repairing construction waste with petroleum hydrocarbon TPH (C10-40) concentration of 2561mg/kg by adopting a roller elution mode, wherein the repairing method comprises the following steps: placing the construction waste (the particle size is less than or equal to 200mm) in a reticular roller in a roller elution pool, starting spraying by an upper spraying device when the reticular roller does not rotate, adding an oxidant into the spraying water, sampling and detecting the repaired construction waste, and eluting by the roller until the concentration of the target organic pollutant reaches the standard if the target organic pollutant does not reach the standard; after 3-5 batches of drum elution, the water in the pool is collected to the circulation pool. And a sedimentation tank is arranged in the circulating tank, the soil deposited in the sedimentation tank is collected and then is uniformly repaired, and water in the circulating tank is used for preparing an oxidation medicament in the building rubbish repair and soil repair.

After the construction waste is repaired by the method, the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon TPH (C10-40) in the construction waste is reduced from 2561mg/kg to 1946mg/kg before the repair, and the concentration is higher than the concentration after the repair in the embodiment 4.
Claims (10)
1. A drum elution system for organic pollution building garbage is characterized by comprising a drum elution tank, a reticular drum, a spraying device, a circulation tank, a sedimentation tank and an oxidation agent preparation tank; the upper part of the roller elution pool is provided with a mesh roller which is obliquely arranged; a spraying device is arranged right above the reticular roller, and a nozzle is arranged at the bottom of the spraying device and can spray spraying water; the end part of one side of the net-shaped roller at the high position is connected with a feeding system through a feeding crawler; a discharge hole is formed in the end part of one lower side of the reticular roller; the upper part of the feeding system is provided with a feeding hole, and the lower part of the feeding system is fixed through a feeding system bracket; a sewage outlet of the roller elution tank is connected with a sewage inlet of the circulating tank; the sedimentation tank is arranged in the circulating tank; a sludge outlet at the bottom of the sedimentation tank is provided with a sludge pump, and the outlet of the sludge pump is connected with a sedimentation collecting pipe; one path of the circulating water outlet of the circulating pool is connected with the inlet of the spraying device, and the other path of the circulating water outlet of the circulating pool is connected with the inlet of the oxidizing agent preparation tank; the agent outlet of the oxidizing agent preparation tank is connected with the inlet of the spraying device; the drum body of the reticular drum is provided with a plurality of meshes; the central shaft of the reticular roller, namely the driving shaft, is connected with the driving motor through the coupler, the roller body of the reticular roller is fixedly connected with the central shaft, and the driving motor can drive the reticular roller to rotate.
2. The drum elution system for construction waste with organic pollution according to claim 1, wherein the circulation tank is provided with a sedimentation tank and a clean water tank, and the sedimentation tank and the clean water tank are separated by a vertical baffle; a plurality of vertical wing plates are arranged at the upper part in the sedimentation tank; the sewage inlet of the circulating tank is arranged on one side of the sedimentation tank, and the circulating water outlet of the circulating tank is arranged on one side of the clean water tank.

The organic contaminated construction waste drum elution system of claim 1, wherein the oxidation agent preparation tank is provided with a motor blade driven to rotate by a rotating motor; the upper part of one side of the oxidation agent preparation tank is provided with a circulating water inlet, and the lower part of the other side of the oxidation agent preparation tank is provided with an agent outlet; the top of the oxidation agent preparation tank is provided with a dosing port.

The drum-type washing and discharging system for organic contaminated construction waste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the settling tank is provided with three sludge outlets, each sludge outlet is provided with a sludge pump, and the outlet of each sludge pump is connected with the settling and collecting pipe.

The drum elution system for organic contaminated construction waste as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the drum is 1200-2000mm, the length is 2500-3500mm, the diameter of the mesh is 20-50mm, and the distance between the meshes is 20-50 mm; the inclination angle of the roller edge of the reticular roller and the horizontal direction is 5-15 degrees.
6. A method for drum-washing of organically-polluted construction waste using the drum-washing system for organically-polluted construction waste according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the repairing method comprises the steps of: a batch of construction waste with the particle size of less than or equal to 200mm is fed into a reticular roller arranged in a roller elution tank through a feed inlet of a feed system and a feed crawler, the reticular roller rotates in a rolling manner, a spray device above the reticular roller starts spray water for spraying, an oxidant is added into the spray water, the construction waste is rolled and collided in the reticular roller, so that soil and pollutants adhered to the construction waste are eluted and eliminated, namely, the soil and the pollutants are repaired, and the soil with the pollutants falls into the roller elution tank along with the spray water; the batch of construction waste is rolled, eluted and repaired in the reticular roller, namely stays for 0.5-2min, and then small building waste remained in the reticular roller after repair is sampled and detected; if the concentration of the target organic pollutant does not reach the standard, performing roller elution until the concentration of the target organic pollutant reaches the standard; if the concentration of the target organic pollutants reaches the standard, opening a valve of a discharge port at the end part of one lower side of the reticular roller, discharging construction waste which is qualified in elution from the discharge port, and conveying the collected construction waste to a safe storage place for safe storage through a discharge crawler; after 3-5 batches of drum elution, collecting water in a drum elution pool to a circulating pool, namely arranging a valve between the drum elution pool and the circulating pool, and opening the valve after 3-5 batches of drum elution, or pumping the water in the drum elution pool to the circulating pool by using a water pump; a sedimentation tank is arranged in the circulating tank, the soil deposited in the sedimentation tank is conveyed to a sedimentation collecting pipe through a sludge pump at a sludge outlet at the bottom of the sedimentation tank for collection, sampling detection is carried out, qualified soil is detected for safe stockpiling, unqualified soil is repaired, an oxidizing agent is added into the soil and is uniformly mixed, and the qualified soil is restored for safe stockpiling; water in the circulating pool, spraying water for repairing construction waste and preparation of oxidizing agents in soil repair.
7. The drum elution method of organically-polluted building waste as claimed in claim 6, wherein the oxidizing agent is sodium persulfate; the mass concentration of the sodium persulfate in the spray water is controlled to be 0.01-1%.
8. The drum elution method of organically-polluted construction waste as claimed in claim 6, wherein the pH of the water in the circulation tank is controlled to be 8.0-9.0.
9. The drum elution method of organic contaminated construction waste as claimed in claim 6, wherein the drum rotation speed is 10-20 r/min; the drum elution retention time is 0.5-2 min.
10. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the construction waste is detected at 1000m per 500-3One sample of the construction waste is taken for detection.
