The present disclosure provides a file verification method, device, equipment and storage medium, which can effectively improve the file verification efficiency, reduce manual operations, and reduce the verification error rate.
In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a file verification method, including:
when the received first file passes the verification, importing the first file into typesetting software;
extracting the correction information in the first file;
and displaying the correction effect of the correction information in a second file of the typesetting software.
In one possible design, the extracting the wholesale information in the first file includes:
traversing the first file to acquire all correction information, wherein the correction information comprises: added content, deleted content, annotated content, modified content.
In one possible design, displaying a correction effect of the correction information in a second file of the typesetting software includes:
displaying the first file on a single page, and displaying a second file corresponding to the first file on an auxiliary board; wherein the second file is in an editable format, and the auxiliary board and the first file are presented in the same interface;
implanting the correction information into the second file;
and displaying the correction effect of the correction information in the second file.
In one possible design, displaying a correction effect of the correction information in the second file includes:
determining the target position of the correction information implanted in a second file;
and modifying the second file at the target position according to the correction information to obtain a revised second file.
In a possible design, after displaying the correcting effect of the correcting information in the second file of the typesetting software, the method further includes:
according to the correction information, auditing the second file of the revision;
if the verification is passed, receiving confirmation information input by the user;
and displaying the second file after receiving the revision according to the confirmation information.
In one possible design, further comprising:
and if the verification is not passed, editing the second file of the revision according to the correction information.
In one possible design, before importing the first file into the typesetting software, the method further includes:
acquiring a check code of the first file, wherein the check code comprises: md5 code;
comparing the check code of the first file with the file check code output by the typesetting software;
and if the comparison result is consistent, determining that the first file passes the verification.
In a second aspect, the present disclosure further provides a file checking apparatus, including:
the importing module is used for importing the first file into the typesetting software when the received first file passes the verification;
the extraction module is used for extracting the correction information in the first file;
and the display module is used for displaying the correcting effect of the correcting information in a second file of the typesetting software.
In one possible design, the extraction module is specifically configured to:
traversing the first file to acquire all correction information, wherein the correction information comprises: added content, deleted content, annotated content, modified content.
In one possible design, the display module is specifically configured to:
displaying the first file on a single page, and displaying a second file corresponding to the first file on the auxiliary board; wherein the second file is in an editable format, and the auxiliary board and the first file are presented in the same interface;

In a fourth aspect, this disclosed embodiment further provides a storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the program, when executed by a processor, implements any one of the file verification methods in the first aspect.
The disclosure provides a file checking method, a device, equipment and a storage medium, wherein when a received first file passes checking, the first file is imported into typesetting software; extracting the correction information in the first file; and displaying the correcting effect of the correcting information in a second file of the typesetting software. By the file verification method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the verification efficiency of the file can be effectively improved, manual operation is reduced, and the verification error rate is reduced.
Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and claims of this disclosure and in the above-described drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. In the publishing production process, there are two important roles, typesetter and editing. Taking the publication of a paper book as an example, after the manuscript obtained by an author is edited, the manuscript is sent to an expert in the industry for examination, if the examination has no major problem, the manuscript is sent to a typesetting company for style design and typesetting of the whole book. After completing the initial layout, the typesetter will send the typesetting result to the editor, enter the proofreading link, and generally will carry out the modification of three proofreading times. And outputting the final PDF file by a typesetting company after the PDF file is accurate, and printing on a computer.
In each school, the typesetting personnel sends the typesetting result to the editor, the editor carries out modification annotation on the typesetting document, and the modification annotation result is returned to the typesetting personnel. The typesetter needs to reflect the edited modification intention into the typesetting file through typesetting software, and the link is called transcript. The early typesetter mainly prints and binds the typeset result file and sends the file to the editor; and editing and annotating the paper with a red pen, sending the paper to a typesetter after the annotation is modified, and finishing the work of copying the paper by the typesetter. This method wastes paper, takes time to mail the paper, and the copying process may produce errors and omissions.
The digitalization trend of the publishing process strongly requires changes to the time-consuming and labor-consuming process, and later parts of the publishing companies adopt a digital correction method. The typesetter sends the typesetting file to the editor in a PDF format, the editor directly modifies the PDF through a PDF annotation tool, modification annotation traces are left on the PDF file, then the PDF is sent to the typesetter, and the typesetter modifies the typesetting file according to the PDF so as to embody the editing modification intention into the typesetting file. The method solves the problems of paper waste and time consumption of sending the manuscript, but does not completely solve the problem of time consumption of copying the manuscript, errors and omissions can still occur to the copying manuscript, and the result of the copying manuscript needs to be confirmed.
In view of the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides a file verification method, device, apparatus, and storage medium, which can effectively improve the file verification efficiency, reduce manual operations, and reduce the verification error rate. The method provided by the present disclosure may be applied to an electronic device loaded with typesetting software, for example: computers, tablets, and the like.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a file verification method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the file verification method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 101, when the received first file passes verification, importing the first file into typesetting software.
In this embodiment, the first file is a PDF file returned to the typesetter after the revision annotation is performed on the typesetting file by editing. When the first file passes the verification, the first file can be imported into the typesetting software. The method for verifying the first file will be described in detail later.
Specifically, after completing the typesetting, the typesetter can output the PDF file in the typesetting software and send the PDF file to the editor. Editing can be digitally carried out modification annotation through PDF proofreading tools, the tools comprise Acrobat Reader, foxit Reader and the like, and the editing can be generally completed through a mouse keyboard, an electronic pen and a touch control mode. The modification is an addition, deletion and modification directly aiming at the text content, and the modification clearly identifies the text content needing addition, deletion and modification. The annotation is a modification intention which is difficult to be embodied directly on PDF precisely, and can be described by figures and text annotations. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a first file according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, an editor performs operations of adding, deleting, and changing text contents on an original layout through a PDF proofreading tool. Meanwhile, the modification intention of the edit in the form of the comment is also included.
Optionally, before importing the first file into the typesetting software, the method further includes: acquiring a check code of the first file, wherein the check code comprises: md5 code; comparing the check code of the first file with the file check code output by the typesetting software; and if the comparison result is consistent, determining that the first file passes the verification.
Specifically, in order to ensure that the edited and returned first file (PDF file) completely corresponds to the typesetting file of the typesetter, the first file needs to be verified. When the typesetter uses the typesetting software to output the PDF, an md5 code is generated through the typesetting file, the md5 code is written into the PDF file, and the PDF file added with the md5 code is sent to the editor. And then, after the postil modification of the PDF is finished, returning the first file to the typesetter. When the typesetter opens the typesetting file, the typesetting software calculates the md5 code of the file and records the same. The typesetter will copy the original by importing the first file of the typesetting file through the typesetting software, the typesetting software will first read the md5 code in the PDF, if the two md5 codes are identical, the original copying work can be done.
And 102, extracting the correction information in the first file.
In this embodiment, the first file may be traversed to obtain all the correction information, where the correction information includes: added content, deleted content, annotated content, modified content.
Specifically, the first file may be traversed from head to night in the order of page numbers, and the correction information in the first file and the position coordinates of the correction information may be obtained.
And 103, displaying the correction effect of the correction information in a second file of the typesetting software.
In the embodiment, a first file is displayed on a single page, and a second file corresponding to the first file is displayed on the auxiliary board; the second file is in an editable format, and the auxiliary board and the first file are displayed in the same interface; implanting the correction information into a second file; and displaying the correction effect of the correction information in the second file.
Specifically, the second file is an original file in an editable format designed by the typesetter. The first file contains the edited batch suggestions, and therefore the batch information in the first file needs to be copied to a second file. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a correction effect according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, in the typesetting software, a first file with editing correction information is displayed on the left side, and a second file (typesetting file) in an editable state is displayed on the right side. The typesetting file is displayed according to a single page, and the PDF file is displayed on an auxiliary board of the typesetting file page by page to form a left-right comparison effect. Meanwhile, the correction information can be implanted into the second file. At this time. The information of adding, deleting and changing the content in the correction information is directly applied to the content to form a schematic effect, and the layout is not changed or duplicated; the annotation information is anchored on the corresponding text or object, and the typesetting content of the second file on the right side shows a correction effect similar to that in PDF.
Optionally, displaying a correction effect of the correction information in the second file includes: determining the target position of the correction information implanted in the second file; and modifying the second file at the target position according to the correction information to obtain a revised version of the second file.
Specifically, the position of the correction information is extracted from the first file, and the target position of the correction information implanted in the second file is determined according to the position of the correction information in the first file. And then, modifying the second file at the target position according to the modification information to obtain a revised second file. For example, where the first page of the first file is at line 5, 2, of the text, the location of the deleted file is first determined, e.g., as the second file is at line 5, 2, of the text. Then "deleted" directly in the second file results in a revised second file. For another example, if the annotation information is added to the second section of the first page of the first file by editing, the target position of the anchor character of the annotation information is determined in the second file, and then the annotation information is anchored on the corresponding character to obtain the revised second file. The method makes full use of the capability and user habits of the conventional PDF correction tool, and reduces the cost of development and user education. The method has the advantages that a great step is advanced on the digital publishing process, paper is saved, sending of paper draft is avoided, cost is reduced, and publishing efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, a set of strict file matching verification method is established, and the production safety is ensured. The method of one-step digital copying manuscript reduces manual operation, reduces intermediate links and avoids error.
In this embodiment, when the received first file passes verification, the first file is imported into the typesetting software; extracting the correction information in the first file; and displaying the correction effect of the correction information in a second file of the typesetting software. By the file verification method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the verification efficiency of the file can be effectively improved, manual operation is reduced, and the verification error rate is reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a file verification method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, the file verification method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 201, when the received first file passes the verification, importing the first file into typesetting software.
Step 202, extracting the correction information in the first file.
And step 203, displaying the correction effect of the correction information in a second file of the typesetting software.
In this embodiment, please refer to the relevant description in steps 101 to 103 in the method shown in fig. 1 for the specific implementation process and technical principle of steps 201 to 203, which are not described herein again.
And 204, auditing the second file of the revision according to the revision information.
In this embodiment, the second file of the revision may also be checked according to the revision information; if the audit is passed, receiving confirmation information input by the user; and displaying the second file after receiving the revision according to the confirmation information.
Optionally, if the audit is not passed, the second file of the revision is edited according to the revision information.
Specifically, if the typesetter checks the modification information by traversing the page, the typesetter can perform supplementary addition, deletion and modification on the typesetting content to ensure that the information is consistent with the edited modification intention, and the layout is still not changed and rearranged at the moment. The typesetter can input the confirmation information, for example, execute the operation of 'accepting modification', and all the information of addition, deletion and modification are reflected in the typesetting document, and the layout is changed and rearranged. The effect of adding, deleting and changing the signs disappears, and the annotation information flows along with the anchor points. And the typesetter modifies the typesetting file according to the comment information to realize the modification intention of editing. When the typesetter executes the copying draft, all the comment information disappears, and the typesetting file enters a normal editing state. Typesetters and editors can interact for many times in the above mode, and finally all typesetting and proofreading work is completed.
In this embodiment, when the received first file passes verification, the first file is imported into the typesetting software; extracting correction information in the first file; and displaying the correction effect of the correction information in a second file of the typesetting software. By the file verification method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the file verification efficiency can be effectively improved, manual operation is reduced, and the verification error rate is reduced.
In addition, the embodiment can also audit the second file of the revision according to the revision information; if the audit is passed, receiving confirmation information input by the user; and displaying the second file after receiving the revision according to the confirmation information. And if the verification is not passed, editing the second file of the revision according to the correction information. Therefore, the file checking efficiency can be effectively improved, manual operation is reduced, and the checking error rate is reduced.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a file verification apparatus according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the file verification apparatus 30 provided in this embodiment includes:
the importing module 31 is configured to import the first file into the typesetting software when the received first file passes verification;
the extraction module 32 is configured to extract the correction information in the first file;
and a display module 33, configured to display the correction effect of the correction information in the second file of the typesetting software.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device shown in the present disclosure according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment provides an electronic device 40, including:
a processor 401; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory 402 for storing executable instructions of the processor, which may also be a flash (flash memory);
wherein the processor 401 is configured to perform the respective steps of the above-described method via execution of executable instructions. Reference may be made in particular to the description relating to the preceding method embodiment.
Alternatively, the memory 402 may be separate or integrated with the processor 401.
When the memory 402 is a device independent of the processor 401, the electronic device 40 may further include:
a bus 403 for connecting the processor 401 and the memory 402.
The present embodiment also provides a readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, and when at least one processor of the electronic device executes the computer program, the electronic device executes the methods provided by the foregoing various embodiments.
The present embodiment also provides a program product comprising a computer program stored in a readable storage medium. The computer program can be read from a readable storage medium by at least one processor of the electronic device, and the execution of the computer program by the at least one processor causes the electronic device to implement the methods provided by the various embodiments described above.
