Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flow chart of an unmanned hotel management method, and in an embodiment of the present invention, an unmanned hotel management method includes:
step S100: the method comprises the steps that access information is obtained in real time according to an access control end, and the identity of a visitor is judged according to the access information; the visitor identity comprises a resident and a visitor; the visitor identity is represented by a label, and the label corresponding to the visitor comprises access time and a house number comprising check-in time; the label corresponding to the tourist contains access time and an access serial number in a time period;
the access control terminal can be a face recognition device arranged at an entrance of the hotel, when a guest carries out a recognition area of the face recognition device, the guest is considered to send an access request, at the moment, the face recognition is carried out on the guest, the identity information of the guest is obtained, whether the guest has a reservation or not is inquired according to the identity information, if the guest has the reservation, the guest is a resident, and if the guest does not have the reservation, the guest is a tourist; wherein, the entrance guard mode can also be other modes, for example brush the ID card, and at this moment, the entrance guard end is then the ID card information acquisition equipment of installing at the hotel entrance.
Step S200: when the visitor identity is a resident, adjusting a preset display parameter of the hotel model according to the access information;
the hotel model refers to a three-dimensional model of a software layer, in reality, a real model of an electronic component assembly can be built, the real model corresponds to the three-dimensional model, and display parameters in the three-dimensional model can be displayed by means of all the LED lamps installed in the real model. The staff judges the use state of each room according to the three-dimensional model (which can be matched with the real model) of the software level.
Step S300: opening service ports of all rooms based on the hotel model, receiving service requests input by the residents based on the service ports, generating service tasks and sending the service tasks to a logistics end;
in rooms in different use states, the open service ports are different, for example, when a resident goes out, the disinfection service port can be lightened, and when the resident is in the room, the food delivery service port can be lightened; the specific service port opening rule belongs to the content set by the hotel manager independently, and the technical scheme of the invention is not limited.
Step S400: when the visitor identity is the visitor, acquiring a visitor track according to the monitoring video, calculating an abnormal value according to the visitor track, and generating warning information according to the abnormal value;
if the visitor identity is a visitor, then he is the target that needs significant attention; many existing unmanned management hotels cannot allow non-residents to enter the unmanned management hotels, and only records in a service background can the non-unmanned management hotels enter the unmanned management hotels, which is extremely high in safety but is a place which is not convenient for some people, for example, a resident friend wants to accompany the resident for a certain time (not to check in), or some take-out service personnel want to enter the hotel for meal delivery, and need to record in advance, and many people do not want to expose their own information (the hotel needs to record in advance) and then choose not to enter the hotel. It is thought that this situation brings inconvenience, and affects the check-in rate of the unmanned hotel management.
The content is that the movement track of the tourist is obtained according to a camera installed in the hotel, whether abnormity exists is judged in real time according to the movement track, and warning information is generated according to whether abnormity exists or not; at the moment, the security guarantee process of the unmanned hotel becomes more concealed, and the check-in convenience is greatly improved on the premise of guaranteeing timely problem finding.
Fig. 2 is a first sub-flow block diagram of the unmanned hotel management method, where when the visitor identity is a resident, the step of adjusting the preset display parameters of the hotel model according to the access information includes:
step S201: when the visitor identity is the resident, reading the house number of the resident containing the check-in time;
step S202: inquiring a corresponding room in a preset hotel model according to the room number;
when the identity of the visitor is the resident, inquiring the check-in information of the resident, wherein the check-in information is the house number containing the time; the corresponding room can be queried in the hotel model by the room number.
Step S203: reading the visit time of the resident, and calculating the remaining time according to the visit time and the check-in time;
step S204: determining display parameters of the corresponding room according to the remaining time; the display parameters comprise display brightness and display color values;
step S205: and when the entrance guard end detects the information of the resident leaving the store, the display brightness is reset to zero.
The entrance guard end detects visitor's entering process on the one hand, and on the other hand detects visitor's process of leaving the shop, if the visitor leaves the shop, then zero the display parameter in the hotel model corresponding room, the meaning of zeroing can be understood as resetting as the default. When the visitor is detected to enter, the remaining time is calculated according to the access time and the check-in time, and display parameters are determined according to the remaining time and are used for indicating that people exist in the room and indicating the remaining use time of the room.
As a preferred embodiment of the technical solution of the present invention, when the visitor identity is a guest, the step of reading the house number of the guest, which includes the check-in time, includes:
when the visitor identity is a resident, acquiring a check-in record of the resident;
determining the level of the resident according to the check-in record;
and expanding the check-in time according to the level to generate the check-in time containing the virtual time.
In the hotel management process, a part which is very detailed but can greatly improve the customer's enjoyment is a lost article getting process; in conventional hotels, the loss pick-up process is manually serviced by the front desk, but in an unmanned managed hotel, the handling of this situation is really missing.
Under the framework of the technical scheme of the invention, the level of the resident is adjusted according to the occupancy record of the resident, so as to determine a virtual time, wherein the meaning of the virtual time needs to be illustrated, for example, if the occupancy time of the resident is one day, and the resident is the resident who visits for the first time, the virtual time of the resident is also set to one day, which means that the resident is the tourist when visiting again in one day after the occupancy is finished, but the computer device regards the resident as the resident, and at the moment, if other people exist in the room, the display parameters of the room are in a superposition state (superposition of the display parameters); if the room has no other people, the resident can still open the corresponding room to conduct the self-help lost object search.
On this basis, if an access is a regular customer, the virtual time will be longer, such as three days, a week or even longer.
On the basis of the above content, the step of opening a service port of each room based on the hotel model, receiving a service request input by a resident based on the service port, generating a service task, and sending the service task to a back office end further includes:
traversing the display parameters of each room in the hotel model;
and opening the after-sale service port when the display parameter is in a superposition state.
When a certain room is in a superposed state, a corresponding lost object is provided to assist in finding a service port, that is, the after-sales service port, the after-sales service may include improving the entry and exit records of the room, and the like.
Fig. 3 is a second sub-flow block diagram of the unmanned hotel management method, where when the visitor identity is a visitor, the step of obtaining the visitor trajectory according to the monitoring video includes:
step S401: when the visitor identity is the visitor, acquiring the visual characteristics of the visitor; the visual features are image sub-blocks containing visitors;
the visitor is a relatively sensitive identity which is equivalent to an external person, so that when the identity of the visitor is the visitor, video information is acquired according to a camera at the access control end, and the position of the visitor is positioned in the video information; this process is not difficult, and reference can be made to the existing target tracking technology, for example, when we perform face recognition, we have a small box to cover the face, which is a target tracking technology. According to the technical scheme, tourists are tracked, and the corresponding small square frame is the image sub-block.
Step S402: selecting a monitoring video to be detected according to the position of the tourist, and selecting a target monitoring video from the monitoring video to be detected based on the visual characteristics;
the position of the tourist is used as a reference, the camera capable of shooting the position of the tourist is inquired, the corresponding monitoring video is the monitoring video to be detected, and the monitoring video containing the tourist can be matched in the numerous monitoring videos to be detected according to the visual characteristics, namely the target monitoring video.
The camera in the technical scheme of the invention covers all public areas of the hotel by default.
Step S403: determining a video-reality mapping relation according to the position of a camera corresponding to the target monitoring video;
the position between each pixel point in the camera and reality has a mapping relation, and the mapping relation is determined after the camera is installed and is regarded as a default value;
step S404: updating the positions of the tourists according to the mapping relation, and performing in a circulating way;
step S405: counting and connecting positions of all tourists, and generating a tourist track in the hotel model;
and sequentially updating the positions of the tourists according to the mapping relation, connecting the positions of the tourists, generating the track of the tourists, and displaying the track in the hotel model.
As a preferred embodiment of the technical solution of the present invention, the step of selecting a target surveillance video from the to-be-monitored videos based on the visual features includes:
sequentially reading the monitored video to be detected, inputting the monitored video to be detected and the image sub-blocks into a matching model, and selecting the monitored video to be detected as a target monitored video according to a matching result;
the matching model is as follows:
Figure 661698DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
wherein the content of the first and second substances,
Figure 225535DEST_PATH_IMAGE002

has the meaning that the correlation coefficient is [ -1,1]The similarity of the two is measured between the absolute scale ranges; the correlation coefficient characterizes a linear description of the degree of approximation between the two. Generally, the closer to 1, the more closely the two have a linear relationship.
As a preferred embodiment of the technical solution of the present invention, the step of calculating an abnormal value according to the guest trajectory and generating the warning information according to the abnormal value includes:
detecting the departure time of the tourist according to an entrance guard end, and calculating the retention time according to the departure time and the access time;
determining the tourist terminal point according to the tourist track, inputting the tourist terminal point and the staying time into a preset judgment model, and calculating an abnormal value;
generating warning information according to the abnormal value; the warning information contains target monitoring videos corresponding to the positions of the tourists.
Judging whether the tourists are dangerous or not by the tourists track and the residence time of the tourists, wherein the tourists track is generated by the contents, and the residence time of the tourists is generated based on the identification process of the access control terminal; the tourists can be judged in which room or position according to the tracks of the tourists, and whether the tourists are abnormal or not can be judged according to the staying time; for example, if a guest without a record stays in a room for one night, he is likely to infringe the legal interest of the hotel, for example, if two guests live three guests at the same time, the abnormal value is high, and a warning message is sent to the hotel manager.
