5) sieving, filtering the powder primary product with 100 mesh sieve to obtain 100 mesh probiotic carrot powder, and packaging respectively, wherein 10g or 12g can be packaged separately.
The types and contents of the various nutritional ingredients contained in each 500kg of probiotic carrot powder in the present example are as follows: 6.5kg of probiotics, 23.5kg of inulin, 127.5kg of fructo-oligosaccharide and the balance of carrot powder.
The probiotic carrot powder prepared by the invention can be subpackaged by 10g or 12g per bag, and two bags are used every day, so that the nutrition required by a human body every day can be provided, the immunity of the human body is improved, redundant free radicals in the human body can be effectively eliminated, the probiotic carrot powder has the super-strong functions of delaying senescence and enhancing immunity, can prevent cranial nerve aging, strengthen heart, resist cancer, soften blood vessels, reduce blood fat and prevent intestinal diseases, and can be eaten after being brewed with boiled water.

1. A probiotic carrot powder is characterized in that: every 500kg of probiotic carrot powder consists of the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-6.5 kg of probiotics, 13.5-23.5 kg of inulin, 117-127.5 kg of fructo-oligosaccharide and the balance of carrot powder.
2. The probiotic carrot powder according to claim 1, characterized in that: every 500kg of probiotic carrot powder consists of the following components in parts by weight: 3.5kg of probiotics, 18.5kg of inulin, 122.5kg of fructo-oligosaccharide and the balance of carrot powder.
3. The method of preparing probiotic carrot powder according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) cleaning, namely soaking fresh carrots in 2-4% of salt water by mass for 30min, and cleaning for 2-3 times by using clear water;
2) obtaining concentrated carrot juice, blanching and pulping the cleaned carrots to obtain the carrot juice, filtering the carrot juice by using a 80-100-mesh sieve silk, concentrating the carrot juice at a low temperature in vacuum until the Brix is 40-50%, sterilizing the concentrated carrot juice at a sterilization temperature of 80-85 ℃ for 10-15 min to obtain the sterilized concentrated carrot juice;
