The invention discloses hemp stalk 3D printing ink and a preparation process thereof, wherein the printing ink comprises a connecting material, nano hemp stalks, ink base ink and 3D printing ink, and the ratio of the connecting material is as follows: 30% of vegetable oil, 30% of mineral oil, 20% of alkyd resin, 10% of resin and 10% of gelling agent, wherein the ratio of the ink base ink is as follows: 40% of connecting material, 30% of coloring material and 30% of nano hemp stalk, wherein the 3D printing ink comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 63% of printing ink base ink, 10% of suspending agent, 9% of dispersing agent and 18% of printing ink, wherein the yield property of the printing ink can be changed by a connecting material in the printing ink components, so that the printing ink is more suitable for 3D printing, and the hemp stalk added in the printing ink has good thickening property, thixotropy, suspension stability, high-temperature stability, lubricity, film forming property, water resistance and chemical stability.
