Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a range hood includes an air intake assembly 1, a box body 2 disposed above the air intake assembly 1, a filtering and noise reducing device 3, a power assembly 4 disposed in the box body 2, and an air outlet assembly 5 as an air outlet component of the power assembly 4. In this embodiment, the air intake assembly 1 is a common exhaust fume collecting hood, and the power assembly 4 is a common centrifugal fan.
The filtering and noise reducing device 3 is arranged at the intersection of the box body 2 and the air inlet component 1 and is positioned below the power component 4, and on the oil smoke flow path, the filtering and noise reducing device 3 is positioned at the upstream of an air inlet of the power component 4, so that the oil smoke firstly enters the power component 4 after being filtered and noise reduced by the filtering and noise reducing device 3.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the filtering and noise reducing device 3 includes a first muffler 31 and a second muffler 32, and the second muffler 32 is located downstream of the first muffler 31 in the soot flow path. The first muffler 31 comprises a composite filter device, and may be a porous filter net combined with activated carbon, a high efficiency HEPA net combined with activated carbon, or the like. The composite filter device is provided with a plurality of air inlet channels 311, the air inlet channels 311 penetrate through the upstream end surface and the downstream end surface of the first silencer 31 relative to the oil smoke flow path, and therefore the oil smoke can pass through the first silencer 31 through the air inlet channels 311. The plurality of air inlet channels 311 are arranged in a honeycomb manner to form a resistive muffler.
Preferably, the sectional area of each air inlet channel 311 has at least two different values, and the effect of sound pressure spectrum difference compensation can be achieved due to different sectional wind speeds, so that the porous characteristic of the porous filter screen can be utilized, and the first muffler 31 can mainly eliminate medium-high frequency noise.
The second muffler 32 includes a main body 321 extending from an end connected to the first muffler 31 to a direction away from the first muffler 31, and the main body 321 is connected to the first muffler 31 and the end away from the first muffler 31 is open for passing the oil smoke. The oil smoke passage 322 is formed in the main body 321, and the cross section of the oil smoke passage 322 gradually decreases from the connection with the first muffler 31 and then gradually increases in the direction away from the first muffler 31, so that the oil smoke passage 322 forms a venturi passage with a cross section that decreases first and then expands. The main body 321 is opened with a plurality of sound absorption holes 323 at one side of the portion where the cross section is expanded, and in the present embodiment, the sound absorption holes 323 are opened at a position of the main body 321 near the rear side of the cabinet 2. The second muffler 32 constitutes a reactive muffler, mainly eliminating low-frequency noise.
When the range hood works, oil smoke rises from a pot below the range hood, enters from the air inlet assembly 1, enters from the honeycomb-shaped air inlet channel 311 through the filtering and noise reducing device 3, and enters from disordered inlets, and simultaneously, oil smoke particles are contacted with the surface of the composite filtering device, so that the purpose of flow equalization can be achieved, and oil smoke separation and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) can be realized; after passing through the first muffler 31, the low-frequency noise enters the second muffler 32, and the low-frequency noise is reflected by using the change of the cross section of the Venturi channel, so that the low-frequency attenuation value is improved; the incident sound wave (downward propagation) of the noise and the oil smoke gas flow (upward flow) are different in direction, so that the noise can be attenuated, and the sound absorption hole 323 is adjacent to the cavity in the box body 2, so that the purpose of reducing the noise is further achieved.
By the combination of the first muffler 31 and the second muffler 32 described above, an effect of noise reduction in the entire frequency range is achieved.
If adopt the simple structure of making an uproar of falling, do not have the filter screen, then after the operation has for a long time, sound absorbing material loses its sound absorption performance easily under the greasy dirt environment, leads to the noise reduction effect not good, and the greasy dirt still can influence driving system's performance simultaneously. If the filter screen is adopted only and the noise reduction assembly is not arranged, the fussy noise is difficult to eliminate. The whole machine has larger running noise and influences the use. In the invention, after the noise reduction and the filtration are organically combined, the limited space in the box body 2 is fully utilized, and the effects of purification and noise reduction can be simultaneously achieved.

A filtering and noise reducing device is characterized in that: the oil smoke exhaust device comprises a first silencer (31) and a second silencer (32), wherein the second silencer (32) is positioned at the downstream of the first silencer (31) on an oil smoke flow path, the first silencer (31) comprises a composite filtering device, a plurality of air inlet channels (311) for oil smoke to pass through and enter the second silencer (32) are formed in the composite filtering device, and the air inlet channels (311) are arranged in a honeycomb manner to form a silencer resistance for eliminating medium-high frequency noise; the second silencer (32) comprises a main body (321) extending from one end connected with the first silencer (31) to the direction far away from the first silencer (31), the end part of the main body (321) connected with the first silencer (31) and the end part of the main body (321) far away from the first silencer (31) are both open, a lampblack channel (322) formed as a Venturi channel is formed in the main body (321), the cross section of the lampblack channel (322) is gradually reduced from the connection part of the lampblack channel and the first silencer (31) and then gradually enlarged towards the direction far away from the first silencer (31), so that the lampblack channel (322) forms the Venturi channel with the cross section being reduced firstly and then enlarged, and a reactive silencer for eliminating low-frequency noise is formed.
