Background
Because the undisturbed soil sample has structurality, the obtained undisturbed soil sample is often damaged to a certain degree due to the complexity of the undisturbed soil sample and a field soil sampling process. When the remolded soil sample is prepared by adopting a sample hitting method, firstly, a soil material with a certain water content is prepared, then, the soil material is placed into a sample hitting device to hit the sample until the soil material reaches a preset dry density, and finally, the remolded soil sample is prepared. The sample pressing method overcomes the defects of low efficiency and interface of the sample hitting method, so the sample pressing method is widely applied, but the current sample pressing device has the main defects of high price, complex operation method and great influence of human factors. In addition, due to the special requirements of soil tests, a large amount of remolded soil samples are often required for experiments, and the methods cannot prepare the soil samples in batches.
