The working principle is as follows: when the fish catching device is used for catching fish, water sequentially passes through the pipeline 3 and the guide pipe 62 by the pump machine 2 through the water suction pipe 8 and enters the water collecting cylinder 63, when the water in the water collecting cylinder 63 reaches a certain amount, the first sealing plate 71 in the dumping mechanism 7 is separated from the cylinder 632, so that a large amount of water is instantaneously dumped to impact the water surface of the water pool, and water waves are generated in a certain range to catch fish flocks while ringing.
