技术领域
本发明涉及一种无气缸双作用气动注射泵。
背景技术
传统的气动注射泵都包括气缸和注浆缸,典型的结构如图1所示,包括一个气缸、一个注射缸和一个二位四通换向阀,气缸的活塞杆伸入所述注射缸内,和注射缸内的活塞相连,气源通过二位四通阀后与气缸相连。
这种注射泵,设备都需要一个气缸,而且气缸的体积远远大于注射缸,导致产品的体积大大增加,因此有必要予以改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供无气缸双作用气动注射泵,体积大大减小,成本大大降低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:无气缸双作用启动注射泵,包括缸体,所述缸体的中间位置设置有隔板,所述隔板将所述缸体分为互不相通的第一腔室和第二腔室,所述隔板上滑动连接有活塞杆,所述活塞杆的两端各设置有一个活塞,所述隔板上设置有第一通道和第二通道,所述第一通道连通所述第一腔室和外界,所述第二通道连通第二腔室和外界,所述缸体的两端各设置一个泵壳,所述泵壳上设置有进液口和出液口,所述进液口和所述出液口的一端都与缸体内部相通。使用时,第一通道和第二通道通过一个换向阀和气泵相连,然后进液口和要注射的液体箱相连,出液口和要放液体的容器相连。先往第一通道内充气,第一通道内的活塞向着缸体端部移动,带动第一通道内的液体从出液口流出,同时,第二通道内的活塞向着隔板运动,将第二通道向着隔板一侧的空气排出,同时从吸液口吸入液体,当第一通道内的液体排干净时,换向阀换向,第一通道和第二通道内的液体和气体流动和前一次相反,如此往复,每次充气时都至少有一个腔室在排液,这保证了设备的效率,另外这种结构的注射泵,没有采用气缸,设备体积大大减小,成本也大大降低。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述泵壳上还设置与所述进液口相通的第一通孔,所述第一通孔内设置有第一阀杆,所述第一通孔与控制气流相通,往所述第一通孔内通气时,所述第一阀杆插入所述进液口内,将所述进液口堵塞。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述泵壳上还设置与所述出液口相通的第二通孔,所述第二通孔内设置有第二阀杆,所述第二通孔与控制气流相通,往所述第二通孔内通气时,所述第二阀杆插入所述出液口内,将所述出液口堵塞。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
参见图2,无气缸双作用启动注射泵,包括缸体1,所述缸体1的中间位置设置有隔板2,所述隔板2将所述缸体分为互不相通的第一腔室21和第二腔室22。
所述隔板2上滑动连接有活塞杆23,所述活塞杆23的两端各设置有一个活塞23,所述隔板2上设置有第一通道2a和第二通道2b,所述第一通道2a连通所述第一腔室21和外界,所述第二通道2b连通第二腔室22和外界。
所述缸体1的两端各设置一个泵壳3,所述泵壳3上设置有进液口31和出液口32,所述进液口31和所述出液口32的一端都与缸体1内部相通。
所述泵壳3上还设置与所述进液口31相通的第一通孔41,所述第一通孔41内设置有第一阀杆411,所述第一通孔41与控制气流相通,往所述第一通孔41内通气时,所述第一阀杆411插入所述进液口31内,将所述进液口堵塞。
所述泵壳3上还设置与所述出液口32相通的第二通孔42,所述第二通孔42内设置有第二阀杆421,所述第二通孔42与控制气流相通,往所述第二通孔42内通气时,所述第二阀杆421插入所述出液口32内,将所述出液口32堵塞。
参见图3,使用时,第一通道2a和第二通道2b通过一个换向阀5和气泵6相连,然后进液口31和要注射的液体所在的容器箱7相连,出液口32和要放液体的容器相连。第一通孔41和第二通孔42分别连一个电磁阀4a后与充气泵6后相连。
使用时先往第一通道内充气,第一通道内的活塞向着缸体端部移动,带动第一通道内的液体从出液口流出,同时,第二通道内的活塞向着隔板运动,将第二通道向着隔板一侧的空气排出,同时从吸液口吸入液体,当第一通道内的液体排干净时,换向阀换向,第一通道和第二通道内的液体和气体流动和前一次相反,如此往复,每次充气时都至少有一个腔室在排液,这保证了设备的效率,另外这种结构的注射泵,没有采用气缸,设备体积大大减小,成本也大大降低。

2.根据权利要求1所述的无气缸双作用启动注射泵,其特征在于:所述泵壳上还设置与所述进液口相通的第一通孔,所述第一通孔内设置有第一阀杆,所述第一通孔与控制气流相通,往所述第一通孔内通气时,所述第一阀杆插入所述进液口内,将所述进液口堵塞。
