Abstract
The invention discloses a method for removing fusarium wilt of bitter gourd seeds. Experimental research shows that hydrogen peroxide can effectively sterilize bitter gourd seeds with fusarium wilt bacteria so as to reduce or remove the fusarium wilt bacteria carried on the bitter gourd seeds and cure disease seeds into healthy seeds. The method removes fusarium wilt bacteria from the seed source, has the advantage of ensuring the germination rate of seeds, is safe to the seeds, has good environmental compatibility, and has the advantages of simple operation and no need of special equipment; the hydrogen peroxide is low in price and easy to popularize in large scale in production, fills the blank of seed sterilization treatment for preventing and treating the bitter gourd fusarium wilt at present, effectively solves the problem of fusarium wilt of seed tapes, and has very important significance for solving the problem of serious diseases of the bitter gourd industry.

Example 1
Selecting 47% Chunlei King copper wettable powder 600 times liquid (Nippon Xinghuai chemical industry Co., Ltd.), bleaching water 10 times liquid (blue moon (China) Co., Ltd.), and 30% H2O2Plating 3 medicaments such as 10-time solution (Chongqing Chuandong chemical industry (group) Co., Ltd.), and using clear water as a control to research the bacteriostatic effect of different medicaments on the bitter gourd fusarium wilt.

Example 2
Hydrogen peroxide solutions of different concentrations were prepared, different soaking times were set (see table 1 for details), study H2O2The treatment has effects on the effects of removing wilt germs of bitter gourd seeds and the germination rate of bitter gourd seeds.

As shown in table 2, the germination rates of the 4 treated seeds were 86.67%, 80.00%, and 67.78%, respectively, which were reduced by 1.11%, 7.78%, and 20.00% respectively from the control germination rate of 87.78%.
The sterilization effect and the germination condition are combined, 10% hydrogen peroxide is soaked for 10min to be the best treatment, so that the effect of removing fusarium wilt germs of the balsam pear seeds can be ensured, and the germination quality of the seeds can also be ensured.
In conclusion, the short-time soaking treatment with hydrogen peroxide in the invention has a good effect of removing blight bacteria on balsam pear seeds, but has no obvious damage to the seeds and does not influence the normal germination of the balsam pear seeds. The method is obviously different from the report that the germination rate and activity of seeds can be improved by long-term soaking in hydrogen peroxide.

1. A method for removing wilt germs of bitter gourd seeds is characterized in that the bitter gourd seeds are soaked by hydrogen peroxide before seed soaking and germination accelerating.

(1) soaking the bitter gourd seeds in hydrogen peroxide;
(2) cleaning the seeds after soaking treatment to remove residual hydrogen peroxide;
