Description

Intelligent stapler and time data processing method
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the field of staplers, in particular to an intelligent stapler and a time data processing method.
Background
When the order information relates to different users with various identities, such as take-away orders, and relates to users with various identities, such as users, merchants, distribution parties and the like, the different identity users can update the orders at different time points. For example, a merchant may change the order status to a meal by clicking a meal already taken in a merchant-side application used by the merchant, and update the meal-taking time of the order. However, in actual operation, after a large amount of meal items are produced, a merchant often operates the large amount of meal items simultaneously in merchant-side application, so that the meal delivery time of an order is not accurate, and a large difference exists between the actual meal delivery time and the meal delivery time. For a merchant, a place for packaging after the food is made and a place for actually operating the merchant application may not be in the same place, which also results in that the merchant cannot update the meal delivery time of the order in time, even the merchant neglects to operate after packaging, and the meal delivery time of the order is not updated.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of an intelligent stapler in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the stapler includes: the stapler body 100, the inductive switch module 200, the reading module 300 and the central processing unit 400.
The stapler body 100 includes a handle 110, a staple channel 120, and a base 130. In this embodiment, any existing stapler body that supports the binding of the printing paper may be used as the stapler body.
The inductive switch module 200 is disposed on the stapler body 100 to facilitate the triggering, and preferably, the inductive switch module 200 is disposed on the base 130 of the stapler body 100, when the stapler body 100 binds printing paper, a user presses the pressing handle 110, and the staple path 120 approaches the base 130 downward, so as to trigger the inductive switch module 200. The inductive switch module 200 is a micro-contact inductive switch, and when the nail path 120 is in contact with the inductive switch module 200, the inductive switch module 200 can be triggered sensitively. The inductive switch module 200 sends an on signal to the reading module 300 to turn on the reading module 300.
The reading module 300 is disposed on the stapler body 100, and starts to read the identification information on the currently bound printing paper after receiving the start signal sent by the inductive switch module 200, and sends the read identification information to the central processing unit 400. To ensure that the reading module 300 can accurately read the identification information, the reading module 300 is disposed at the front end of the pressing handle 110 of the stapler body 100, and the reading direction thereof is toward the base 130. When the pressing handle 110 is pressed downwards by a user, the distance between the pressing handle 110 and the currently bound printing paper is short, and the pressing handle 110 is located at the front end of the pressing handle, so that the operation of pressing the pressing handle 110 by the user is not influenced, the pressing handle is not easy to be shielded by the user, and the identification information on the currently bound printing paper can be conveniently and accurately read. In an alternative embodiment, the identification information may be represented by OID code, the reading module 300 may be a small optical recognition instrument, such as an optical reading head, which has lower cost and power consumption than a camera, and the time for reading OID code is shorter than that of the camera, and preferably, the focal length of the reading module 300 is less than or equal to 5mm, so as to be conveniently disposed at the front end of the handle of the stapler body. After the reading module 300 receives the start signal, reading the OID code, and after the read OID code is sent to the central processing unit 400, closing the reading module 300 to prevent the reading module 300 from being in a start state all the time and avoid large power consumption; meanwhile, the reading time accuracy of the optical information reading device is guaranteed, and the correct OID code to be read is read.
The central processor 400 is disposed on the stapler body 100, and transmits the read identification information and the current time to the server and/or the merchant management device, so that the server and/or the merchant management device can directly update the time of the information corresponding to the identification information according to the transmitted identification information and the current time. The cpu 400 may be disposed at any position on the stapler body 100 that does not affect the normal use of the stapler, and as shown in fig. 1, the cpu 400 may be disposed at the base 130 that does not affect the normal use of the stapler. Here, the current time is the time inside the cpu 400, which can be considered as the stapling time, i.e., the time when the pressing handle of the stapler body is pressed. The inductive switch module 200 triggers the reading module 300 to be turned on, and the time for sending the identification information to the central processing unit 400 after the reading module 300 reads the identification information is extremely short and can be ignored. After the server and/or the merchant management device acquire the identification information and the current time, corresponding data can be searched according to the identification information, and updating is performed by using the current time.
In an alternative embodiment, the printing paper is order printing paper, and the identification information is OID code converted from order ID. When the receipt printer prints order printing paper, the order ID of the order is converted in an OID coding mode and converted into a corresponding OID code, and the OID code is printed on the order printing paper. And after the central processing unit sends the OID code and the current time to the server and/or the merchant management equipment, the server and/or the merchant management equipment converts the OID code into an order ID, searches corresponding order information according to the order ID, and updates the time in the order information. The embodiment can be applied to a take-away order scene, for example, when a merchant completes manufacturing of a corresponding article according to a take-away order, and binds order printing paper on the article corresponding to the order by using the intelligent stapler of the embodiment, the staple path 120 triggers the inductive switch module 200. The inductive switch module 200 sends an on signal to the reading module 300, and the reading module 300 reads the order ID on the currently bound order printing paper and sends the read order ID to the central processor 400. The central processing unit 400 sends the read order ID and the current time to the server, so that the server searches the order information according to the sent order ID, updates the article manufacturing completion time in the order by using the current time, and does not need a merchant to manually search the order information for updating. Or, the central processing unit 400 sends the read order ID and the current time to the merchant management device, so that the merchant management device finds the order information according to the sent order ID, updates the article manufacturing completion time in the order by using the current time, and does not need the merchant to manually find the order information for updating. Preferably, the merchant management device may be a POS, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, a communication module 500 may also be included in the stapler. The communication module 500 is disposed on the handle 110 of the stapler body 100 and is connected to a server and/or a merchant management device for wireless communication. The central processor 400 sends the identification information and the current time to the server and/or the merchant management device through the communication module 500. The communication module 500 may also be disposed in any location in the stapler body 100 that does not interfere with the normal use of the stapler. The communication module 500 is a wireless mobile communication module, such as a 4G communication module, a 5G communication module, etc., so that the communication module is not limited by places, and the stapler can be conveniently used in any place to send the identification information and the current time to the server and/or the merchant management device.
Optionally, the stapler may also include a clock module 600. The clock module 600 may be disposed on the base 130 of the stapler body 100, or the clock module 600 may be disposed in any location in the stapler body 100 that does not interfere with the normal use of the stapler. The clock module 600 may obtain the current time according to the instruction of the central processor 400, and transmit the current time to the central processor 400 for transmission to the server and/or the merchant management device to update the time.
Optionally, the stapler further includes a battery module 700. The battery module 700 is disposed on the base 130 of the stapler body 100, and can provide power for the inductive switch module 200, the reading module 300, and the central processing unit 400, and support the normal operation of the inductive switch module 200, the reading module 300, and the central processing unit 400.
