The fan frequency of the first cut tobacco winnowing is 38Hz, the air door opening degree of the first cut tobacco winnowing is 60%, the fan frequency of the second cut tobacco winnowing is 38Hz, the air door opening degree of the second cut tobacco winnowing is 25%, a cigarette making machine with the model PROTOS70 is adopted for rolling, and the height of a baffle of the cigarette making machine is 74 mm.
Example 3
The cigarettes in example 1, example 2 and comparative example 1 were subjected to the content detection of the cut stems, and the results are shown in table 1. The results show that the method can reduce the content of the stem sticks in the cigarettes and improve the cigarette qualification rate by adjusting the technological parameters of the leaf shred winnowing process in the shred manufacturing process, and the height of the baffle plate of the cigarette making machine can be adjusted to further reduce the content of the stem sticks in the cigarettes and improve the cigarette qualification rate.

the fan frequency of the first cut tobacco winnowing is 31.0-36.0 Hz, the air door opening of the first cut tobacco winnowing is 54.0-59.0%, the fan frequency of the second cut tobacco winnowing is 27.0-37.0 Hz, and the air door opening of the second cut tobacco winnowing is 19.0-21.0%.
