Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automatic production lines, in particular to a hydraulic buffer type tray exchange device and a working method, and particularly relates to a hydraulic buffer type large-scale tray exchange mechanism.
Background

Preferably, on the working surface of the clamp mother board, the top height of the positioning pin is greater than that of the zero point positioning mechanism; the working height range of the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder piston rod can reach between the height of the positioning pin and the height of the zero point positioning mechanism.
Preferably, the positioning pin can be matched with a matching hole and a matching sleeve hole with set sizes and positions on the work object workpiece tray; the zero point positioning mechanism can be matched with a matching hole and a matching trepanning of a set size and a set position on the work object workpiece tray.
