本发明专利公开了一种集雨型的改良式左公水磨,它通过该组合装置,借助集聚后的雨水、风能及太阳能实现自动研磨,将完成驱动后的剩余水引入地下,以形成海绵地,达到开发及再利用雨水的目的。其技术方案的要点是:将屋顶的雨水导入集雨池,连通至集雨水箱内,集雨水箱下方依次安置支撑水磨运转的底座、叶轮、转动杆、石磨等,集雨水箱内的雨水通过有水流调节阀的导水管直击木质叶轮,带动转动杆旋转,推动石磨研磨,冲击了叶轮的雨水继续带动下游的水车,水车转至回水槽泄水,将雨水送回到集雨箱循环利用,多余的雨水集在积水池中,通过渗漏曲管下渗形成海绵地。预留的其他动力传动杆可使用其他动能推动水磨。在传统左公水磨底座正上方架置风轮兼太阳能动能装置,风轮叶片收集的动能和太阳能光伏板收集的太阳能通过动力转换装置均可作为水磨的动力。

改良式左公水磨
技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种集雨型的改良式左公水磨,它通过该组合装置,借助集聚后的雨水、风能及太阳能实现自动研磨,将完成驱动后的剩余水引入地下,以形成海绵地,达到开发及再利用雨水的目的。
背景技术
目前,在农村,尤其是边远山区研磨粮食有着诸多限制,小型磨面机存在动力不足、产能不高的问题,还需依靠人工进行过筛处理;大型磨面机价格昂贵仅掌握在收粮企业手里或者要在固定时间去集市上磨面,大型磨面机用的是380伏的动力电,收费较高,且只能磨麦子,其他玉米、荞麦、燕麦等就只能在粉碎机里研磨。产量不大的辣椒一般都是手动在碾槽里研磨,为生产生活带来一定的不便。在雨水资源丰富的山区,仍有旧式的水车或废旧石磨。本发明旨在传统左公水磨的基础上加以改良,用屋顶雨水带动石磨,并增加风能发电配套机组及复合材料叶片和太阳能光伏板,充分利用风能与太阳能,在无雨期辅助水磨的研磨。该装置可在旧物基础上改良实现,最后将雨水渗到土地中,达到循环利用,建造海绵城市的作用。更为重要的是本发明为左宗棠最早将水磨从湖南引进到西北对水资源合理利用提出了物证,亦可作为景观供人观赏。
发明内容
为适应农村研磨粮食实用发展的需要,降低能耗,实现资源循环高效利用,制成本发明专利。
本发明专利解决其技术问题多采用的技术方案是:将屋顶的雨水导入集雨池,连通至集雨水箱内,集雨水箱下方依次安置支撑水磨运转的底座、叶轮、转动杆、石磨等,集雨水箱内的雨水通过有水流调节阀的导水管直击木质叶轮,带动转动杆旋转,推动石磨研磨,冲击了叶轮的雨水继续带动下游的水车,水车转至回水槽泄水,将雨水送回到集雨箱循环利用,多余的雨水集在积水池中,通过渗漏曲管下渗形成海绵地。预留的其他动力传动杆可使用其他动能推动水磨。
在传统左公水磨底座正上方架置风轮兼太阳能动能装置,风轮叶片收集的动能和太阳能光伏板收集的太阳能通过动力转换装置均可作为水磨的动力。
本发明专利的有益效果是,利用水能、风能和太阳能研磨粮食。

具体实施方式
改良式左公水磨的水能利用方式是靠屋顶的自然雨水在重力的作用下流入导水管,导水管中段设置一个水流调节阀,调节车轮旋转速度及开关水磨。车轮的轮叶用木板制成,轮叶面为弧形(可用圆木挖成),轮叶方向要对向水流,直接承受水的冲击力,轮叶两端嵌接在两个圆圈上,两个圆圈各用8块弧形木板构成。两个圆圈用8根木支撑与车轮中心主轴连接,圆圈板与木板之间对接而成,在外圆对接处用盖板结合,木板与木撑之间交错搭接,为使车轮牢固,在每根木撑上分别用斜撑与主轴上面的一头连接。车轴主轴下方装有一支撑底盘,与流水板上的铁轴相对(铁轴镶嵌于石臼内),这样车轮被支撑起来。主轴上面的一头有一瓦轴承,瓦轴承是由两块半圆铜片组成,铜片嵌在方木板内,方木板用螺丝固定在楼板上。
左公水磨的磨子与我们常见的磨子大体相同,但是两片石磨的磨心都是穿心的,下片石磨固定在楼板上,上片石磨上开有2*2公分石槽,槽中插入铁棍并使铁棍穿进主轴顶上的铁环,促使上磨旋转,如要使石磨及时止动,可将铁棍抽出。在上石磨边缘挖一个小孔,上片石磨两端木柄上装有木扫把,石磨转动时带动扫把,将底盘上周围的面粉扫入面粉入口。
在传统左公水磨底座正上方架置动力传动杆,调节风轮动能装置的高低。风轮叶片和太阳能光伏板收集的动能传送至水磨转动杆,风轮动能装置上安装风轮离合转向盒,确保有效利用各方向的风能。
集雨水箱流出来的水一部分由水车泄回到集雨水箱中,一部分集在积水池中,通过带有网眼的渗透曲管引入地使形成下海绵地。

1.一种改良式左公水磨,包括集雨池、集雨水箱、左公水磨主体、水车、风轮动能、太阳能动能和渗漏曲管构成的研磨装置,其特征是:同时集水能、风能和太阳能驱动。
2.如权利要求书1所述的改良式水磨,其特征是:所述的左公水磨主体由磨罩、石磨、传动杆、水车和支撑底盘组成,所述的水车由带水流调节阀的导水管驱动。
3.如权利要求书1所述的改良式水磨,其特征是:所述的水车上方有回水槽与集雨水箱连接。
4.如权利要求书1所述的改良式水磨,其特征是:所述的风轮动能由风车叶片收集的动能传送至石磨转动杆。
5.如权利要求书1所述的改良式水磨,其特征是:所述的太阳能动能与风车动能由同一动力传送装置组合而成,同属于水磨动力。
