Abstract
The invention discloses a patch for treating infantile diarrhea, which comprises effective components and an external patch, wherein the effective components comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-8 parts of pepper, 8-10 parts of plantain seed, 5-8 parts of cinnamon, 4-8 parts of fructus evodiae and 6-11 parts of clove. The invention consists of pepper, plantain seed, cinnamon, evodia rutaecarpa and clove, and has the functions of resolving dampness, activating spleen, warming middle-jiao and checking diarrhea.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of infantile diarrhea, in particular to a patch for treating infantile diarrhea.
Background
Infantile diarrhea is a group of diseases mainly caused by multiple pathogens and multiple factors. It is mainly characterized by increased stool frequency and changed properties, and can be accompanied by symptoms such as fever, emesis, abdominal pain, etc., and different degrees of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorder. Pathogens can be caused by viruses (mainly human rotaviruses and other enteroviruses), bacteria (pathogenic escherichia coli, toxigenic escherichia coli, hemorrhagic escherichia coli, invasive escherichia coli, salmonella typhimurium, campylobacter jejuni, yersinia, staphylococcus aureus, etc.), parasites, fungi, and the like. Parenteral infections, disturbances of the intestinal flora due to abuse of antibiotics, allergies, improper feeding and climatic factors can also cause diseases. Is a common disease of infants under 2 years old.
At present, western medicines for treating infantile diarrhea are orally taken with antibiotics such as pipemidic acid, gentamicin, ampicillin, erythromycin or amikacin. The antibiotic has strong influence on the balance of intestinal flora, and the umbilical region application therapy in the traditional Chinese medicine external treatment therapy is also a more common method for treating the infantile diarrhea.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a patch for treating infantile diarrhea.
The invention provides a patch for treating infantile diarrhea, which comprises effective components and an external patch, wherein the effective components comprise the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-8 parts of pepper, 8-10 parts of plantain seed, 5-8 parts of cinnamon, 4-8 parts of fructus evodiae and 6-11 parts of clove.
Preferably, the raw materials of the effective components have the following values in parts by weight: 7 parts of pepper, 9 parts of semen plantaginis, 7 parts of cinnamon, 6 parts of fructus evodiae and 9 parts of clove.
Preferably, the external patch includes a non-woven fabric layer and a blank substrate.
Preferably, the blank matrix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of deionized water, 0.01-0.03 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and 2-4 parts of alcohol.
Preferably, the blank matrix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 6 parts of deionized water, 0.002 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate and 3 parts of alcohol.
Preferably, the concentration of the alcohol is 95%.
The preparation method of the patch for treating infantile diarrhea comprises the following steps of:
s1: the following materials are selected as raw materials for preparing pepper and plantain seed, and cinnamon, evodia rutaecarpa and clove are soaked and cleaned;
s2: drying the cleaned raw materials in the step S1, and grinding into powder;
s3; adding 15-20 parts of water into the medicinal powder obtained in the step S2, heating and boiling, and filtering to obtain a filtrate;
s4: concentrating the filtrate in S3 to obtain concentrated paste;
