The Zigbee technology is a wireless communication technology applied to short distance and low speed, and is mainly used for data transmission between various electronic devices with short distance, low power consumption, and low transmission speed, and typically has applications of periodic data, intermittent data, and low reaction time data transmission.
With respect to the order, payment operations are also typically involved. In some embodiments, the user completes payment by performing an online payment operation on a mobile device or similar information processing device within a specified payment period after the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel feeds back the reservation success information. In some embodiments, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel may provide an input information field of the payment account at the reservation page, and request the user to input information of the relevant payment account, so that after the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel feeds back the reservation success information, the corresponding fee is deducted from the relevant payment account provided by the user within the expected time. In some embodiments, after the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel feeds back the reservation success information, the user is not required to pay, but is required to pay when a check-in operation is subsequently performed using the reservation order. In addition, the payer for the predetermined order is not limited, and the payer may be the user who operates the predetermined order, the actually checked-in user, or another contact related to the user or the checked-in user, and the contact may be associated with the user or another contact related to the checked-in user through a mobile phone number, a social account, or the like.
Thus, in step S11, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel obtains the corresponding reservation order and the reservation information in the reservation order according to the information input by the check-in user, where the reservation information includes the attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user.
In some embodiments, obtaining attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user in the subscription information may include obtaining attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user input by the user in a predetermined order. For example, the information related to the attribute information of the mobile device of the checked-in user may be input by the user in a predetermined page provided by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel, for example, in one case, the attribute information of the mobile device of the checked-in user is directly input by the user, for example, NFC-enabled, RFID-enabled, bluetooth-enabled, Zigbee attributes, and the like. In one scenario, the model of the mobile device that the user is logged into is entered by the user, e.g., iPhone 8, iPhone 11, Huawei P30, Samsung S10, etc. In one scenario, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel provides various attribute information options in a reservation page, and the user hooks the attribute information of the user's mobile device in these attribute information options.
In some embodiments, the manner of obtaining the attribute information of the mobile device of the user included in the subscription information may obtain the attribute information of the mobile device of the user through an application program. For example, if the user performing the predetermined order operation is the same person as the subsequent user using the predetermined order, the attribute information of the mobile device can be automatically obtained by setting the APP application of the authorized OTA platform or the APP application specific to the hotel, and here, the APP application of the OTA platform or the APP application specific to the hotel can automatically obtain the attribute information of the mobile device of the user without manual operation of the user. Of course, the application program may also adopt other application programs of a third party.
In some embodiments, the manner of obtaining the attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user in the subscription information may obtain the attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user through the history data of the check-in user. For example, based on the information of the check-in user, the attribute information of the current mobile device can be obtained from the past historical data.
When a check-in user wants to use the reservation order (i.e., transact a check-in registration with the reservation order), the check-in user can obtain its corresponding reservation order by inputting at least one of the reservation information in the relevant reservation order, such as credential information, communication information, etc.
In an embodiment, the attribute information matches the device permissions of the target hotel. Wherein the target hotel devices include, but are not limited to: one or more of a guest room access control, an elevator landing control, and a cell access control. Alternatively, the device may cover other functional facilities if the target hotel is configured with such facilities, for example, the device may also include a parking gate of the hotel, a restaurant, a pub, a conference room, a living room, a gym room, a garden, etc.
Step S13, according to the acquired guest room determination information of the target hotel, sending a card making data request to the target hotel, and generating an electronic room card based on the received card making data and the reservation information returned by the target hotel, wherein the card making data is associated with the equipment of the target hotel.
And when the check-in user needs to use the predetermined order, generating the room determining information by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel according to the corresponding operation of the check-in user.
In some embodiments, the manner of obtaining the room determination information of the target hotel may include: and receiving guest room determination information acquired by the target hotel according to the reservation information. For example, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel receives the guest room determination information acquired by the target hotel according to the reservation information. For example, according to the operation of the check-in user (for example, operating the reservation order and inputting the corresponding reservation information or checking in, etc.), the target hotel selects the room matching the reservation order according to the reservation order to form room confirmation information, and sends the room confirmation information to the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel.
In some embodiments, the manner of obtaining the room determination information of the target hotel may include: and acquiring guest room determining information of the target hotel corresponding to the reservation information according to the reservation information. For example, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel obtains the guest room determination information of the target hotel corresponding to the booking information according to the booking information. For example, the target hotel sends all room information that can be checked in to the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel, and the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel selects a room matching with a predetermined order from the checked-in rooms of the target hotel according to the operation of the check-in user (such as operating the predetermined order and inputting the corresponding reservation information or checking in, etc.) to form room confirmation information.
Subsequently, in step S13, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel may send a card making data request to the target hotel and obtain card making data returned by the target hotel according to the obtained guest room determination information of the target hotel.
In some embodiments, the method of sending a card making data request to the target hotel and obtaining card making data returned by the target hotel may comprise: according to the operation of the check-in user (such as operating the reservation order and inputting the corresponding reservation information or checking in, etc.), the target hotel selects the guest room matched with the reservation order according to the reservation order to form guest room confirmation information, and transmits the guest room determination information to a server of an information management service system of the OTA platform or a server of a hotel management system of the target hotel, in this way, the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel sends a card making data request to the target hotel according to the acquired guest room determination information of the target hotel, and the target hotel sends the card making data of the selected guest room in the guest room determination information to a server of an information management service system of the OTA platform or a server of a hotel management system of the target hotel according to the card making data request. Or, the target hotel selects a guest room matched with the reservation order according to the reservation order to generate guest room confirmation information according to the operation of the check-in user (for example, operating the reservation order and inputting corresponding reservation information or checking in, and the like), and sends the guest room confirmation information and the card making data corresponding to the selected guest room to the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel.
In some embodiments, the method of sending a card making data request to the target hotel and obtaining card making data returned by the target hotel may comprise: according to the operation of the check-in user (such as operating the reservation order and inputting the corresponding reservation information or checking in, etc.), the target hotel selects the guest room matched with the reservation order according to the reservation order to form guest room confirmation information, and transmits the guest room determination information to a server of an information management service system of the OTA platform or a server of a hotel management system of the target hotel, in this way, the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel sends a card making data request to the target hotel according to the acquired guest room determination information of the target hotel, and the target hotel sends the card making data of the selected guest room in the guest room determination information to a server of an information management service system of the OTA platform or a server of a hotel management system of the target hotel according to the card making data request. Or, the target hotel selects a guest room matched with the reservation order according to the reservation order to generate guest room confirmation information according to the operation of the check-in user (for example, operating the reservation order and inputting corresponding reservation information or checking in, and the like), and sends the guest room confirmation information and the card making data corresponding to the selected guest room to the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel.
In some embodiments, the manner of sending a card making data request to the target hotel and obtaining card making data returned by the target hotel may include: the method comprises the steps that a target hotel sends all room information which can be checked in and card making data matched with the rooms to a server of an information management service system of an OTA platform or a server of a hotel management system of the target hotel, the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel selects the rooms matched with a preset order from the checked-in rooms of the target hotel according to the operation of a check-in user (such as operation of the preset order and input of corresponding reservation information or check-in, and the like) to form room confirmation information, and card making data of the rooms matched with the preset order are obtained.
In step S13, after the obtained guest room determination information of the target hotel and the card making data matched with the guest room are obtained, an electronic room card may be generated based on the received card making data and the reservation information returned by the target hotel.
However, in the embodiment, as described above, the electronic room card is generated based on the received card making data and the reservation information returned by the target hotel, and therefore, for the hotel management security requirement and the security of the check-in user, the identity of the check-in user needs to be checked based on the reservation information.
In an embodiment, before generating the electronic room card, the method further comprises the step of performing identity verification on the check-in user, that is, the electronic room card is generated by performing identity verification on the check-in user and based on the card making data and the booking information of the target hotel after passing the identity verification.
Referring to FIG. 2, a flow diagram illustrating steps for generating an electronic house card in one embodiment is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the step of generating the electronic house card includes:

In the embodiment, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel acquires the booking information of the target hotel submitted by the user, and acquires the identity information of the check-in user according to the booking information.
In some embodiments, as mentioned above, the reservation page provided by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel includes fields such as "check-in user", "certificate information of the check-in user", and "mobile phone number of the check-in user", and the user forms the reservation order after inputting the fields. Therefore, the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel may obtain corresponding order information according to the operation of the check-in user (for example, operating the predetermined order and inputting the corresponding reservation information or checking in, etc.), wherein the order information includes the identity information of the check-in user, for example, the name of the check-in user, the identity card number of the check-in user, the mobile phone number of the check-in user, etc.
Step S23, obtaining the live face feature of the check-in user to check the identity of the check-in user in the reservation information.
In an embodiment, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel obtains the on-site facial features of the check-in user to verify the identity of the check-in user in the reservation information.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow chart illustrating steps for obtaining live facial features of the check-in user to check the identity of the check-in user in the subscription information according to an embodiment is shown.
As shown in fig. 3, the step of obtaining the live face features of the check-in user to check the identity of the check-in user in the reservation information includes:
step S301, acquiring a live face image of the check-in user and certificate information of the check-in user.
In an embodiment, an information management service system of the OTA platform or a hotel management system of a target hotel acquires a live face image of a check-in user and certificate information of the check-in user.
Regarding the face image of the check-in user, in some embodiments, the check-in user starts a camera of the mobile device of the check-in user and shoots the face of the check-in user through the camera, and the obtained on-site face image is sent to the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel.
Regarding the certificate information of the check-in user, in some embodiments, the check-in user turns on a camera of the mobile device of the check-in user and shoots a certificate (e.g., an identity card) of the check-in user through the camera, and sends the obtained on-site certificate image to the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel. In some embodiments, a check-in user calls a certificate image pre-stored in a mobile device or cloud storage by means of picture submission and sends the certificate image to an information management service system of the OTA platform or a hotel management system of a target hotel.
In an implementation manner, the above-mentioned on-site face image and certificate information of the check-in user are acquired and sent to the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel, which can be implemented in the APP application program of the OTA platform or the APP application program specific to the hotel. Generally, the APP application of the OTA platform or the hotel proprietary APP application may add functionality such as identity authentication including, for example, face image upload controls, certificate image upload controls, and the like.
Through step S301, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel obtains the live face image of the check-in user and the certificate information of the check-in user.
Step S303, obtaining corresponding identity information from pre-stored data according to the obtained certificate information and matching the face image with the face features in the identity information.
In the embodiment, a check-in user sends a face image and certificate information related to the check-in user to an information management service system of an OTA platform or a hotel management system of a target hotel through mobile equipment, and the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel obtains corresponding identity information from pre-stored data according to the certificate information and matches the face image with face features in the identity information.
In some embodiments, the manner of matching, by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel, the facial image with the facial features in the identity information may include: and extracting the facial features of the check-in user from the facial image, and comparing the facial features with the facial features in the identity information to perform people authentication verification on the check-in user. The facial features of the living user in the face image can be extracted through a feature extraction algorithm. The feature extraction algorithm includes, but is not limited to: a method based on geometric features, a method based on template matching, a face recognition method based on wavelet theory, a method based on a support vector machine, a method based on an artificial neural network and the like.
For example, feature data (such as the distance between feature points) is acquired according to the distance description between the facial organ morphology description and the organ in the image, the geometric description of the structural relationship between the local and local parts is used as the facial feature, then the acquired feature data is compared with the facial feature of the check-in user, and when the similarity threshold of the acquired feature data and the registered facial feature exceeds a set threshold, the check-in user passes and the identity of the check-in user is determined.
Step S305, sending the check result of the identity of the check-in user.
In an embodiment, the identity verification result is sent to the mobile device of the check-in user by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel. The user identity verification result may be information that the identity verification passes or fails, but not limited thereto, and the user identity verification result may be a specific value of the user identity verification matching degree, for example, the user identity verification matching degree is 36%, 78%, 90%, and the like.
And step S25, after the identity verification of the check-in user is passed, generating an electronic room card based on the card making data and the reservation information of the target hotel.
In an embodiment, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel generates an electronic room card based on card making data and booking information of the target hotel after passing the identity verification of the check-in user. Wherein the card making data of the target hotel is associated with the equipment of the target hotel.
In some embodiments, the step of generating an electronic room card based on the card making data and the reservation information of the target hotel may comprise: and generating an electronic room card by an information management service system of the OTA platform or a hotel management system of the target hotel based on card making data and reservation information of the target hotel.
And step S15, sending the electronic house card to the mobile equipment of the check-in user through identity verification.
In an embodiment, the sending of the electronic room card to the mobile device of the checked-in user passing the identity verification is performed by an information management service system of the OTA platform or a hotel management system of the target hotel.
In some implementation manners, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel directly sends the electronic room card to the mobile device of the check-in user through a short message and the like.
In some implementations, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel sends the electronic room card to the mobile device of the check-in user by pushing in the APP.
In addition, in step S15, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel further sends the generated electronic room card to the device of the target hotel corresponding to the card making data in the electronic room card for storage.
In some embodiments, if the target hotel card data is associated with a cell access control and a room access control in the target hotel, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel further sends the generated electronic room card to the control device of the cell access control and the control device of the room access control of the target hotel and stores the generated electronic room card.
Taking the control device of the community entrance guard as an example,
the control device for the community gate may include components such as a reader, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), a peripheral interface, and the like, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. In some embodiments, the control device of the cell gate may further include an audio circuit, a speaker, a microphone, an input/output (I/O) subsystem, a display screen, and the like.
And the control device of the community entrance guard is in communication connection with the community door lock. The communication connection mode between the control device of the community entrance guard and the community door lock can adopt wired communication connection or wireless communication connection. In an exemplary embodiment, the control device of the cell gate inhibition can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as Wi-Fi, 433M wireless network, 3G, 4G, 5G or a combination thereof. As described above, the attribute information of the mobile device may include at least one of a Near Field Communication (NFC) attribute, an RFID attribute, a bluetooth attribute, and a Zigbee attribute, and thus, in an exemplary embodiment, the control device of the cell gate may further facilitate short-range communication through a Near Field Communication (NFC) module, a bluetooth module, a Zigbee module, or a combination thereof. Taking the attribute information of the mobile device as an NFC attribute as an example, the reader in the control device of the cell gate inhibition is an NFC reading module.
Taking the guest room access control device as an example, the guest room access control device may include a reader, a memory controller, one or more processing units (CPUs), a peripheral interface, and the like, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. In some embodiments, the control device of the guest room entrance guard may further include an audio circuit, a speaker, a microphone, an input/output (I/O) subsystem, a display screen, and the like.
The control device of the guest room entrance guard is in communication connection with a guest room control system and a guest room door lock in the guest room. The communication connection mode of the control device of the guest room entrance guard, the guest room control system in the guest room and the guest room door lock can adopt wired communication connection or wireless communication connection. In an exemplary embodiment, the control device of the guest room entrance guard can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as Wi-Fi, 433M wireless network, 3G, 4G, 5G or a combination thereof. As previously mentioned, the attribute information of the mobile device may include at least one of a Near Field Communication (NFC) attribute, an RFID attribute, a bluetooth attribute, and a Zigbee attribute, and thus, in an exemplary embodiment, the control means of the guest room entrance guard may further facilitate short-range communication through a Near Field Communication (NFC) module, a bluetooth module, a Zigbee module, or a combination thereof. Taking the attribute information of the mobile device as the NFC attribute as an example, the reader in the control device of the guest room entrance guard is an NFC reading module.
When a check-in user uses a guest room by using a mobile device with attribute information, the check-in user arrives at a preset guest room, the mobile device is close to a control device of a guest room entrance guard of the guest room, a reader in the control device of the guest room entrance guard reads electronic room card information of an electronic room card in the mobile device, the electronic room card information in the mobile device and the electronic room card information of a prestored electronic room card are authenticated, and after the check-in user passes, the check-in user can be granted the service authority of using the guest room.
Taking the attribute information of the mobile device as the NFC attribute as an example, the step of authenticating the electronic room card by the control device of the guest room entrance guard may include:
an NFC reading module in the control device of the guest room entrance guard reads the electronic room card in the mobile equipment of the living user to acquire the electronic room card information of the electronic room card.
The control device of the guest room access control compares, analyzes and judges the acquired electronic house card information with the pre-stored electronic house card information so as to check the validity of the electronic house card information in the mobile equipment.
And if the check is passed, and the electronic room card information in the mobile equipment is determined to be valid, the control device of the guest room access control generates a corresponding control instruction. For example, the control device of the guest room entrance guard generates a door opening instruction and sends the door opening instruction to the guest room door lock in communication connection with the control device of the guest room entrance guard, so that the guest room door lock opens the door lock according to the received door opening instruction, and at the moment, the user can open the door of the guest room. The control device of the guest room entrance guard generates a room control authorization instruction and sends the room control authorization instruction to a guest room control system in communication connection with the control device of the guest room entrance guard, so that the guest room control system distributes power and is electrified in the guest room according to the received room control authorization instruction, and a user can use the power after entering the guest room.
The electronic house card is generated based on card making data and reservation information of the target hotel, the defects that an entity electromagnetic house door card is not easy to carry, lose and damage in the related technology can be overcome, meanwhile, cost expenditure for arranging workers or configuring self-service equipment in the target hotel can be saved, convenience is brought to users to use and hotel management, hotel management efficiency is improved, and cost is saved.
In an embodiment, the electronic room card at least includes identity information and guest room information of the check-in user, but not limited thereto, and the electronic room card may further include one or more of information of a limited term, check-in date and departure date of the check-in user, service authority shared by the check-in user, and the like. The service authority at least comprises a guest room use authority, such as a guest room door lock opening authority and a guest room power-taking authority. Alternatively, if the hotel is configured with other functional facilities, the service right may also cover these other functional facilities, for example, the service right may also include service rights of functional facilities such as a parking lot, a restaurant, a wine gallery, a conference room, an activity room, a fitness room, and a garden of the hotel, and these service rights may include but are not limited to: at least one of information such as authority level, usage time limit, usage time period, usage number, etc.
According to the hotel card making method, the card making data request is sent to the target hotel by acquiring the booking information of the target hotel submitted by the user and the guest room determining information of the target hotel, the electronic room card is generated based on the received card making data and the booking information, the electronic room card is sent to the mobile equipment of the check-in user through identity verification, so that the check-in user can use various equipment related to the card making data in the target hotel by using the electronic room card, the safety guarantee of real-name check-in is provided, intelligent electronic room card management can be carried out, unmanned autonomous management of the hotel is realized, the operation cost is saved, and the check-in efficiency and check-in experience of the user are improved.
The embodiment of the application further provides a hotel card making system. Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic structural diagram of the hotel card-making system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the hotel card-making system 4 includes an information acquisition module 41, an electronic house card generation module 43, and an information transmission module 45.
The information obtaining module 41 is configured to obtain the booking information of the target hotel submitted by the user.
In an embodiment, the booking information of the target hotel includes attribute information of a mobile device of a check-in user, and the attribute information matches with the device authority of the target hotel.
In some embodiments, the reservation information of the user is related information in a reservation order of the user for the target hotel. The reservation order of the target hotel is reservation information or order information of the target hotel on the relevant service content.
In an embodiment, the user's subscription order is booked by the user's mobile device or other similar means.
Taking the mobile device of the user as an example, the mobile device may be loaded with APP applications or electronic devices with a web page/website access capability, where the APP applications include applications that traditionally need to be installed separately (e.g., APP applications of an OTA platform, hotel-specific APP applications), and also include applet applications that can be used without being downloaded and installed (e.g., wechat applets, pay-for-your-own applets, etc.). The method comprises the steps that a user accesses an OTA website or a hotel official network for browsing through an APP (such as an APP of an OTA platform, a proprietary APP of a hotel and an applet) or a web browser, and fills reservation information for a target hotel according to the requirement of a check-in user (such as check-in time, the number of rooms, the type of the rooms and the like), an information management service system of the OTA platform or a hotel management system of the target hotel receives a hotel reservation order submitted by the user through mobile equipment, confirms whether room resources capable of meeting the reservation order exist in a room database, processes the reservation order when the satisfaction is confirmed, feeds back reservation success information to the mobile equipment of the user, and generates corresponding order information.
In an embodiment, the mobile device may include components such as memory, memory controllers, one or more processing units (CPUs), peripheral interfaces, RF circuitry, audio circuitry, speakers, microphones, input/output (I/O) subsystems, display screens, other output or control devices, and external ports, which communicate via one or more communication buses or signal lines. The mobile devices include, but are not limited to: such as a tablet computer, a smart phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a smart watch, a notebook computer, etc. The mobile device may be configured with a module having a network connection function, such as at least one of a Wi-Fi module and a bluetooth module.
Of course, the user's subscription order may be booked in other similar ways, for example, in some embodiments, the user's subscription order is fulfilled by other communication devices having web page/website access capabilities. In some embodiments, the user's subscription order is implemented by telephone or email, etc.
Generally, the subscription information of the user includes, but is not limited to: at least one of name, certificate information, communication information, order number, and unit name.
With respect to the name in the subscription information, it is associated with the user. In some application scenarios, the user performing the predetermined reservation order operation is the same person as the check-in user who subsequently uses the predetermined order. In some application scenarios, the user performing the predetermined reservation order operation is not the same person as the check-in user subsequently using the predetermined order.
Thus, in some embodiments, the reservation page provided by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hospitality management system of the target hotel may include fields for "reservation user" and "check-in user" for the user to enter name information of the corresponding person in the fields for "reservation user" and "check-in user", respectively. In some embodiments, the hotel type merchant is more interested in the actual "checked-in user" information than the "reservation user", so that the reservation page provided by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel only includes the "checked-in user" field for the user to input the name information of the corresponding person in the "checked-in user" field.
The certificate type of the certificate information can comprise an identity card, a passport, a driving license, a social security card, a military certificate, a student certificate and the like. The certificate information and the user have a unique corresponding relationship, for example, for a single user, the unique certificate information, passport information, driver license information and the like are provided, and order information associated with the certificate information of the user is acquired based on the original binding relationship between the certificate information and the user. The certificate information mainly comprises identification numbers in the certificate, namely personal ID, and each identification number in the corresponding certificate management system has no repeatability, so that the user corresponding to the ID can be determined.

In some embodiments, the reservation page provided by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel includes only the "check-in user" field, and the "check-in user" field is associated with the corresponding "certificate information of check-in user" field.
The communication information can comprise a mobile phone number, a fixed phone number, a mail address and the like. In some embodiments, the communication information may ensure that the OTA platform or the hotel remains in communication with the user, for example, the OTA platform or the hotel may maintain communication with the user through the communication information, which not only includes two-way communication between the OTA platform or the hotel and the user, such as telephone communication or mail communication, but also includes that the OTA platform or the hotel transmits notification information related to the predetermined order, such as an order confirmation notification, an order expiration reminder, an order change notification, verification information (such as a verification code or a security code), and the like, to the user in a single direction. In some embodiments, the communication information has a similar function to the certificate information, for example, if the mobile phone number or the mail address is authenticated by a real name, the communication information has a unique corresponding relationship with the user. For example, for a single user, the communication information is unique, and order information associated with the communication information is acquired based on the original binding relationship between the communication information and the user individual.
The explanation is given by taking the communication information as a mobile phone number by combining the name in the reservation information. In an embodiment, the subscription information of the user further includes attribute information of a mobile device of the check-in user, and the attribute information of the mobile device matches with the device authority of the target hotel. The attribute information of the mobile device may be, for example, at least one of a Near Field Communication (NFC) attribute, an RFID attribute, a Bluetooth attribute, and a Zigbee attribute.
Among them, NFC is an abbreviation of Near Field Communications, that is, a short-range wireless communication technology, which is a non-contact sensing and identification technology allowing non-contact point-to-point M2M (Machine to Machine) data exchange between electronic devices. The NFC is developed by combining a wireless interconnection technology on the basis of a non-contact Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, and realizes applications such as mobile payment, electronic ticketing, entrance guard, mobile identity identification, anti-counterfeiting and the like by integrating functions of an induction type card reader, an induction type card and point-to-point communication on a single chip and utilizing a mobile terminal.
The RFID is an abbreviation of Radio Frequency Identification, i.e., a video Identification technology, and is one of automatic Identification technologies, and performs contactless bidirectional data communication in a Radio Frequency manner, and reads and writes a recording medium (an electronic tag or a Radio Frequency card) in the Radio Frequency manner, thereby achieving the purposes of identifying a target and exchanging data. The application of RFID is very wide, and typical applications include animal wafers, automobile wafer burglar alarms, access control, parking lot control, production line automation and material management.
Bluetooth (Bluetooth) is an open global specification for wireless data and voice communications, which is a special short-range wireless technology connection that establishes a communication environment for fixed and mobile devices based on a low-cost short-range wireless connection.
The Zigbee technology is a wireless communication technology applied to short distance and low speed, and is mainly used for data transmission between various electronic devices with short distance, low power consumption, and low transmission speed, and typically has applications of periodic data, intermittent data, and low reaction time data transmission.
With respect to the order, payment operations are also typically involved. In some embodiments, the user completes payment by performing an online payment operation on a mobile device or similar information processing device within a specified payment period after the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel feeds back the reservation success information. In some embodiments, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel may provide an input information field of the payment account at the reservation page, and request the user to input information of the relevant payment account, so that after the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel feeds back the reservation success information, the corresponding fee is deducted from the relevant payment account provided by the user within the expected time. In some embodiments, after the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel feeds back the reservation success information, the user is not required to pay, but is required to pay when a check-in operation is subsequently performed using the reservation order. Thus, in step S11, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel obtains the corresponding reservation order and the reservation information in the reservation order according to the information input by the check-in user, where the reservation information includes the attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user.
In some embodiments, obtaining attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user in the subscription information may include obtaining attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user input by the user in a predetermined order. For example, the information related to the attribute information of the mobile device of the checked-in user may be input by the user in a predetermined page provided by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel, for example, in one case, the attribute information of the mobile device of the checked-in user is directly input by the user, for example, NFC-enabled, RFID-enabled, bluetooth-enabled, Zigbee attributes, and the like. In one scenario, the model of the mobile device that the user is logged into is entered by the user, e.g., iPhone 8, iPhone 11, Huawei P30, Samsung S10, etc. In one scenario, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel provides various attribute information options in a reservation page, and the user hooks the attribute information of the user's mobile device in these attribute information options.
In some embodiments, the manner of obtaining the attribute information of the mobile device of the user included in the subscription information may obtain the attribute information of the mobile device of the user through an application program. For example, if the user performing the predetermined order operation is the same person as the subsequent user using the predetermined order, the attribute information of the mobile device can be automatically obtained by setting the APP application of the authorized OTA platform or the APP application specific to the hotel, and here, the APP application of the OTA platform or the APP application specific to the hotel can automatically obtain the attribute information of the mobile device of the user without manual operation of the user. Of course, the application program may also adopt other application programs of a third party.
In some embodiments, the manner of obtaining the attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user in the subscription information may obtain the attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user through the history data of the check-in user. For example, based on the information of the check-in user, the attribute information of the current mobile device can be obtained from the past historical data.
When a check-in user wants to use the reservation order (i.e., transact a check-in registration with the reservation order), the check-in user can obtain its corresponding reservation order by inputting at least one of the reservation information in the relevant reservation order, such as credential information, communication information, etc.
In an embodiment, the attribute information matches the device permissions of the target hotel. Wherein the target hotel devices include, but are not limited to: one or more of a guest room access control, an elevator landing control, and a cell access control. Alternatively, the device may cover other functional facilities if the target hotel is configured with such facilities, for example, the device may also include a parking gate of the hotel, a restaurant, a pub, a conference room, a living room, a gym room, a garden, etc.
The electronic room card generating module 43 is configured to send a card making data request to the target hotel according to the obtained guest room determination information of the target hotel, and generate an electronic room card based on the received card making data and the reservation information returned by the target hotel, where the card making data is associated with the device of the target hotel.
And when the check-in user needs to use the predetermined order, generating the room determining information by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel according to the corresponding operation of the check-in user.
In an embodiment, the hotel card making system further includes an order determining module, configured to determine, according to the reservation information, a room of the target hotel corresponding to the reservation information, and generate room determining information.
In some embodiments, the manner of obtaining the room determination information of the target hotel may include: and receiving guest room determination information acquired by the target hotel according to the reservation information. The guest room determination information acquired by the receiving target hotel according to the reservation information may be received by the information receiving module 41. For example, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel receives the guest room determination information acquired by the target hotel according to the reservation information. In some embodiments, the manner of obtaining the room determination information of the target hotel may include: and acquiring guest room determining information of the target hotel corresponding to the reservation information according to the reservation information. In some embodiments, the manner of sending a card making data request to the target hotel and obtaining card making data returned by the target hotel may include: the method comprises the steps that a target hotel sends all room information which can be checked in and card making data matched with the rooms to a server of an information management service system of an OTA platform or a server of a hotel management system of the target hotel, the server of the information management service system of the OTA platform or the server of the hotel management system of the target hotel selects the rooms matched with a preset order from the checked-in rooms of the target hotel according to the operation of a check-in user (such as operation of the preset order and input of corresponding reservation information or check-in, and the like) to form room confirmation information, and card making data of the rooms matched with the preset order are obtained.
In addition, after the guest room determination information of the target hotel and the card making data matched with the guest room are obtained, an electronic room card can be generated based on the received card making data and the reservation information returned by the target hotel.

The aforementioned implementation manner of obtaining the live facial features of the check-in user to verify the identity of the check-in user in the reservation information may include:

Regarding the certificate information of the check-in user, in some embodiments, the check-in user turns on a camera of the mobile device of the check-in user and shoots a certificate (e.g., an identity card) of the check-in user through the camera, and sends the obtained on-site certificate image to the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel. In some embodiments, a check-in user calls a certificate image pre-stored in a mobile device or cloud storage by means of picture submission and sends the certificate image to an information management service system of the OTA platform or a hotel management system of a target hotel.
In an implementation manner, the above-mentioned on-site face image and certificate information of the check-in user are acquired and sent to the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel, which can be implemented in the APP application program of the OTA platform or the APP application program specific to the hotel. Generally, the APP application of the OTA platform or the hotel proprietary APP application may add functionality such as identity authentication including, for example, face image upload controls, certificate image upload controls, and the like.
Thus, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel acquires the on-site face image of the check-in user and the certificate information of the check-in user.
And then, acquiring corresponding identity information from pre-stored data according to the acquired certificate information and matching the face image with the face features in the identity information.
In the embodiment, a check-in user sends a face image and certificate information related to the check-in user to an information management service system of an OTA platform or a hotel management system of a target hotel through mobile equipment, and the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel obtains corresponding identity information from pre-stored data according to the certificate information and matches the face image with face features in the identity information.
In some embodiments, the manner of matching, by the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel, the facial image with the facial features in the identity information may include: and extracting the facial features of the check-in user from the facial image, and comparing the facial features with the facial features in the identity information to perform people authentication verification on the check-in user. The facial features of the living user in the face image can be extracted through a feature extraction algorithm. The feature extraction algorithm includes, but is not limited to: a method based on geometric features, a method based on template matching, a face recognition method based on wavelet theory, a method based on a support vector machine, a method based on an artificial neural network and the like.
For example, feature data (such as the distance between feature points) is acquired according to the distance description between the facial organ morphology description and the organ in the image, the geometric description of the structural relationship between the local and local parts is used as the facial feature, then the acquired feature data is compared with the facial feature of the check-in user, and when the similarity threshold of the acquired feature data and the registered facial feature exceeds a set threshold, the check-in user passes and the identity of the check-in user is determined.

In an embodiment, the sending of the electronic room card to the mobile device of the checked-in user passing the identity verification is performed by an information management service system of the OTA platform or a hotel management system of the target hotel.
In some implementation manners, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel directly sends the electronic room card to the mobile device of the check-in user through a short message and the like.
In some implementations, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel sends the electronic room card to the mobile device of the check-in user by pushing in the APP.
In addition, the information management service system of the OTA platform or the hotel management system of the target hotel further comprises a step of sending the generated electronic room card to the device of the target hotel corresponding to the card making data in the electronic room card for storage.

The control device of the guest room entrance guard is in communication connection with a guest room control system and a guest room door lock in the guest room. Taking the attribute information of the mobile device as the NFC attribute as an example, the reader in the control device of the guest room entrance guard is an NFC reading module.
When a check-in user uses a guest room by using a mobile device with attribute information, the check-in user arrives at a preset guest room, the mobile device is close to a control device of a guest room entrance guard of the guest room, a reader in the control device of the guest room entrance guard reads electronic room card information of an electronic room card in the mobile device, the electronic room card information in the mobile device and the electronic room card information of a prestored electronic room card are authenticated, and after the check-in user passes, the check-in user can be granted the service authority of using the guest room.
Taking the attribute information of the mobile device as the NFC attribute as an example, the step of authenticating the electronic room card by the control device of the guest room entrance guard may include:
an NFC reading module in the control device of the guest room entrance guard reads the electronic room card in the mobile equipment of the living user to acquire the electronic room card information of the electronic room card.

The electronic house card is generated based on card making data and reservation information of the target hotel, the defects that an entity electromagnetic house door card is not easy to carry, lose and damage in the related technology can be overcome, meanwhile, cost expenditure for arranging workers or configuring self-service equipment in the target hotel can be saved, convenience is brought to users to use and hotel management, hotel management efficiency is improved, and cost is saved.
In an embodiment, the electronic room card at least includes identity information and guest room information of the check-in user, but not limited thereto, and the electronic room card may further include one or more of information of a limited term, check-in date and departure date of the check-in user, service authority shared by the check-in user, and the like. The service authority at least comprises a guest room use authority, such as a guest room door lock opening authority and a guest room power-taking authority. Alternatively, if the hotel is configured with other functional facilities, the service right may also cover these other functional facilities, for example, the service right may also include service rights of functional facilities such as a parking lot, a restaurant, a wine gallery, a conference room, an activity room, a fitness room, and a garden of the hotel, and these service rights may include but are not limited to: at least one of information such as authority level, usage time limit, usage time period, usage number, etc.

The hotel management system is applied to a PMS (permanent magnet system) which is arranged in a hotel, and the memory is in communication connection with the processor.
It will be readily appreciated that the hospitality management system may be implemented by software and hardware contained in a computer device. The computer device may be any computing device with mathematical and logical operations, data processing capabilities, including but not limited to: personal computer equipment, single server, server cluster, distributed server, cloud server, etc.
In some embodiments of the present application, the hotel Management System is, for example, a computerized hotel PMS (Property Management System) System capable of assisting the hotel in business Management and control. The hotel management system comprises at least one computer or server, and in the application, the computer or server of the hotel management system is communicated with sensors, wireless access equipment or monitoring equipment and the like which are arranged in a hotel room, on a door of the hotel room and outside the hotel room such as a hotel corridor, an elevator, a hall and the like, and is also communicated with a hotel card making system of the hotel room including a power taking switch, and the computer or server is used for comprehensively judging the occupancy state of the hotel room through detecting the guest room detection information of the hotel room and the outdoor detection information outside the hotel room so as to determine the power management strategy of the hotel room.
In some embodiments of the present application, the hotel management system may further be in communication connection with an information management service system in a cloud, and the service end may be arranged on one or more entity servers according to various factors such as functions and loads. When distributed in a plurality of entity servers, the server may be composed of servers based on a cloud architecture. For example, a Cloud-based server includes a Public Cloud (Public Cloud) server and a Private Cloud (Private Cloud) server, wherein the Public or Private Cloud server includes Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS). The private cloud service end is used for example for a Mei Tuo cloud computing service platform, an Array cloud computing service platform, an Amazon cloud computing service platform, a Baidu cloud computing platform, a Tencent cloud computing platform and the like. The server may also be formed by a distributed or centralized cluster of servers. For example, the server cluster is composed of at least one entity server. Each entity server is provided with a plurality of virtual servers, each virtual server runs at least one functional module in the hotel information management service system, and the virtual servers are communicated with each other through a network.
In some embodiments, the memory is, for example, network attached memory accessed via RF circuitry or external ports and a communications network, which may be the internet, one or more intranets, Local Area Networks (LANs), wide area networks (WLANs), Storage Area Networks (SANs), etc., or a suitable combination thereof. The memory controller may control access to the memory by other components of the device, such as the CPU and peripheral interfaces. The memory optionally includes high-speed random access memory, and optionally also includes non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory devices, or other non-volatile solid-state memory devices. Access to the memory is optionally controlled by a memory controller by other components of the device, such as a CPU and peripheral interfaces.
In some embodiments, the Memory may also include Volatile Memory (Volatile Memory), such as Random Access Memory (RAM); the Memory may also include a Non-volatile Memory (Non-volatile Memory), such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a flash Memory (flash Memory), a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), or a Solid-State Drive (SSD).
In some embodiments, the processor includes an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities; or a general purpose processor which may be a microprocessor, or any conventional processor such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU). For example, the Digital Signal Processor (DSP), Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, and may implement or execute the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application, for example, the hotel card manufacturing method described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 disclosed in the present application: acquiring reservation information of a target hotel submitted by a user, wherein the reservation information comprises attribute information of mobile equipment of a check-in user, and the attribute information is matched with equipment authority of the target hotel; according to the acquired guest room determination information of the target hotel, sending a card making data request to the target hotel, and generating an electronic room card based on the received card making data and reservation information returned by the target hotel, wherein the card making data is associated with equipment of the target hotel; and sending the electronic house card to the mobile equipment of the check-in user passing the identity verification. For the principles and technical effects of the hotel card-making method, reference is made to the foregoing embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
The present application further provides a computer readable and writable storage medium storing a computer program of the hotel card making method, where the computer program is executed to implement the hotel card making method described in fig. 1 according to the above embodiments.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application.
In the embodiments disclosed herein, the computer-readable and writable storage medium may comprise read-only memory, random-access memory, EEPROM, CD-ROM or other optical disk storage, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, flash memory, a USB flash drive, a removable hard drive, or any other medium that can be used to store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer. Also, any connection is properly termed a computer-readable medium. For example, if the instructions are transmitted from a website, server, or other remote source using a coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave, then the coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, twisted pair, DSL, or wireless technologies such as infrared, radio, and microwave are included in the definition of medium. It should be understood, however, that computer-readable-writable storage media and data storage media do not include connections, carrier waves, signals, or other transitory media, but are intended to be non-transitory, tangible storage media. Disk and disc, as used in this application, includes Compact Disc (CD), laser disc, optical disc, Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), floppy disk and blu-ray disc where disks usually reproduce data magnetically, while discs reproduce data optically with lasers.
In one or more exemplary aspects, the functions described in the computer program of the hotel card manufacturing method described herein may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. The steps of a method or algorithm disclosed herein may be embodied in a processor-executable software module, which may be located on a tangible, non-transitory computer-readable and/or writable storage medium. Tangible, non-transitory computer readable and writable storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a computer.
The flowcharts and block diagrams in the figures described above of the present application illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.

Claims (16)

1. A hotel card making method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring reservation information of a target hotel submitted by a user, wherein the reservation information comprises attribute information of mobile equipment of a check-in user, and the attribute information is matched with equipment authority of the target hotel;
according to the acquired guest room determination information of the target hotel, sending a card making data request to the target hotel, and generating an electronic room card based on the received card making data and reservation information returned by the target hotel, wherein the card making data is associated with equipment of the target hotel;
and sending the electronic house card to the mobile equipment of the check-in user passing the identity verification.
2. The hotel card making method according to claim 1, wherein the manner of obtaining the attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user in the reservation information comprises at least one of the following:
acquiring attribute information of mobile equipment of a check-in user, which is input by the user in a preset order;
acquiring attribute information of mobile equipment of a user through an application program;
and acquiring the attribute information of the mobile equipment of the check-in user through the historical data of the check-in user.
3. The hotel card manufacturing method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the attribute information of the mobile device comprises at least one of a Near Field Communication (NFC) attribute, an RFID attribute, a Bluetooth attribute, and a Zigbee attribute.
4. The hotel card making method according to claim 1, wherein the manner of obtaining the room determination information of the target hotel comprises at least one of:
receiving guest room determination information acquired by the target hotel according to the reservation information;
and acquiring guest room determining information of the target hotel corresponding to the reservation information according to the reservation information.
5. The hotel card making method according to claim 1, wherein the step of verifying the identity of the check-in user is performed before the step of generating an electronic room card based on the received card making data and reservation information returned by the target hotel.
6. The hotel card manufacturing method as recited in claim 5, wherein the step of verifying the identity of the check-in user comprises: and matching the face image with the face characteristics in the database based on the received on-site face image of the check-in user and the reservation information to obtain an identity verification result of the check-in user.
7. The hotel card manufacturing method of claim 1, wherein the equipment of the target hotel comprises one or more of a guest room entrance guard, an elevator landing guard, and a cell entrance guard.
8. A hotel card system, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the booking information of the target hotel submitted by the user; the reservation information comprises attribute information of mobile equipment of a check-in user, and the attribute information is matched with the equipment authority of the target hotel;
the electronic room card generating module is used for sending a card making data request to the target hotel according to the acquired guest room determination information of the target hotel and generating an electronic room card based on the received card making data and reservation information returned by the target hotel, wherein the card making data is associated with equipment of the target hotel;
and the information sending module is used for sending the electronic house card to the mobile equipment of the check-in user passing the identity verification.
9. The hotel card making system according to claim 8, wherein the manner in which the reservation information obtaining module obtains attribute information of the mobile device of the check-in user from the reservation information comprises at least one of:
acquiring attribute information of mobile equipment of a check-in user, which is input by the user in a preset order;
acquiring attribute information of mobile equipment of a user through an application program;
and acquiring the attribute information of the mobile equipment of the check-in user through the historical data of the check-in user.
10. The hotel card system of claim 8 or 9, wherein the attribute information of the mobile device comprises at least one of a Near Field Communication (NFC) attribute, an RFID attribute, a Bluetooth attribute, and a Zigbee attribute.
11. The hotel card making system of claim 8, wherein the information acquisition module further comprises receiving room specific information acquired by the target hotel based on the reservation information.
12. The hotel card making system according to claim 8, further comprising an order determining module for determining a room of the target hotel corresponding to the reservation information according to the reservation information and generating room determining information.
13. The hotel card making system according to claim 8, further comprising an identity authentication module for performing identity verification on the check-in user based on the reservation information and face information of the check-in user.
14. The hotel card system of claim 8, wherein the equipment of the target hotel comprises one or more of a room door, an elevator door, and a cell door.
15. A hospitality management system, comprising:
storage means for storing at least one program;
processing means connected to said storage means for executing said at least one program to coordinate said storage means to perform and implement the hotel card-making method as claimed in any one of claims 1-7.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized by storing at least one program which, when invoked, implements a hotel card production method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
