In the new generation of standards of intelligent electric energy meters and circuit breakers of the national power grid limited company, the electric energy meters and the circuit breakers are required to perform data interaction by adopting a Bluetooth communication protocol, and one electric energy meter can only communicate with a corresponding circuit breaker in one electric energy meter box, so that the electric energy meters cannot be randomly paired; in addition, because of cost reasons, auxiliary tools cannot be equipped for each field installer, and therefore the pairing mode of acquiring the MAC address of the circuit breaker through code scanning of the handheld device and then setting the MAC address to the electric energy meter is greatly limited in the field assembly process.

The circuit breaker rejects a connection request of non-electric energy meter equipment (judged by the fact that the first byte of the MAC address is not C0), a passentry is recommended to be adopted in the connection method, after the electric energy meter management core acquires the MAC address of the circuit breaker to be connected, a corresponding pairing pin code is calculated according to the MAC through some methods (such as CRC verification or ESAM), and the circuit breaker can be correctly connected only if a correct pin code is provided.
At any time in the connection process, if the electric energy meter and the Bluetooth breaker exceed 30s and do no operation, the electric energy meter exits all interfaces related to Bluetooth setting and returns to the initial interface.

The detection module 204 is configured to detect whether the electric energy meter or the bluetooth circuit breaker acts after a preset time, and when the electric energy meter or the bluetooth circuit breaker does not act after the preset time, stop the connection pairing of the electric energy meter and the bluetooth circuit breaker.
The preset time is 30 s.
