背景技术
新型冠状病毒肺炎，简称“新冠肺炎”（COVID-19）是一种新型冠状病毒感染引起的急性呼吸道传染病。其传染性强，自发现迅速肆虐全国。因此在COVID-19疫苗尚未研制成功并广泛应用于临床之前，积极防治COVID-19,防止其发病，截断其由轻型转重型具有极其重要的意义。
目前西医治疗以加强支持治疗，保证充分热量，注意水、电解质平衡，必要时予以氧疗、进行抗病毒治疗和抗菌治疗为主。中医药治疗在预防发病，改善临床症状，防止轻型转重症，重症转危重症方面都有明显的优势。
因此，需要设计一种普遍有效的、毒副作用小的防治新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）的中药组合物及其应用。

针对上述现有技术，本发明的目的是提供一种治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）的中药组合物及其应用。
本发明具有疏肝柔肝，清热化湿的功效。用于COVID-19普通型、重型属肝胆郁热证和恢复期“余邪未清”者均具有显著疗效。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用下述技术方案：

进一步的，优选包括以下重量份的原料药制成：
黄芪20份、太子参15份、茯苓20份、甘草6份、炒薏苡仁30份、砂仁10份、延胡索12份、郁金10份、白芍30份、当归8份、赤芍12份、白茅根30份、白术12份、石苇30份、茵陈30份、鸡内金30份、葛根15份。
本发明的上述中药组合物在制备治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的药物制剂中的应用。
本发明的治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的中药组合物的中药颗粒剂，以上述的中药组合物为有效成分。
本方由《丹溪心法》之平肝汤合自拟经验方赤白汤加减而成。方中太子参、茯苓、白芍、白术柔肝益气；肝之失于疏泄，影响脾之运化，“木乘土位”，配以四君子汤加强健脾益气之功；赤白汤由赤芍、白芍、当归、白茅根组成，养血柔肝，气血双清；延胡索、郁金行肝经之郁滞，达疏肝解郁，行气止痛之效；葛根益气生津，引阴上行；茵陈、鸡内金清肝经之湿热，疏利肝胆经，导邪外出；石苇利湿，引湿热之邪从小便而出。全方补而不滞，清利而不伤阴。

黄芪20g、太子参15g、茯苓20g、甘草6g、炒薏苡仁30g、砂仁10g、延胡索12g、郁金10g、白芍30g、当归8g、赤芍12g、白茅根30g、白术12g、石苇30g、茵陈30g、鸡内金30g、葛根15g。
实施例2
原料组成：
黄芪15g、太子参12g、茯苓15g、甘草4g、炒薏苡仁25g、砂仁8g、延胡索10g、郁金8g、白芍25g、当归6g、赤芍10g、白茅根25g、白术10g、石苇25g、茵陈25g、鸡内金25g、葛根10g。
实施例3
原料组成：
黄芪25g、太子参18g、茯苓25g、甘草8g、炒薏苡仁35g、砂仁12g、延胡索15g、郁金12g、白芍35g、当归10g、赤芍15g、白茅根35g、白术15g、石苇35g、茵陈35g、鸡内金35g、葛根18g。
实施例4
原料组成：
黄芪16g、太子参17g、茯苓19g、甘草5g、炒薏苡仁28g、砂仁11g、延胡索12g、郁金9g、白芍28g、当归8g、赤芍14g、白茅根33g、白术11g、石苇29g、茵陈31g、鸡内金27g、葛根13g。
临床试验表明，本发明具有疏肝柔肝，清热化湿的功效。用于COVID-19普通型、重型属肝胆郁热证和恢复期“余邪未清”者均具有显著疗效。
治疗典型病例一：
患者使用本实施例1的中药组合物
患者，女，26岁，未婚。主诉：发热，咳嗽3天。伴胸闷气促，头晕乏力。1周前家庭聚餐成员中有两人确诊COVID-19。3天前出现发热、咳嗽症状。新型冠状病毒核酸阳性。胸部CT：右肺多发异常密度影。诊断：COVID-19（重型）。治疗：服用1周后咳嗽，发热消失，胸闷气促较前好转。服药2周后症状消失，病毒核酸阴性出院。
治疗典型病例二：
患者使用本实施例4的中药组合物
患者，女，17岁，未婚。主诉：咳嗽2天，发热1天。伴精神欠佳，睡眠较差，食欲减退，腹泻。新型冠状病毒核酸阳性。多层螺旋CT肺与纵膈（平扫）：左肺下叶少许感染，血常规 白细胞5.22*10^9/L，血小板120*10^9/L，淋巴细胞绝对值1.58*10^9/L。诊断：新型冠状病毒肺炎（普通型）。治疗：服用1周咳嗽、发热症状消失，腹泻止。服药10天后复查病毒核酸阴性出院。
选取45例患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组；治疗组25例，年龄12岁-79岁，中位53岁。对照组20例，年龄14岁-78岁，中位52岁。观察期2周。2组性别及年龄差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。
治疗组西医对症治疗加予本发明实施例1所制中药颗粒剂，每天1剂，饭后分两次，100ml温开水冲服。2周为1疗程，一般治疗1个疗程。对照组西医常规治疗，不给中药治疗。
运用SPSS 19.0统计软件，各组间均数比较采用单因素方差分析，组间两两比较采样、检验。P＜0.05为差异有显著性。
表1：治疗组和对照组的有效率分析：
表1中，痊愈：症状和体征消失，一般生命体征正常，检验检查各项指标均正常。显效：症状明显减轻。有效：症状稍微减轻。无效：转为重症、危重症。
表1为治疗组和对照组总体疗效比较，采用本发明中药颗粒组合能够提高COVID-19的治愈率，有效地改善临床症状，减少病情转为重症甚至危重症，并且无毒副作用，治疗组与对照组相比，P＜0.05，具有可比性。
Claims (4)
1.一种治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物由以下重量份的原料药制成：
黄芪15-25份、太子参12-18份、茯苓15-25份、甘草4-8份、炒薏苡仁25-35份、砂仁8-12份、延胡索10-15份、郁金8-12份、白芍25-35份、当归6-10份、赤芍10-15份、白茅根25-35份、白术10-15份、石苇25-35份、茵陈25-35份、鸡内金25-35份、葛根10-18份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物由以下重量份的原料药制成：
黄芪20份、太子参15份、茯苓20份、甘草6份、炒薏苡仁30份、砂仁10份、延胡索12份、郁金10份、白芍30份、当归8份、赤芍12份、白茅根30份、白术12份、石苇30份、茵陈30份、鸡内金30份、葛根15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物在制备治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的药物制剂中的应用。
4.一种治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的中药颗粒剂，其特征在于，所述中药颗粒剂以权利要求1所述的中药组合物为有效成分。
