A fire extinguishing device utilizing a boosting rocket for projection is provided with a device platform, wherein a water pipe placing area is arranged above the device platform, soft water conveying pipes are stacked in the water pipe placing area according to a circle or a figure 8, the boosting rocket is fixedly connected with a water outlet at the top end of the water conveying pipe, an inclined slide rail type launcher is arranged on one side of the water pipe placing area, and the boosting rocket is placed on the launcher; the other end of the water delivery pipe is fixedly connected to a water pump, the water pump is fixedly arranged on the equipment platform, and the other end of the water pump is communicated with a water source.
