本实用新型涉及光伏设备领域,特别的是涉及一种应用于太阳能地网上的配重压块。
背景技术
为了节约用地以及满足就地发电及就近使用的原则,很多光伏发电系统都选择在屋顶上建设,这样,就对光伏组件支架的抗风载等能力提出了要求,传统的技术方案是采用在屋顶上通过预制水泥、膨胀螺栓等方式进行固定,但是,一般屋面的防水沥青在5年左右就要重新做,给后面的维修带来了很多麻烦。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种方便搬运,维护方便的太阳能地网配重块。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案实现:
太阳能地网配重压块,包括内体为空腔的配重压块本体,所述的配重压块本体,其上部设置有把手,以及设置在把手一侧,与配重压块本体相连通的配重物进口,所述的配重压块本体,其下部设置有与太阳能地网相配合的凹槽。
上述技术方案中,本实用新型采用了内体为空腔的配重压块本体,以及与配重压块本体相连通的配重物进口,这样,在使用太阳能地网配重压块时,往配重物进口处注入重物即可,当移动太阳能地网配重压块时,只需将重物抽空即可,方便配重压块的移动,同时可以循环使用,节省了工程的成本。同时,在太阳能地网配重压块下部设置有与太阳能地网相配合的凹槽,这样,就与太阳能地网稳定的连接在一起,即使维护太阳能电网时,也只需移动配重压块即可。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:结构简单,方便搬运,后期维护省力,减少了水泥的成产能耗及建筑垃圾的处理,为环境保护提供了保障,同时可减少工程的成本。
