The following detailed description of the present invention is given for the purpose of better understanding technical solutions of the present invention by those skilled in the art, and the present description is only exemplary and explanatory and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention in any way.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the specific structure of the present invention is: a treatment system for dangerous chemical residues of a tank truck comprises a tank truck 1 for conveying and a storage and transportation tank body 2 for storing chemicals, and is characterized in that a liquid phase output pipe end on the storage and transportation tank body 2 is connected with a first material conveying pipe 3, the first material conveying pipe 3 is connected with an input end of a first liquid pump 12, an output end of the first liquid pump 12 is provided with a sixth material conveying pipe 13 and communicated with a feeding port on a storage tank 14, a discharge port of the storage tank 14 is provided with a seventh material conveying pipe 15 and communicated with a second liquid pump 16, an output port of the second liquid pump 16 is provided with an eighth material conveying pipe 17 and connected to an incinerator 18 for incinerating dangerous chemicals, and waste gas generated by the incinerator 18 is conveyed into a tail gas treatment device 20 for treatment through a ninth material conveying pipe 19; the end of a gas phase output pipe on the storage and transportation tank body 2 is connected with a second material conveying pipe 4, the second material conveying pipe 4 is connected to the input end of a second vacuum pump 10, the output end of the second vacuum pump 10 is provided with a fifth material conveying pipe 11, and the fifth material conveying pipe 11 is connected to an incinerator 18; the gas phase output pipe end on the storage and transportation tank body 2 is connected with a third material conveying pipe 5, the third material conveying pipe 5 is connected with the input end of a first vacuum pump 8, the output end of the first vacuum pump 8 is provided with a fourth material conveying pipe 9, and the fourth material conveying pipe 9 is connected to an incinerator 18; the top of the storage and transportation tank body 2 is provided with a cleaning device 23 for scraping off residual liquid dangerous chemicals on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank body 2.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to facilitate on-off control of the first material conveying pipe 3, the second material conveying pipe 4 and the third material conveying pipe 5, a check valve 6 and a control valve 7 are respectively arranged on the first material conveying pipe 3, the second material conveying pipe 4 and the third material conveying pipe 5.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to facilitate the incinerator 18 to completely incinerate hazardous chemicals, the incinerator 18 is provided with an air supply pipe 21 for delivering oxygen, and the air supply pipe 21 is connected with an output end of a fan 22.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in order to facilitate scraping off the residual liquid hazardous chemicals on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank body 2, the cleaning device 23 includes a frame body 2301, hydraulic cylinders 2302 are arranged on the inner wall of the top of the frame body 2301 at intervals, telescopic shaft ends of the hydraulic cylinders 2302 are fixedly connected with a movable frame 2304, transverse screws 2305 are arranged below the movable frame 2304 at intervals in a rotating manner, wall scraping components 2306 for scraping off the residual liquid hazardous chemicals on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank body 2 are movably arranged on the transverse screws 2305, one end of each transverse screw 2305 is rotatably arranged on a mounting seat 2303, the other end of each transverse screw 2305 is connected with an output shaft end of a transportation motor 2307, and the conveying motor 2307 is installed on a supporting frame 2308 below the movable frame 2304, the transverse screw rods 2305 are in transmission connection through a transmission belt 2309 to drive the conveying motor 2307, and the transverse screw rods 2305 arranged in parallel all make rotary motion.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in order to facilitate scraping of the residual liquid hazardous chemicals on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank 2, the wall scraping assembly 2306 includes a traverse screw nut 23062 movably disposed on a traverse screw 2305, a fixing plate 23063 is connected to the bottom of the traverse screw nut 23062, a wall scraping motor 23061 is disposed on the fixing plate 23063, an output shaft end of the wall scraping motor 23061 is connected to a longitudinal screw 23064, the longitudinal screw 23064 is vertically penetrated through one end of the fixing plate 23063 downwards and is provided with a longitudinal screw nut 23065, a lifting block 23066 is disposed on the longitudinal screw nut 23065, the lifting block 23066 is in a rectangular block structure, both side end portions of the lifting block 23066 are hinged with an upper connecting rod 23069, the upper connecting rod 23069 is hinged with a lower connecting rod 23072, an end portion of the upper connecting rod 23069 is provided with a sliding plate 70 with an arc-shaped empty slot, one end of the sliding plate 23070 is fixed with the upper connecting rod 23069, the empty slot 23070 is, a scraper 23071 is arranged on the sliding plate 23070, the lower ends of the lower connecting rods 23072 are hinged to a sleeve 23073, and a bearing 23074 is arranged between the sleeve 23073 and the longitudinal screw 23064.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, in order to facilitate scraping off the residual liquid hazardous chemical on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank 2, the scraper 23071 is in an arc-shaped plate structure, and the scraper 23071 is fixedly disposed on the side surface of the sliding plate 23070, when the longitudinal screw 23064 rotates, the longitudinal screw nut 23065 and the lifting block 23066 vertically lift, the sliding plate 23070 performs an arc-shaped swinging motion between the two upper connecting rods 23069, and the scraper 23071 scrapes off the residual liquid hazardous chemical on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank 2.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in order to facilitate the guiding of the lifting movement of the lifting block 23066, a guide sleeve 23067 is fixedly disposed on the end surface of the lifting block 23066, a guide rod 23068 is vertically disposed in the guide sleeve 23067, and the upper end of the guide rod 23068 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the fixing plate 23063.
A method for treating hazardous chemical residue on a tanker comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps that a worker of an inspection mechanism judges dangerous chemicals stored in a storage tank body on a tank car, if the dangerous chemicals are in a liquid state, the worker of the inspection mechanism connects a liquid phase output pipe end on the storage tank body with a first conveying pipe, opens a control valve on the first conveying pipe, drives a first liquid pump, and pumps and conveys the liquid dangerous chemicals into a storage tank for storage; then, the worker opens the top cover of the storage and transportation tank body, and starts the cleaning device to scrape the inner wall of the liquid dangerous chemical remained on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank body, so that the liquid dangerous chemical can be fully discharged from the storage tank; if the dangerous chemicals stored in the storage and transportation tank body on the tank car are in a gaseous state, the worker detects the pressure in the storage and transportation tank body on the tank car, if the pressure in the storage and transportation tank body is greater than 0.2MPa, the worker connects the gas phase output pipe end on the storage and transportation tank body with a third conveying pipe, opens a control valve on the third conveying pipe, drives a first vacuum pump, pumps the gaseous dangerous chemicals into an incinerator for incineration treatment, opens a fan and conveys oxygen into the incinerator through an air supply pipe; if the pressure in the storage and transportation tank body is less than or equal to 0.2MPa, a worker connects a gas phase output pipe end on the storage and transportation tank body with a second conveying pipe, opens a control valve on the second conveying pipe, drives a second vacuum pump, pumps the gaseous dangerous chemical into an incinerator for incineration treatment, and in the incineration treatment process, the worker opens a second liquid pump, pumps and conveys the liquid dangerous chemical stored in a storage tank into the incinerator as a combustion improver, opens a fan and conveys oxygen into the incinerator through an air supply pipe; and (3) conveying the waste gas generated by incineration treatment in the incinerator into a tail gas treatment device through a ninth conveying pipe for tail gas treatment, wherein the tail gas treatment device is conventional tail gas treatment equipment in the field, and the value basis of the pressure in the storage and transportation tank body being greater than 0.2MPa is obtained according to years of working experience of workers of an inspection mechanism, and can be obtained through repeated experiments by the workers in the field.

A treatment system for dangerous chemical residues of a tank car comprises a tank car for conveying and a storage and transportation tank body for storing chemicals, and is characterized in that a liquid phase output pipe end on the storage and transportation tank body is connected with a first material conveying pipe, the first material conveying pipe is connected with an input end of a first liquid pump, an output end of the first liquid pump is provided with a sixth material conveying pipe and communicated with a feeding port on a storage tank, a discharge port of the storage tank is provided with a seventh material conveying pipe and communicated with a second liquid pump, an output port of the second liquid pump is provided with an eighth material conveying pipe and connected to an incinerator for incinerating and treating dangerous chemicals, and waste gas generated by the incinerator is conveyed into a tail gas treatment device through a ninth material conveying pipe for treatment; the gas phase output pipe end on the storage and transportation tank body is connected with a second material conveying pipe, the second material conveying pipe is connected to the input end of a second vacuum pump, the output end of the second vacuum pump is provided with a fifth material conveying pipe, and the fifth material conveying pipe is connected to the incinerator; the gas phase output pipe end on the storage and transportation tank body is connected with a third material conveying pipe, the third material conveying pipe is connected with the input end of a first vacuum pump, the output end of the first vacuum pump is provided with a fourth material conveying pipe, and the fourth material conveying pipe is connected to the incinerator; the top of the storage and transportation tank body is provided with a cleaning device for scraping the residual liquid dangerous chemicals on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank body, the cleaning device comprises a frame body, hydraulic cylinders are arranged on the inner wall of the top of the frame body at intervals, telescopic shaft ends of the hydraulic cylinders are fixedly connected with a movable frame, transverse screw rods are arranged below the movable frame at intervals in a rotating mode, wall scraping assemblies for scraping the residual liquid dangerous chemicals on the inner wall of the storage and transportation tank body are movably arranged on the transverse screw rods, one ends of the transverse screw rods are rotatably arranged on an installation seat, the other ends of the transverse screw rods are connected with an output shaft end of a conveying motor, the conveying motor is arranged on a supporting frame below the movable frame, the transverse screw rods are in transmission connection through transmission belts and drive the conveying motor, the transverse screw rods which are arranged in parallel are all in rotary, the bottom of the transverse moving screw rod nut is connected with a fixing plate, a wall scraping motor is arranged on the fixing plate, an output shaft end of the wall scraping motor is connected with a longitudinal screw rod, one end of the longitudinal screw rod, which vertically penetrates through the fixing plate downwards, is provided with a longitudinal moving screw rod nut, a lifting block is arranged on the longitudinal moving screw rod nut, the lifting block is of a rectangular block structure, the end parts of the two sides of the lifting block are hinged with an upper connecting rod, the upper connecting rod is hinged with a lower connecting rod, the end part of the upper connecting rod is provided with a sliding plate with an arc-shaped hollow groove, one end of the sliding plate is fixed with the upper connecting rod, the hollow groove of the other end of the sliding plate is sleeved on a sleeve column on the outer surface.
