Description

技术领域
本发明涉及设置有如下新型偏转器(deflector)的车轮轮毂组件:该偏转器安装于供滚动轴承的径向外圈固定的旋转轮毂,并且具有保护所述轴承的密封装置免受来自外部环境的污染物(水、灰尘、泥土等)影响的功能。
本发明特别适用于(尽管非排他)机动车的车轮轮毂组件,所述组件设置有滚动轴承。这些应用包括如下两情况:轴承的外圈旋转,而轴承的内圈固定的情况,以及内圈旋转,而外圈固定的相反情况。尽管本发明还可以与内圈旋转而外圈固定的滚动轴承一起使用,但是本发明在如下相反情况下特别有利:安装于与能够旋转的外圈成一体的旋转元件,偏转器设法执行其就外部污染物而言的较好保护功能,从而不仅用作物理屏障,而且还利用了离心作用。本发明还适于任意类型的滚动体(球、滚子、圆锥滚子等)。
背景技术

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种车轮轮毂组件,其设置有新型偏转器,所述偏转器具有以下特性:保护组件,特别是其密封装置免受与诸如水、灰尘、泥土等的外部介质相关联的污染物的影响。
这是借助于如下金属偏转器实现的:该金属偏转器被适当地设计和成形为使得能够兼容(/配合于)(compatible with)车轮轮毂组件的其它元件的几何结构,并且待安装于例如供轴承单元的径向外圈固定的旋转轮毂。
所设计的形式允许水从密封件的最大排出,同时保护密封区域免受外部污染物的影响。偏转器已经被设计成安装于旋转轮毂的内径。通过适当地改变几何结构,能够将偏转器设计成使得可以安装于旋转轮毂的外径。
根据本发明的偏转器还可以与内圈旋转而外圈固定的滚动轴承一起使用。然而,本发明在如下相反情况下特别有利:安装于与能够旋转的外圈成一体的元件,偏转器通过不仅用作物理屏障,而且还利用增强其性能的离心力的作用,更好地设法执行了其就外部污染物而言的保护功能。
方便的是,一旦借助于干涉而安装于旋转轮毂,偏转器就应当不与已知类型的密封装置干涉,使得既不损坏其弹性部,也不作为结果对其密封性能起到负面影响。为了实现这方面,在安装偏转器之后,偏转器与密封装置之间的剩余空隙(clearance)以及偏转器的抵靠旋转轮毂的轴向表面的量必须适当地确定。
如果不是必须的,还有利的是金属偏转器相对于旋转轮毂的干涉安装是稳定且强的,为此,与压力配合长度和径向干涉量相关的几何参数将被适当限定并彼此关联。
优选的是,偏转器的几何结构必须使暴露于外部污染物的通道间隙最小化,以便相对于相同的污染物还建立迷宫型的屏障
另外,偏转器的几何结构必须被适当地成形为使得能够适当地吸收因任何冲击而导致的应力。

优选的是,偏转器的几何结构必须使位于第四遮蔽件54与轮毂20的凸缘部23之间的暴露于外部污染物的通道入口(access gate)56最小化,以便对于相同的污染物还建立迷宫型的屏障(barrier)。因此,有利的是,第四遮蔽件54位于比偏转器50的其它遮蔽件靠轴向外侧的位置,这是通过使第四遮蔽件54与第二遮蔽件52在轴向上间隔开、在这两个前述遮蔽件之间设置倾斜延伸(即在径向和轴向上)的第三中间遮蔽件53而获得的。以这种方式,能够将暴露于外部污染物的通道入口56的尺寸减小到等于大约1.0mm或如图2所示优选不大于0.8mm或甚至更优选不大于0.5mm的轴向尺寸值。
最后,第三倾斜遮蔽件53的存在使得偏转器50的整个结构更强,并且能够适当地吸收因任何冲击而导致的应力。
在任何情况下,如果周围部件的几何结构(/几何形状)要求的话,这不会防止偏转器被设计成与所示不同的形式。
因此,利用如此描述的方案,能够满足由终端客户、即机动车制造商针对车轮轮毂组件要求的型式认证试验(type approval test),并且能够减少因水的进入所造成损坏而被返回的前述组件的数量。
除了本发明的如上所述的实施方式以外,应当理解,各种其它变体是可能的。还应理解,所述实施方式仅是示例,并且既不限制本发明的主题,也不限制其应用,还不限制其可能的构造。正相反,尽管以上提供的描述能够使本领域技术人员实施本发明,实施其至少一个构造例,但是应当理解,在不脱离如在所附权利要求书中限定的、按字面解释和/或根据其法律等同解释的本发明的范围的情况下,所述部件的各种改变是可行的。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机动车的车轮轮毂组件(10),其包括静止的第一轮毂(20)、能够旋转的第二轮毂(31)和轴承单元(30),所述轴承单元(30)进而包括:
-径向外圈(31’),其设置有相应的径向外滚道并安装于所述旋转轮毂(31),
-至少一个径向内圈(34,34’),其设置有相应的径向内滚道并安装于所述静止轮毂(20),
-至少一列滚动体(32,33),其位于对应的内滚道与外滚道之间,
-至少一个密封装置(40,41),其位于比所述至少一列滚动体(32,33)靠轴向内侧(40)的位置,
所述车轮轮毂组件(10)的特征在于以下事实:在所述旋转轮毂(31)上,通过干涉安装有金属偏转器(50),使得允许水排出并保护所述密封装置(40)的区域免受外部污染物的影响。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,所述偏转器(50)安装于径向内径(311)、在比所述旋转轮毂(31)靠轴向内侧的位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,所述偏转器(50)包括:筒状的第一遮蔽件(51),其被适配成沿着所述径向外圈(31)的内径(311)通过干涉安装;第二遮蔽件(52),其被成形为在径向上展开的圆形冠状、与所述筒状的第一遮蔽件(51)稳定连接并被适配成为所述偏转器提供抵靠所述径向外圈(31)的表面(312)止挡面;倾斜的第三遮蔽件(53),其与所述第二遮蔽件(52)连接为一体;以及第四遮蔽件(54),其与所述第三遮蔽件(53)稳定连接、位于比所述第一遮蔽件(51)、所述第二遮蔽件(52)和所述第三遮蔽件(53)靠轴向外侧的位置。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,在所述密封装置(40)与所述偏转器(50)的筒状的第一遮蔽件(51)之间,存在有值大于1mm的轴向空隙(45)。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,所述偏转器(50)的内径(511)大于所述密封装置(40)的外径(401)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,所述表面(312)的供所述径向外圈(31)与所述偏转器(50)的第二遮蔽件(52)之间发生接触的部分(312’)具有大于或等于1mm的径向延展量。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,所述偏转器(50)的遮蔽件(51,52,53,54)的厚度(55)在0.5mm至1mm之间,所述径向干涉量在0.06mm至0.24mm之间,所述筒状的第一遮蔽件(51)在所述径向外圈(31)的内径(311)中的压力配合长度的值大于或等于1.5mm。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,所述第四遮蔽件(54)固定在比所述偏转器(50)的其它遮蔽件(51,52,53)靠轴向外侧的位置,所述位置通过使所述第四遮蔽件(54)借助于所述倾斜的第三遮蔽件(53)与所述第二遮蔽件(52)在轴向上间隔开而得到。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,所述第四遮蔽件(54)与所述第一轮毂(20)的凸缘部(23)之间的通道入口(56)的轴向尺寸小于或等于1.0mm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车轮轮毂组件(10),其特征在于,所述通道入口(56)的轴向尺寸小于或等于0.5mm。
