The intelligent sealing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention triggers the unlocking of the sealing machine body by scanning the order code in the order bill, simplifies the operation of a merchant, decodes to obtain corresponding order information, obtains the sealing information by reading the OID code in the sealing paper and decoding the OID code, and timely outputs the order information, the sealing information and the corresponding sealing time to the outside after the sealing operation is finished, for example, the order information, the sealing information and the corresponding sealing time are output to a cloud server or merchant management equipment, so that the cloud server or the merchant management equipment can automatically update the order-taking time of the corresponding order according to the order information, the sealing information and the sealing time, does not need to manually update by a user, is more convenient and faster, improves the timeliness of time updating, avoids the time delay problem, and timely outputs the order information, the sealing information and the sealing time after the sealing operation is finished, therefore, the order distribution end is convenient to inform in time, the waiting time of the order distribution end is reduced, and the logistics scheduling efficiency is improved.
Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of a cloud server according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the cloud server 300 includes: a receiving module 301, an inquiring module 302 and a sending module 303.
The receiving module 301 is configured to receive order information and seal information uploaded by the intelligent seal machine and seal time corresponding to the order information and the seal information.
The intelligent sealing machine in this embodiment may be the intelligent sealing machine in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and details are not described here. The intelligent sealing machine outputs the order information, the sealing information and the corresponding sealing time to a receiving module in the cloud server, and the receiving module receives the order information, the sealing information and the corresponding sealing time uploaded by the intelligent sealing machine.
And the query module 302 is configured to query the order distribution terminal information according to the order information.
The query module may query a database according to the order information, and find out the order distribution terminal information corresponding to the order information from the database, where the order distribution terminal information is information of a person who distributes the order.
A sending module 303, configured to send a notification message including the seal time to the order distribution end.
After the information of the order distribution terminal is inquired, a notification message containing the seal time can be sent to the order distribution terminal, so that the order distribution terminal can conveniently fetch the order object from the merchant according to the seal time in the received notification message.
According to the cloud server provided by the embodiment of the invention, the order information in the order bill can be read, the order item can be signed, and the order information, the signing information and the corresponding signing time are timely and outwards output after the signing is finished, for example, the order information, the signing information and the corresponding signing time are output to the cloud server, so that the cloud server can automatically update the order output time of the corresponding order according to the order information, the signing information and the signing time, a user does not need to manually update the order output time, the operation is simpler, more convenient and quicker, the order distribution terminal can be conveniently and timely notified, and the waiting time of the order distribution terminal is reduced; in addition, the sealing machine body is unlocked by reading the order information, and the operation of a merchant is simplified.
FIG. 4 shows a block diagram of an order processing system according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the order processing system includes: the intelligent labeler 100 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and the cloud server 300 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
In fig. 4, only one intelligent sealing machine 100 is shown, and in practice, the order processing system includes at least one intelligent sealing machine 100 and a cloud server 300; the intelligent sealing machine 100 can transmit order information, sealing information and corresponding sealing time to the cloud server 300 through the communication module.
The order processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention not only can read the order information in the order bill, but also can perform facing slip on the order object, and timely outputs the order information, the facing slip information and the corresponding facing slip time to the outside after the facing slip is completed, for example, the order information, the facing slip information and the corresponding facing slip time are output to the cloud server, so that the cloud server can automatically update the order output time of the corresponding order according to the order information, the facing slip information and the facing slip time, a user does not need to manually update the order output time, the order processing system is simpler, more convenient and faster, and is convenient to timely notify an order distribution terminal, and the waiting time of the order.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram showing the construction of an order processing system according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the order processing system includes: the intelligent sealing machine 200 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and the cloud server 300 in the embodiment shown in fig. 3.
In fig. 5, only one intelligent sealing machine 200 is shown, and in practice, the order processing system includes at least one intelligent sealing machine 200 and a cloud server 300; the intelligent sealing machine 200 can transmit order information, sealing information and corresponding sealing time to the cloud server 300 through the communication module.
The order processing system provided by the embodiment of the invention triggers the unlocking of the sealing machine body in a mode of scanning the order codes in the order bill, simultaneously decodes to obtain corresponding order information, reads the OID codes in the sealing paper, and decodes the OID codes to obtain the sealing information, and the intelligent sealing machine timely outputs the order information, the sealing information and the corresponding sealing time to the outside after the sealing operation is finished, for example, outputs the order information, the sealing information and the corresponding sealing time to a cloud server, so that the cloud server can automatically update the order output time of the corresponding order according to the order information, the sealing information and the sealing time, a user does not need to manually update the order output time, the operation is simple, convenient and quick, the order information, the sealing information and the sealing time are timely output after the sealing operation is finished, the order distribution end is timely notified, the waiting time of the order distribution end is reduced, and the logistics scheduling efficiency is improved.
Fig. 6 shows a flow chart of a method of processing time data according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 6, the method comprises the steps of:

In general, after an order form is printed, the order form and an order article need to be bound together, and the printed order form carries corresponding order information, such as an order number, a user identifier, article information, order placing time, and the like. After the binding is finished, the order item also needs to be labeled, so that the order discharge of the order item is finished.
When the facing slip is carried out, the order information carried in the order bill is read, and the order item can be conveniently and subsequently issued by reading the order information.

For example, one end of the sealing paper may be pasted on an order item, the sealing paper may be pulled, the order item may be sealed, and in the sealing process, the sealing information carried by the sealing paper may be read.

Optionally, the method further comprises: and unlocking the sealing machine body according to the order information so that the sealing machine body can execute the sealing action.
After the order information is read, the sealing machine body can be unlocked according to the read order information, namely, the unlocking of the sealing machine body is triggered by reading the order information carried in the order bill. Optionally, reading the seal information carried by the seal paper further includes: and reading the OID codes in the seal paper, and decoding the OID codes to obtain seal information.
When the sealing machine body is pressed downwards by a sealing person, the head clamps the sealing paper, a section of sealing paper is automatically pulled out after the sealing machine body is loosened, the OID codes in the sealing paper are read, the OID codes are decoded to obtain sealing information, the OID codes can be decoded by adopting the existing decoding method, wherein the sealing information uniquely identifies the sealing paper and corresponds to the sealed order articles one by one.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the cloud server or the merchant management equipment receives the uploaded order information, the seal information and the seal time; and the cloud server or the merchant management equipment updates the order state according to the order information, the seal information and the seal time.
After receiving the order information, the seal information and the seal time, the cloud server or the merchant management device finds the order corresponding to the order information, updates the order state, for example, changes the order state into a given order, and records the seal time so as to inform the order distribution terminal to take away the order object.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and the cloud server or the merchant management equipment inquires the information of the order distribution terminal according to the order information and sends a notification message containing the seal time to the order distribution terminal.
After receiving the order information, the seal information and the seal time, the cloud server or the merchant management device may query the database according to the order information, and find out order distribution terminal information corresponding to the order information from the database, where the order distribution terminal information is information of a person who distributes an order. After the information of the order distribution terminal is inquired, a notification message containing the seal time can be sent to the order distribution terminal, so that the order distribution terminal can conveniently fetch the order object from the merchant according to the seal time in the received notification message.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the order information carried in the order bill is read, the sealing action is executed, the sealing information carried by the sealing paper is read, the order information and the sealing information are bound, and after the sealing is finished, the order information, the sealing information and the sealing time are timely and outwards output, for example, the order information, the sealing information and the sealing time are output to a cloud server or a merchant management device, so that the cloud server or the merchant management device can automatically update the order output time of a corresponding order according to the order information, the sealing information and the sealing time, a user does not need to manually update the order output time, the method is simple, convenient and quick, and the delay problem is avoided.

Claims (21)

1. An intelligent labeler, comprising: the system comprises a central processing module, an order information reading module, a seal information reading module, a cache module and a communication module;
the order information reading module is used for reading order information carried in the order bill and sending the order information to the central processing module;
the seal information reading module is used for reading seal information carried by seal paper in the process of executing a seal action and sending the seal information to the central processing module, wherein the reading direction of the seal information reading module faces the direction of the seal paper;
the central processing module is used for writing the order information into the cache module after receiving the order information; after receiving the seal information, binding the order information with the seal information; after the execution of the seal action is finished, transmitting the order information, the seal information and the corresponding seal time to a communication module;
and the communication module is used for outputting the order information, the seal information and the corresponding seal time to the outside.
2. The intelligent labeler according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent labeler further comprises: a sealing machine body;
the central processing module is further configured to: and unlocking the sealing machine body according to the received order information.
3. The intelligent labeler of claim 2 wherein the central processing module is further configured to: and after the sealing machine body finishes the sealing action, locking the sealing machine body.
4. The intelligent sealing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the order information reading module is specifically a code scanning module, and is configured to scan order codes in an order bill and decode the order codes to obtain the order information.
5. The intelligent sealing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the sealing information reading module is specifically an OID module, and is configured to read an OID code in the sealing paper, and decode the OID code to obtain the sealing information.
6. The intelligent sealing machine according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the order information reading module and/or the sealing information reading module is connected to the central processing module via a serial port.
7. The intelligent sealing and labeling machine according to claim 6, wherein the serial port is an RS232 serial port.
8. The intelligent labeler according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the labeler body comprises: a handle switch module;
the central processing module is specifically configured to: after receiving the order information, sending a starting control signal to the handle switch module; after the sealing machine body finishes the sealing action, sending a closing control signal to the handle switch module;
the handle switch module is used for: after receiving the starting control signal, the control handle is started; after receiving the close control signal, the control handle is deactivated.

The intelligent labeler according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the intelligent labeler further comprises: and the power supply module is used for supplying electric energy to the central processing module, the order information reading module, the seal information reading module and/or the communication module.
10. The intelligent sealing machine according to claim 9, wherein the power supply module is a battery module or a charging module including a charging port.
11. The intelligent labeler according to claim 5, wherein the focal length of the OID module is less than or equal to 5 mm.
12. The intelligent sealing machine according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the communication module is a WiFi communication module, a GRPS communication module, a 4G communication module, or a 5G communication module.
13. A cloud server, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving the order information and the seal information uploaded by the intelligent sealing machine according to any one of claims 1-12 and the corresponding seal time;
the query module is used for querying the information of the order distribution terminal according to the order information;
and the sending module is used for sending a notification message containing the seal time to an order distribution end.
14. An order processing system comprising the intelligent labeler of any one of claims 1-12 and the cloud server of claim 13.
15. A method of processing time data implemented with the intelligent sealing machine of any one of claims 1-12, comprising:
reading order information carried in an order bill, and caching the order information;
executing a facing slip action, and reading facing slip information carried by facing slip paper along a reading direction facing the direction of the facing slip paper in the process of executing the facing slip action;
binding the order information and the seal information;
and after the facing slip is finished, outputting the order information, the facing slip information and the facing slip time corresponding to the order information and the facing slip information.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein after reading the order information carried in the order ticket, the method further comprises: and unlocking the sealing machine body according to the order information so that the sealing machine body can execute the sealing action.
17. The method of claim 16, wherein the method further comprises: and after the sealing machine body finishes the sealing action, locking the sealing machine body.
18. The method of any of claims 15-17, wherein said reading order information carried in an order form further comprises:
and scanning order codes in the order bill, and decoding the order codes to obtain the order information.
19. The method of any of claims 15-17, wherein the reading of the sealing information carried by the sealing paper further comprises:
and reading the OID codes in the seal paper, and decoding the OID codes to obtain the seal information.
20. The method according to any one of claims 15-17, wherein the method further comprises: the cloud server or the merchant management equipment receives the uploaded order information, the seal information and the seal time;
and the cloud server or the merchant management equipment updates the order state according to the order information, the seal information and the seal time.

The method of claim 20, wherein the method further comprises: and the cloud server or the merchant management equipment inquires the information of the order distribution terminal according to the order information and sends a notification message containing the seal time to the order distribution terminal.
