Abstract

本发明公开了一种大气压差分低温等离子体冷杀菌保鲜设备及操作方法对食品包装内部杀菌的实验用设备。本设备主体结构包括等离子体模块和高压差分电源:其中高压差分电源由A、B两组电源组成,两组电源输出的电压幅度相等,相位相反;等离子体模块由a、b两组差分电极和升降装置组成,其中b电极为固定电极,a电极为活动电极,固定在升降装置上,以调整上下电极之间的距离,适合不同的实验需求。本装置起到了很好的杀菌钝酶效果,有效的避免了食品包装后的二次污染,本装置也可根据包装袋大小,自动调整上下电极间的距离,以完成杀菌钝酶任务。

技术领域
本发明是一种利用低温等离子体对果蔬、药材、食品进行冷杀菌的保鲜设备。
背景技术
目前工业上应用的食材、药材和食品杀菌技术,传统的是热杀菌(湿热、干热、微波等)方式。这种方式有两个缺点,一是加热杀菌的过程中,高温也会破坏食物本身的营养成份;另一个是工业生产中,先杀菌、后包装的工序,将难免在包装的工艺中产生的二次污染问题。
近年来出现了一些新兴的冷杀菌方法,比如辐射、紫外线、脉冲等等,这些方式可以避免加热引起的问题,但是对包装引起的二次污染问题没有有效的解决途径。
而利用差分高压电场产生的等离子体,可以对包装袋(盒)内部的食品直接进行杀菌钝酶,可以改“先杀菌、后包装”的工序为“先包装、后杀菌”,有效的避免了食品包装后的二次污染。
发明内容
本发明为了解决果蔬、药材、食品等杀菌钝酶的问题,本发明提供一种大气压差分低温等离子体冷杀菌保鲜设备及操作方法。
本发明提供一种大气压差分低温等离子体冷杀菌保鲜设备及操作方法,包括柜体,所述的柜体上设有两组差分电极,分别是b电极和a电极,所述两组差分电极与高压差分电源连接,所述高压差分电源包括A组电源和B组电源,所述A组电源与所述a电机连接,所述B组电源与所述b电极连接,所述的a电极固定在横梁上,所述b电极固定在所述柜体上,所述横梁下方两侧均设有滑台和丝杠,所述丝杠两端转动设置在所述柜体上,两个所述滑台分别通过螺纹连接在丝杆上,所述丝杆上端均设置有同步带轮连接,两个所述同步带轮间采用同步带连接,任意一所述丝杆与伺服电机传动连接。
作为优选,所述b电极包括第二高压接线柱和下安装绝缘板,所述第二高压接线柱与所述B组电源的高压输出端连接,所述下安装绝缘板与b电极托板通过支架连接,所述b电极托板内设有下介质板,b电极板一端穿过所述b电极托板与所述下介质板连接,另一端穿过所述下安装绝缘板与所述B组电源的高压输出端连接,所述b电极板外部包覆绝缘介质,所述下安装绝缘板与所述柜体固定连接。
进一步地,所述的a电极包括a电极的高压接线柱和上安装板,所述的高压接线柱与所述A组电源的高压输出端连接,所述的高压接线柱穿过并固定在上安装板上,所述的上安装板下方与所述电极托板固定,所述电极托板内设有上介质板,a电极板一端穿过所述所述电极托板与所述上介质板连接,另一端穿过所述上安装板与所述A组电源的高压输出端连接,所述a电极板周向包覆绝缘介质,所述的上安装板固定在所述横上。
作为优选,所述柜体上还设有定位传感器。所述的定位传感器通过PLC与所述伺服电机连接,所述的定位传感器根据所需要杀菌的包装袋的大小来控制伺服电机,从而带动滑台移动,从而带动a电极移动,使上下电极之间的距离与包装袋尺寸相适应。
进一步地,所述柜体内设有高压等离子体发生区和排风区,所述的a电极和所述b电极均安装在所述高压等离子体发生区,所述柜体上设置有连通外界与所述高压等离子体发生区的抽风口,所述排风区内设置有排风机和排风口,所述排风机与排风口连接,所述排风区与所述高压等离子体发生区连通。设备工作时,通过排风机工作将电极等离子体放电产生的热量及臭氧等气体排出,对电极进行冷却避免电极因长期处于高温下而变形,从而导致电极间产生的等离子体不均匀影响的处理效果。
作为优选,所述丝杆两侧设有导轨,所述滑台滑动设置在所述的导轨上,为了防止滑台在所述丝杠上转动,同时也为了引导滑台上下移动。
有益效果:本装置起到了很好的杀菌效果,有效的避免了食品包装后的二次污染,本装置也可根据包装袋大小,自动调整上b电极间的距离,以完成杀菌钝酶的任务。

具体实施方式
本发明所公开一种大气压差分低温等离子体冷杀菌保鲜设备及操作方法,如图1和2所示,包括柜体1,所述的柜体1上设有a电极5和b电极6两组差分电极,两组所述差分电极与高压差分电源2连接,所述高压差分电源2包括A组电源和B组电源,所述A组电源与所述a电机连接,所述B组电源与所述b电极连接,所述的a电极5固定在横梁4上,所述b电极6固定在所述柜体1上,所述横梁4侧下方两侧均设有滑台23,所述滑台23活动设置在丝杆7上,为了防止滑台23在所述丝杠7上转动,所述丝杆7两侧设有导轨24,所述滑台23滑动设置在所述的导轨24上。所述丝杆7上端与导轮9连接,所述两个导轮9间采用皮带10连接,任意一端所述丝杆7与伺服电机8连接,所述柜体1上还设有定位传感器25,用来监测包装袋的大小,从而定位a电极5上升的高度。
如图3所示,所述b电极6包括第二高压接线柱28和下安装绝缘板19,所述第二高压接线柱28与所述B组电源的高压输出端连接,所述下安装绝缘板19与b电极托板17通过支架27连接,所述b电极托板17内设有下介质板18,b电极板26一端穿过所述b电极托板17与所述下介质板18连接,另一端穿过所述下安装绝缘板19与所述B组电源的高压输出端连接,所述b电极板26外部包覆绝缘介质,所述下安装绝缘板19与所述柜体1固定连接。所述的a电极5包括a电极的高压接线柱12和上安装板13,所述的高压接线柱12与所述A组电源的高压输出端连接,所述的高压接线柱12穿过并固定在上安装板13上,所述的上安装板13下方与所述电极托板15固定,所述电极托板15内设有上介质板14,a电极板16一端穿过所述所述电极托板15与所述上介质板14连接,另一端穿过所述上安装板13与所述A组电源的高压输出端连接,所述a电极板16周向包覆绝缘介质,所述的上安装板13固定在所述横梁4上。
如图4所示,所述柜体1内设有高压等离子体发生区22和排风区21,所述的a电极5和所述b电极6均安装在所述高压等离子体发生区,所述柜体上设置有连通外界与所述高压等离子体发生区的抽风口,所述排风区内设置有排风机3和排风口11,所述排风机3与排风口11连接,所述排风区21与所述高压等离子体发生区22连通。
设备工作时,通过排风机3工作将电极等离子体放电产生的热量及臭氧等气体排出,对电极进行冷却避免电极因长期处于高温下而变形,从而导致电极间产生的等离子体不均匀影响处理效果。
具体方式:将食材或食品包装袋放置高压等离子体发生区22,所述定位传感器25根据包装袋的大小控制伺服电机8移动,从而滑台开始往上移动,滑台带动横梁往上移动,待a电极5和b电极6间的距离与包装袋的尺寸相对应时,包装袋放在b电极6和a电极5之间,接通高压差分电源2,a电极5和b电极6开始工作,杀菌完成后,取出包装袋,a电极5和b电极6位置复位。

1.一种大气压差分低温等离子体冷杀菌保鲜设备及操作方法,包括柜体(1),所述的柜体(1)上设有两组差分电极,分别是a电极(5)和b电极(6),所述两组差分电极与高压差分电源(2)连接,所述高压差分电源(2)包括A组电源和B组电源,所述A组电源与所述a电机(5)连接,所述B组电源与所述b电极(6)连接,所述的a电极(5)固定在横梁(4)上,所述b电极(6)固定在所述柜体(1)上,所述横梁(4)下方两侧均设有滑台(23)和丝杠(7),所述丝杠(7)两端转动设置在所述柜体(1)上,两个所述滑台(23)分别通过螺纹连接在丝杆(7)上,所述丝杆(7)上端均设置有同步带轮(9)连接,两个所述同步带轮(9)间采用同步带(10)连接,任意一所述丝杆(7)与伺服电机(8)传动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大气压差分低温等离子体冷杀菌保鲜设备及操作方法,其特征在于:所述b电极(6)包括第二高压接线柱(28)和下安装绝缘板(19),所述第二高压接线柱(28)与所述B组电源的高压输出端连接,所述下安装绝缘板(19)与b电极托板(17)通过支架(27)连接,所述b电极托板(17)内设有下介质板(18),b电极板(26)一端穿过所述b电极托板(17)与所述下介质板(18)连接,另一端穿过所述下安装绝缘板(19)与所述B组电源的高压输出端连接,所述b电极板(26)外部包覆绝缘介质,所述下安装绝缘板(19)与所述柜体(1)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大气压差分低温等离子体冷杀菌保鲜设备及操作方法,其特征在于:所述的a电极(5)包括a电极的高压接线柱(12)和上安装板(13),所述的高压接线柱(12)与所述A组电源的高压输出端连接,所述的高压接线柱(12)穿过并固定在上安装板(13)上,所述的上安装板(13)下方与所述电极托板(15)固定,所述电极托板(15)内设有上介质板(14),a电极板(16)一端穿过所述所述电极托板(15)与所述上介质板(14)连接,另一端穿过所述上安装板(13)与所述A组电源的高压输出端连接,所述a电极板(16)周向包覆绝缘介质,所述的上安装板(13)固定在所述横梁(4)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大气压差分低温等离子体冷杀菌保鲜设备及操作方法,其特征在于:所述柜体(1)上还设有定位传感器(25),所述的定位传感器(25)通过PLC与所述伺服电机(8)连接。
