding rod moves upwards in the water barrel 28, the sliding rod 32 drives the piston 31 to move upwards, meanwhile, the sliding rod 32 deforms the spring 33, at this time, the disinfectant in the water cylinder 28 is transported to the spray head 35 through the water pipe 34 under the pressure of the piston, then the lower disinfectant is sprayed on the waste material of the second shell 3 through the spray head 35, then the first stirring rod 20 stirs the disinfectant to enable the disinfectant to be fully contacted with the waste material, then the electromagnetic valve 22 on the material conveying pipe 6 is opened to enable the disinfected waste material in the second shell 3 to enter the third shell 4, then the heater 44 starts to heat the waste material, harmful gas in the waste material is rapidly volatilized through the stirring of the first stirring rod 20, meanwhile, the fifth rotating rod 39 drives the third belt pulley 40 to rotate, the third belt pulley 40 drives the fourth belt pulley 41 to rotate through the second belt 42, the fourth belt pulley 41 drives the fourth rotating rod 37 to rotate, the fourth rotating rod 37 simultaneously drives the fan blades 38 and the second stirring rod 43 to rotate, when the fan blades 38 rotate, wind power is generated, so that harmful gas in the third casing 4 is conveyed into the fourth casing 12 through the exhaust pipe 13, purified by activated carbon particles in the fourth casing 12, and meanwhile, the second stirring rod 43 for stirring enables the harmful gas to be fully contacted with the activated carbon particles, and the purified harmful gas is discharged out of the fourth casing 12.
