Abstract
一种保温球阀,包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆,在该阀体上装有保温夹套,在所述阀体内部设有多根横向保温水道,在阀体内部法兰盘上设有多根径向保温水道,横向保温水道一端与径向保温水道连通,径向保温水道通过上保温回流管与保温夹套连通,所述横向保温水道另一端设有导通管,导通管与上保温回流管形成回路,能够促进保温介质在保温夹套的流动性,也能更好的进行保温,防止在传输的过程中容易出现结晶或凝固现象,堵塞球阀的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,尤其是涉及一种保温球阀。
背景技术
保温球阀是一种用带圆形通孔的球体作启闭件,球体随阀杆转动,以实现启闭动作的阀门。主要用于截断或接通管路中的介质,亦可用于流体的调节与控制,同时也可关闭任一通道而使另外两个通道相连。目前,在石油、化工等行业有些介质,如三聚氢胺、BPA 化学品、沥青等 。对工况环境温度要求较高 ( ≥ 280C° ),不允许出现结晶或凝固现象。现有的带有保温夹套的球阀,由一个热源进口和一个热源出口,保温介质从进口端进入从出口端流出来,保温介质形成一定的流动路线,由于介质某一段中因为没有流动性,那么保温介质的温度就达不到要求,没有起到保温的作用,致使球阀流道的介质温度得不到保障,在传输的过程中容易出现结晶或凝固现象,堵塞球阀,无法起到传输的作用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种保温球阀,解决保温介质某一段中因为没有流动性,那么保温介质的温度就达不到要求的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种保温球阀,包括阀体、阀座、球体、阀杆,在该阀体上装有保温夹套,在所述阀体内部设有多根横向保温水道,在阀体内部法兰盘上设有多根径向保温水道,横向保温水道一端与径向保温水道连通,径向保温水道通过上保温回流管与保温夹套连通,所述横向保温水道另一端设有导通管,导通管与上保温回流管形成回路;
所述保温夹套下方设有进水口和出水口,进水口和出水口侧壁连接有下保温回流管,下保温回流管与径向保温水道连通,径向保温水道与横向保温水道和导通管形成回路。
优选方案中,所述保温水道的与连接法兰的螺母孔交错分布。
优选方案中,在所述阀体内、并与阀座紧靠处装有压环,在该压环内与阀体相接处装有弹簧。
优选方案中,横向保温水道开口处设有密封堵头。
优选方案中,阀体下端设有排污阀,排污阀与球体下端的空腔连通。
优选方案中,在所述阀座和球体的表面喷涂碳化钨硬化涂层,其厚度为 0.2-0.25mm ,或者在所述阀座和球体的表面喷焊镍基合金硬化层,其厚度为 0.8-1.5mm。
优选方案中,阀杆的侧壁上开有圆孔,该圆孔内设有防静电弹簧。
本发明提供一种保温球阀,在阀体里面增加保温水道,保温水道与阀体内部的流道平行,保温水道从法兰连接盘连接面进行钻孔,钻孔深度靠近阀杆位置,在横向保温水道的上面连接有导通管和径向保温水道,径向保温水道从法兰连接盘的外圆周圈伸出,径向保温水道外面连接有上保温回流管,上保温回流管连接到保温夹套,与导通管形成回路,可促进保温介质的流通,使球阀流道的介质温度得到保障,在传输的过程中不会出现结晶或凝固现象,无法起到传输的现象。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,一种保温球阀,包括阀体6、阀座8、球体15、阀杆12,在该阀体6上装有保温夹套4,在所述阀体6内部设有多根横向保温水道5,在阀体6内部法兰盘上设有多根径向保温水道19,横向保温水道5一端与径向保温水道19连通,径向保温水道19通过上保温回流管2与保温夹套4连通,所述横向保温水道5另一端设有导通管20,导通管20与上保温回流管2形成回路;
所述保温夹套4下方设有进水口11和出水口16,进水口11和出水口16侧壁连接有下保温回流管10,下保温回流管10与径向保温水道19连通,径向保温水道19与横向保温水道5和导通管20形成回路,由此结构,在阀体6里面增加保温水道,保温水道与阀体6内部的流道平行,保温水道从法兰连接盘连接面进行钻孔,钻孔深度靠近阀杆6位置,在横向保温水道的上面连接有导通管20和径向保温水道19,径向保温水道19从法兰连接盘的外圆周圈伸出,径向保温水道19外面连接有上保温回流管2,上保温回流管2连接到保温夹套4,与导通管20形成回路,可促进保温介质的流通,使球阀流道的介质温度得到保障,在传输的过程中不会出现结晶或凝固现象,无法起到传输的现象。
优选方案中,所述保温水道5的与连接法兰的螺母孔交错分布。
优选方案中,在所述阀体6内、并与阀座8紧靠处装有压环7,在该压环7内与阀体6相接处装有弹簧17,由此结构,所述压环7和弹簧17的组合结构,使得球阀门6的密封性更好,压环7后面装有弹簧17起到压缩预紧作用,通过弹簧17的预紧力传递给压环7,压环7的挤压阀座,使阀座产生变形,使其阀座贴紧球体,从而使保温球阀在径向获得耐高温的整体密封结构。特别适用于450℃以内高温介质的场合,其流动介质也就不易出现结晶或凝固现象。
优选方案中,横向保温水道5开口处设有密封堵头9,方便维修和检测,也方便加工。
优选方案中,阀体6下端设有排污阀18,排污阀18与球体15下端的空腔连通,在长时间的使用过程中,容易出现杂质,可从排污阀18进行排出。
优选方案中,在所述阀座8和球体15的表面喷涂碳化钨硬化涂层,其厚度为 0.2-0.25mm ,或者在所述阀座8和球体15的表面喷焊镍基合金硬化层,其厚度为 0.8-1.5mm,从而使阀座和球体致密结合,且使其表面硬度达到HRC65以上,具有很好的耐磨性能和耐冲蚀性能。
优选方案中,阀杆12的侧壁上开有圆孔,该圆孔内设有防静电弹簧21,在高温的传输过程中,也会产生静电,通过防静电弹簧21能将静电进行消除,减少安全隐患。
上述的实施例仅为本发明的优选技术方案,而不应视为对于本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求记载的技术方案,包括权利要求记载的技术方案中技术特征的等同替换方案为保护范围。即在此范围内的等同替换改进,也在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种保温球阀,包括阀体(6)、阀座(8)、球体(15)、阀杆(12),在该阀体(6)上装有保温夹套(4),其特征是:在所述阀体(6)内部设有多根横向保温水道(5),在阀体(6)内部法兰盘上设有多根径向保温水道(19),横向保温水道(5)一端与径向保温水道(19)连通,径向保温水道(19)通过上保温回流管(2)与保温夹套(4)连通,所述横向保温水道(5)另一端设有导通管(20),导通管(20)与上保温回流管(2)形成回路;
所述保温夹套(4)下方设有进水口(11)和出水口(16),进水口(11)和出水口(16)侧壁连接有下保温回流管(10),下保温回流管(10)与径向保温水道(19)连通,径向保温水道(19)与横向保温水道(5)和导通管(20)形成回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种保温球阀,其特征是:所述保温水道(5)的与连接法兰的螺母孔交错分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种保温球阀,其特征是:在所述阀体(6)内、并与阀座(8)紧靠处装有压环(7),在该压环(7)内与阀体(6)相接处装有弹簧(17)。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种保温球阀,其特征是:横向保温水道(5)开口处设有密封堵头(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种保温球阀,其特征是:阀体(6)下端设有排污阀(18),排污阀(18)与球体(15)下端的空腔连通。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种保温球阀,其特征是:在所述阀座(8)和球体(15)的表面喷涂碳化钨硬化涂层,其厚度为 0.2-0.25mm ,或者在所述阀座(8)和球体(15)的表面喷焊镍基合金硬化层,其厚度为 0.8-1.5mm。
7.如权利要求1所述一种保温球阀,其特征是:阀杆(12)的侧壁上开有圆孔,该圆孔内设有防静电弹簧(21)。
