Example 1
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a document processing method, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the accompanying drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a document processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S102, receiving a login operation based on a target account;
step S104, responding to the login operation, determining the target operation authority of the target account on the book editing document;
it should be noted that the book editing document refers to a document generated or operated by a book in the editing and publishing process.
And S106, displaying a target interface corresponding to the target operation authority, wherein the target interface displays an operation control corresponding to the target operation authority.
Through the steps, the target operation authority of the target account number on the book editing document is determined by receiving and responding to the login operation of the target account, and then the target interface corresponding to the target operation authority is displayed, namely the target interface comprising the operation control corresponding to the target operation authority is displayed, so that the target account is operated on the target interface.
As an optional embodiment, a login operation based on the target account is received, and in response to the login operation, the target operation authority of the target account on the book editing document is determined. That is, after different target accounts are logged in, different target operation permissions for operating the book-editing document are provided. Because in the process of book publishing, multiple steps are often performed, for example, author writing, review for the first review, review for the second review, final layout of the publication, and so on. In each step, people with different identities may work, and the people with different identities are provided with corresponding target account numbers, and the different target account numbers perform corresponding operations on the book editing document. The target identity of the target account is determined in response to the login operation, and then the target operation authority corresponding to the target identity is determined according to the target identity, so that the target operation authority of the target account for the book editing document is determined. Different target accounts correspond to different target identities, and the authority corresponding to the target identities needs to be set so as to carry out operation under permission. In the process of book publishing, the book publishing process can be planned in a clear, reasonable and overall way.
As an optional embodiment, when determining the target operation authority of the target account for the book-edited document according to the target identity, different target operation authorities of the target account for the book-edited document may be determined according to different target identities. The following is introduced for the operation authority corresponding to different target identities:
1) under the condition that the target identity of the target account is a read-only identity, for example, when the target identity of the target account is a reader or other identities capable of only reading the book-editing document, determining a first operation right of the target account for the book-editing document, where the first operation right is used to prohibit the target account from performing an editing operation on the book-editing document, that is, the target account cannot perform the editing operation on the book-editing document, and an operation control corresponding to the target operation right is displayed on the target interface, where the operation control may be set to gray to indicate that the operation control is unusable.
By limiting the operation of the target account when the target identity of the target account is a read-only identity, the book-edited document can be prevented from being tampered by the target account, and the book-edited document is protected.
2) When the target identity of the target account is the first read-write identity, for example, when the target identity of the target account is an identity which needs to be subjected to operation and leaves a mark, such as a first-pass edition or a second-pass edition, the second operation right of the target account for the book-edited document is determined, wherein the second operation right is used for allowing the target account to execute an editing operation on the book-edited document, that is, the target account can perform the editing operation on the book-edited document, and an operation control corresponding to the target operation right is displayed on the target interface and can be used for performing the editing operation on the book-edited document. And when the editing operation comprises a modification operation, the modification operation is displayed on the target interface in a modified form, namely, the modification operation of the target account is subjected to operation mark leaving, and the modified color is determined according to the target identity of the target account.
By allowing the editing operation of the target account when the target identity of the target account is the first read-write identity, the target account can adaptively correct the book-edited document, so that the content in the book-edited document is more accurate, clear and organized. In addition, operation mark retaining can be performed, so that the correction of the book editing document can be based, when the modification operation is displayed on the target interface in a modification form, the color of the modification is determined according to the target identity of the target account, and the target account making the correction can be found out in time according to different colors of the operation mark retaining of different target accounts so as to perform corresponding processing.
3) And under the condition that the target identity of the target account is a second read-write identity, for example, when the target identity of the target account is a corrected typesetter or other person who finally processes the book-edited document, determining a third operation right of the target account for the book-edited document, wherein the third operation right comprises permission of the target account to perform editing operation on the book-edited document, that is, the target account can perform editing operation on the book-edited document, and an operation control corresponding to the target operation right is displayed on the target interface and can be used for performing editing operation on the book-edited document.
By allowing the editing operation of the target account when the target identity of the target account is the second read-write identity, the target account can adaptively correct the book editing document, so that the content in the book editing document is more accurate, clear and organized. In addition, no operation is performed for leaving marks, and the processing of the target account on the book editing document is directly received, so that the finally presented book editing document is concise, clear and clear.
It should be noted that, for the book editing document, sequential operations may be performed by the multiple target accounts, for example, when the identity of the first target account is the first review edition in the first read-write identity, the book editing document is subjected to the first review and is processed once, and the once processed book editing document has a trace of the red revision mark of the first review edition; then, the primarily processed book editing document can be transmitted to a second target account, the identity of the second target account can be reexamined in the first reading and writing identity, the book editing document is reexamined and the book editing document is secondarily processed, and the secondarily processed book editing document has a red revision mark trace of the primary review editing and a green revision mark trace of the reexamination editing during the secondary processing; and then, the book editing document after the secondary processing can be transmitted to a third target account, the identity of the third target account can be a correction typesetter in the second reading and writing identity, the final correction typesetting is carried out on the book editing document, and a red revision mark and a green revision mark in the book editing document can be received to obtain the book editing document after the tertiary processing. Through the processing of different target account numbers, the whole process of book editing can be finished definitely by division of labor.
As an alternative embodiment, when the target identity of the target account is the first read-write identity or the second read-write identity, the editing operation of the target account on the book-editing document is permitted, and in a case that the editing operation includes a modifying operation, the modifying operation of the target account on the book-editing document may be received, the book-editing document is modified in response to the modifying operation, and a target interface including the modified book-editing document is displayed. It should be noted that when the target identity of the target account is the first read-write identity, an operation mark is left, that is, a modification operation of the target account on the book editing document is shown in a modification form; when the target identity of the target account is the second read-write identity, the operation is performed and a trace is left, which can be understood as that the target account directly performs modification operation on the book editing document.
As an optional embodiment, when the target identity of the target account is the first read-write identity or the second read-write identity, the editing operation of the target account on the book-edited document is permitted, and when the editing operation includes the typesetting operation, the typesetting operation of the target account on the book-edited document may be received, the typesetting operation is performed on the book-edited document in response to the typesetting operation, and the target interface including the typesetted book-edited document is displayed, so that the typesetting of the book-edited document may be implemented.
As an optional embodiment, when the target identity of the target account is the first read-write identity or the second read-write identity, the editing operation of the target account on the book-edited document is permitted, and when the editing operation includes the proofreading operation, the proofreading operation of the target account on the book-edited document may be received, the book-edited document is proofread in response to the proofreading operation, and the book-edited document is marked with the mark in the predetermined shape, that is, a place where the error may occur may be prominently displayed, so that the target account may better observe the place where the error may occur, and a target interface including the proofread book-edited document is displayed, so that the proofreading of the book-edited document may be achieved.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned modification operation, typesetting operation, and proofreading operation may be integrated into one, and the same target account is used for operation, so as to realize the integration of the processing required in various stages during the book publishing process.
