By arranging the auxiliary paper delivery mechanism 5 consisting of the driving source 51, the supporting plate assembly 52 and the guide assembly 53, the aims of continuous production and paper delivery of the splitting machine are fulfilled, and the production efficiency is improved.
The supporting plate assembly 52 comprises a supporting frame 521 and a plate 522 connected to the supporting frame 521, the supporting frame 521 is slidably connected to the guide assembly 53, the plate 522 is made of a metal iron plate, the supporting frame 521 is in a square frame shape, and the plate 522 is welded to the supporting member 521, so that the bearing capacity of the supporting plate assembly 52 is improved.
The pallet assembly 52 further comprises a plurality of second conveying members 523, two adjacent second conveying members 523 are arranged at intervals, each second conveying member 523 is connected to the supporting frame 521 and located above the plate member 522, and the driving motor drives the second conveying members 523 to move horizontally, so that the paper stacks of the pallet assembly 52 can be conveniently transferred to the empty paper receiving table 3.
Each second conveying member 523 comprises an annular belt 5231 and two rotating shafts 5232, the two rotating shafts 5232 are respectively located at two ends of the supporting frame 521 in the length direction or the width direction, one annular belt 5231 is wound on the two rotating shafts 5232, the annular belt 5231 circularly rotates along the length direction of the supporting frame 521, the annular belt 5231 is arranged to enable paper stacks to fall on the annular belt 5231, the annular belt 5231 is a conveying belt, the rotating shafts 5232 rotate to drive the annular belt 5231 to synchronously move, and the paper stacks located on the annular belt 5231 move at the same speed until the paper stacks are transferred to the unloaded paper collecting table 3.
The guide assembly 53 includes a guide rail 531, a U-shaped block 532, a guide wheel 533 and a guide rod 534, the U-shaped block 532 is disposed on the frame 1, the guide rail 531 is disposed on the support frame 521 and slidably connected to the U-shaped block 532, the guide rod 534 is disposed on the frame 1, the guide wheel 533 is disposed on the support frame 521 and rotatably connected to the guide rod 534, the guide rail 531 and the U-shaped block 532 are used in cooperation to ensure the stability of the movement of the supporting plate assembly 52, the guide wheel 533 is matched with the guide rod 534 to further ensure the stability of the movement direction of the supporting plate assembly 52, and the friction resistance of the supporting plate assembly 52 during movement is reduced.
