The other ends of the first swing arm connecting rod 103 and the second swing arm connecting rod 104 are rotatably connected with the vacuum flip 102. When the vacuum lid 102 is pulled up, the first swing arm link 103 and the second swing arm link 104 rotate with respect to the mounting shaft, and the vacuum lid 102 can be moved back and forth left and right. The automatic production method of dried tofu of the present embodiment is basically the same as embodiment 1, and the main differences are as follows: two upright columns which are obliquely arranged on a support frame 405 in the feeding mechanism 4 are internally provided with a slide rail 403 and a chain wheel; the carrying plate 400 is provided with a first sliding block 401 and a second sliding block 402 which are matched with the sliding rail 403, and a second driving motor 407 drives the chain wheel to rotate, so that the carrying plate 400 is driven to lift along the upright post of the supporting frame 405, and dried tofu is conveyed to a specific station. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the carrying plate 400 includes a flat plate horizontally disposed and a baffle plate obliquely disposed at a certain angle with the flat plate, and the dried tofu placed on the flat plate after being placed in the basket is set by the baffle plate to prevent the basket for placing the dried tofu from slipping off during transportation and causing injury to people. The outer side of the bottom of the flat plate and the outer side of the baffle are respectively provided with a first sliding block 401 and a second sliding block 402, the first sliding block 401 and the second sliding block 402 are in sliding fit with the sliding rail 403, two ends of the first sliding block 401 and two ends of the second sliding block 402 are connected with chain wheels, and the chain wheels are connected with a second driving motor 407. The second electromagnetic valve group 117 is arranged on the air path pipeline of the first cylinder 114, the first cylinder 114 is controlled to operate by opening and closing the second electromagnetic valve group 117, and the control process is simple and convenient and easy to implement.
Specifically, a piston rod at the top of the first cylinder 114 is fixedly connected with a swing rod 113, and the swing rod 113 is connected with the mounting plate 111 and can swing left and right relative to the mounting plate 111; the mounting plate 111 is respectively connected with the mounting shafts for mounting the first swing arm connecting rod 103 and the second swing arm connecting rod 104, i.e. the mounting shafts between the two first swing arm connecting rods 103 and the mounting shafts between the two second swing arm connecting rods 104 are both rotationally connected with the mounting plate 111. The gas pumped out by the vacuum pump 107 is conveyed into the first cylinder 114 for secondary utilization, so that the piston rod of the first cylinder 114 is stretched, the first swing arm connecting rod 103 and the second swing arm connecting rod 104 are driven to swing together, and the vacuum flip 102 is automatically turned back and forth.
In operation, and taking the orientation of FIG. 2 as an example, the first cylinder 114 is tilted to the right, the piston rod is extended, and the vacuum flip 102 is placed over the right support 100. After the dried tofu in the right supporting table 100 is sealed, the vacuum flip 102 is turned to the left supporting table 100 to drive the piston rod of the first cylinder 114 to contract, the first cylinder 114 is forced to tilt left, the swing rod 113 starts to swing right, the mounting shaft (i.e., the mounting shaft between the two first swing arm connecting rods 103 and the mounting shaft between the two second swing arm connecting rods 104) is rotated through the mounting plate 111 to drive the two first swing arm connecting rods 103 and the two second swing arm connecting rods 104 to swing left together, and the vacuum flip 102 completes the turnover.
In addition, the first cylinder 114 and the vacuum pump 107 are controlled by a P L C controller (the existing P L C controller is adopted for control, the control principle can refer to the utility model with Chinese patent application number of 201720784243.8) to control start and stop, a control panel is further arranged on the vacuum packaging machine 1, relevant parameters can be input in the control panel, so that the working process of the vacuum packaging machine 1 is automatically controlled, the control process is simple, the operation is easy, the operation difficulty is greatly reduced, and the operation can be performed by common workers.
When the automatic vacuum packaging production is carried out on the dried tofu, the supporting tables 100 on the two sides alternately work, when the supporting table 100 on one side is in a working state, the bagged dried tofu to be sealed is placed in the supporting table 100 in a non-working state, and after the sealing of the bagged dried tofu on one side is finished, the vacuum flip cover 102 is automatically turned up under the driving of the first cylinder 114 to press the bagged dried tofu to be sealed for vacuum packaging; and taking off the sealed bagged dried tofu and transporting the bagged dried tofu to a boxing station, and then placing the bagged dried tofu to be sealed again for the next vacuum packaging.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic production method of dried tofu is characterized by comprising the following operation steps:
the method comprises the following steps: conveying the dried tofu to a specific station for metering through a feeding mechanism (4) after the dried tofu is placed in a basket;
the feeding mechanism (4) comprises a supporting frame (405) and an object carrying plate (400), the object carrying plate (400) is slidably mounted on the supporting frame (405), and dried tofu is placed on the object carrying plate (400) after being placed in a basket and lifted to be conveyed to a specific station for metering;
step two: the metered dried tofu is conveyed to a bagging mechanism (3) through a conveying mechanism (2) for bagging;
the metered dried tofu is placed in a punching cylinder (200) of a conveying mechanism (2) and conveyed to a punching station along with a conveying guide rail (207), and the dried tofu in the punching cylinder (200) is punched out to a packaging bag (300) of a bagging mechanism (3) by a punching block (201) to be bagged;
step three: conveying the bagged dried tofu to a vacuum packaging machine (1) through a conveying belt (5) for vacuum packaging;
placing unsealed bagged dried tofu on a heat sealing strip (101) on a supporting table (100) of a vacuum packaging machine (1), covering a vacuum flip cover (102) to form an evacuation chamber, and starting a vacuum pump (107) to evacuate the evacuation chamber; the gas pumped by the vacuum pump (107) is conveyed to the first cylinder (114) through a pipeline; simultaneously heating the heat sealing strip (101) to carry out heat sealing on the packaging bag (300); then, starting a first cylinder (114) to drive the vacuum turnover cover (102) to turn up, and taking down the packaged dried tofu;
step four: and (5) boxing and storing the vacuum-packaged dried tofu in a warehouse.
