FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a topic hiding display processing method according to an exemplary embodiment. The title hiding and displaying processing method at least comprises steps S202 to S206.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S202, hidden display logical relationships between a plurality of indices are set for the plurality of indices.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S204, an answer to a first topic is obtained, where the answer to the first topic is a result corresponding to one of the plurality of indexes.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S206, matching is performed according to the answer of the first topic and the hidden display logical relationship, and it is determined whether a second topic is hidden according to a matching result, where the second topic is associated with the first topic.
The title hiding and displaying processing method provided by the invention is described in detail below with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 2, specifically as follows:
in step S202, a hidden-display logical relationship between a plurality of indices is set for the plurality of indices.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, before the step of setting the hidden-display logical relationship between the plurality of indicators for the plurality of indicators, the method further includes:
and determining the plurality of indexes which accord with the data statistical rule in a preset data dictionary.
The storage structure of fields contained in the preset data dictionary is a three-level index structure, a first level in the three-level index structure is a first-level category of medical indexes, a second level in the three-level index structure is a subordinate category of the first level, a third level in the three-level index structure is a second-level subordinate category, and the indexes are derived from the third level. Taking the medical field as an example, the preset data dictionary is a medical data dictionary which has a three-layer index structure, and the subordinate logic of the data dictionary is determined based on the data storage relation of a hospital information system and is combined with the summary of medical workers whose digits are devoted to medical research throughout the year.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the three-layer index referred in the data dictionary, and in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the data dictionary may also be a multi-layer index, where the multi-layer index is a pointer list pointing to a logical position in a file structure for identifying some values, and has the characteristics of speeding up data retrieval, ensuring uniqueness of each row of data in a database table, and accelerating connections between tables and tables.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is determined which indexes need to be collected for the purpose of data statistics according to data collection, that is, a plurality of indexes are determined based on a preset data dictionary, and may be determined according to specific requirements in a specific application scenario.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the hidden display logical relationship set in this step may be a logical relationship of one layer, two layers, or even more than three layers, and specifically may be set according to requirements, and mainly includes the following:
1. when the hidden display logical relationship comprises a layer of logical relationship, the plurality of indicators comprise a first indicator and a second indicator, and the first indicator and the second indicator are associated, and the setting of the hidden display logical relationship between the plurality of indicators comprises:
when the result of a first index in the plurality of indexes meets a first preset condition, the result of a second index is a negligible factor;
and when the result of the first index does not meet a first preset condition, the result of the second index is a non-negligible factor.
It should be noted that the term "negligible factor" herein means that when a first preset condition is met in the data statistics process, the second index does not belong to the statistical range; conversely, the term "non-negligible factor" means that when the first predetermined condition is not satisfied in the data statistics process, the second criterion is not negligible and needs to be included in the statistics range, and the first predetermined condition may be determined according to the fact logic or may be set manually.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the fact logic is taken as an example, and may be: the first index is gender, the second index is menstrual cycle, the result of the first index is either "male" or "female", and the first preset condition is that the result of the gender of the first index is male. Thus, according to the factual logic, the result of the second index is a negligible factor when the result of the first index is "male" and a non-negligible factor when the result of the first index is "female". Further, the manual setting may be exemplified by: the first index is white blood cell count, the second index is hematocrit, the first preset condition is that the white blood cell count is greater than or equal to 9 x 10^9/L, when the result of the white blood cell count of the first index meets the first preset condition, the second index, namely the result of the hematocrit, needs to be further considered, namely the result of the second index is included in a statistical range; when the result of the white blood cell count of the first index does not meet the first predetermined condition, the second index, i.e., the result of the hematocrit, does not need to be further considered, i.e., the result of the second index does not need to be included in the statistical range.
2. When a layer of logical relationship is included in the hidden-display logical relationship, the plurality of indicators include a first indicator, a second indicator, and a third indicator, and the first indicator is associated with the second indicator, the first indicator is associated with the third indicator, and the setting the hidden-display logical relationship among the plurality of indicators includes:
1) when the result of a first index in the plurality of indexes meets a first preset condition and the result of the second index meets a second preset condition, the result of the third index is a negligible factor;
when the result of the first index does not meet a first preset condition or the result of the second index does not meet a second preset condition, the third index is a non-negligible factor; or
2) When the result of a first index in the plurality of indexes meets a first preset condition or the result of the second index meets a second preset condition, the result of the third index is a negligible factor;
and when the result of the first index does not meet a first preset condition and the result of the second index does not meet a second preset condition, the result of the third index is a non-negligible factor.
Although the hidden-display logical relationship is also one layer, the difference from the above is that in the hidden-display logical relationship setting process, not only two indexes are designed, but also whether the third index is a negligible factor is determined through logical operation judgment according to the results of the two indexes. For example, in case 1), the first indicator and the second indicator are required to satisfy the logical and (i.e., the first indicator satisfies the first preset condition, and the second indicator satisfies the second preset condition) to determine that the third indicator is a negligible factor, and if not, the third indicator is a non-negligible factor; in case 2), the relationship that the first indicator and the second indicator satisfy the logical "or" (i.e., the first indicator satisfies the first preset condition and the second indicator satisfies the second preset condition) is required to determine that the third indicator is a negligible factor, and if not, the third indicator is a non-negligible factor.
3. When the hidden display logical relationship comprises a two-layer logical relationship, the plurality of indicators comprise a first indicator, a second indicator and a third indicator, the first indicator is associated with the second indicator, the second indicator is associated with the third indicator, and the setting of the hidden display logical relationship between the plurality of indicators comprises:
when the result of a first index in the plurality of indexes meets a first preset condition, the result of a second index is a negligible factor;
when the result of the first index does not meet a first preset condition, the result of the second index is a non-negligible factor;
when the second index is a non-negligible factor and the result of the second index meets a second preset condition, the result of the third index is a negligible factor; and when the result of the second index does not meet a second preset condition, the result of the third index is a non-negligible factor.
The difference between the two cases is that the hidden display logical relationship is two layers instead of one layer, that is, for three indexes, two indexes form the first layer hidden display logical relationship, and when the result of the first index meets the first preset condition, the result of the second index can be determined as a negligible factor; and aiming at one index in the first layer of hidden display logic relationship and another index in the three indexes to form a second layer of hidden display logic relationship, and when the result of the second index meets a second preset condition, determining that the result of the third index is a negligible factor.
It should be noted that the hidden display logical relationships in the above three cases are merely examples, but the scope of protection in the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and therefore the setting of the hidden display logical relationship may also be performed by performing multiple levels and multiple indexes according to the actual application scenario, and details are not described here.
Further, a data storage table can be automatically generated according to the indexes involved in the hidden display logical relationship and the relationship among the indexes, and the data storage table also has a multi-layer index structure, taking three levels as an example, the first level is a second level, and the second level is a third level. The multi-layer index structure is described in the data dictionary, and is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S204, an answer to a first topic is obtained, where the answer to the first topic is a result corresponding to one of the plurality of indexes.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, since the hidden display logical relationship needs to be determined according to the answer of the question in the present disclosure, the answer of the first question needs to be obtained. For the manner of acquisition, the present disclosure is not limited, and may include, but is not limited to, the following manners:
firstly, a first title is displayed on the terminal device, the title relates to a first index in the hidden display logical relationship, and the hidden display logical relationship is set according to a plurality of indexes, wherein the first index is one of the indexes and is a 'cause' in the hidden display logical relationship. Then, the answer corresponding to the first question is automatically filled in according to the stored result through manual input of a user or by the system, and the answer of the first question is the result of the first index corresponding to the first index.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S206, matching is performed according to the answer of the first topic and the hidden display logical relationship, and it is determined whether a second topic is hidden according to a matching result, where the second topic is associated with the first topic.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the matching according to the answer of the first topic and the hidden display logical relationship in this step, and determining whether the second topic is hidden according to the matching result specifically includes:
matching the answer of the first question with the hidden display logic relation, wherein the obtained matching result is a negligible factor or a non-negligible factor;
when the matching result is an ignorable factor, the second topic is hidden; and when the matching result is a non-negligible factor, the second topic is not hidden.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the first topic and the second topic-related conjunctions now: the answer to the first question directly affects whether the second index belongs to an ignorable factor or a non-ignorable factor, and the hidden display logic relationship is based on the above case 1 or case 3, where the answer to the first question is a result corresponding to the first index, and the answer to the second question is a result corresponding to the second index. That is, according to the result corresponding to the first index, whether the second index belongs to an ignorable factor is directly influenced, that is, the answer of the first question directly influences whether the second question is hidden, and if the second index belongs to an ignorable factor, the second question can be hidden; if the second indicator belongs to a non-negligible factor, the second topic is not concealable.
It should be noted that, based on the hidden display logical relationship in the foregoing case 2, the first theme, the second theme, and the third theme have associated characteristics, and specific association refers to the above description, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above-mentioned case that the result of the first index may determine whether one index of the second index is a negligible factor, the result of the first index may determine whether two indexes of the second index and the third index are negligible factors.
Based on the above, the method will be described below by taking a certain item of statistical patient basic information as an example.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a hidden display processing method taking a certain item of statistical patient basic information as an example topic according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, which mainly includes the following steps:
in step S31, a plurality of indexes are selected from a data dictionary preset in the system.
Step S32, a hidden display logical relationship between the plurality of indexes is set.
Step S33, a data storage table is generated according to the hidden display logical relationship.
In step S34, an answer to the first topic is obtained.
In step S35, it is determined whether the second topic associated with the first topic is hidden according to the answer to the first topic and the hidden display logic relationship.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the data dictionary preset by the system in step S31 is divided into three levels, the first level is the main classification of medical index, such as: inspection, examination, demographic information, etc.; the second level is a sub-item of the first level classification, such as: blood routine test, urine routine test, excrement routine test and the like are performed under the test; the third level is a specific index, such as white blood cell count, red blood cell count, test time and the like under blood routine test.
Fig. 4 is a diagram of a partial index structure in a data dictionary in which the "white blood cell count, test time, etc. index" field of the third level is subordinate to the second level "blood routine" classification, and the entire second level "blood routine" classification is subordinate to the "test" first level classification, according to an exemplary embodiment.
For example, data for three indicators, sex, menstrual cycle, and white blood cell count, are collected on demand. According to the factual logic, when the value of gender is "male", the menstrual cycle and white blood cell count index data do not need to be collected; when the gender value is "female", menstrual cycle and white blood cell count index data need to be collected.
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating selection of multiple indices from a data dictionary, and as shown in FIG. 5, selection of several indices from the right data dictionary to configure multiple topics including patient text name, date of birth, gender, menstrual cycle, white blood cell count, according to an exemplary embodiment.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, step S32 sets a hidden-display logical relationship between a plurality of indexes, taking the example shown in fig. 5 as an example, a hidden-display logical relationship is set for a first index (gender) and a second index (menstrual cycle), wherein the hidden-display logical relationship of the first index and the second index is reflected on the hidden-display logical relationship of the first topic and the second topic.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of setting up hidden display relationships between topics, as shown in FIG. 6, when the gender value is "male", the menstruation cycle and white blood cell count topics are automatically hidden; when the gender value is "female", the menstrual cycle and white blood cell count index data are normally displayed.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, step S33 may automatically generate the structure and index structure of the data storage table according to the set hidden display logical relationship. Because each topic is under a certain second-level directory and a second-level directory is under a certain first-level directory, each topic has a three-layer structure, and when a user selects a research topic in a project, the system can automatically pull the second-level structure and the first-level structure of the corresponding topic, store the second-level structure and the first-level structure and store the second-level structure and the first-level structure by adopting an index structure.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, step S34 is that after each entry person enters data, the system retrieves the answer for each topic.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, step S35 uses the answer obtained in step S34 to match the preset hidden display logic relationship, and automatically triggers the hidden display logic of the topic. For example, if a setting is found to be met, hidden display logic for other topics is automatically triggered. For example, when the system judges whether the menstrual cycle and the white blood cell counting questions are displayed in real time, the system firstly finds the second-level category of the basic information of the patient under the first-level category of the demographic information of the patient, then finds the third-level 'gender' field, extracts the value, and automatically hides the two questions of the menstrual cycle and the white blood cell counting when the gender value is 'male'; when the value of gender is "woman", no concealment is triggered.
FIG. 7 is a schematic illustration of an interface display when the gender value is "male" as shown in FIG. 7 concealing both the menstrual cycle and white blood cell count topics in accordance with an exemplary embodiment; FIG. 8 is a schematic illustration of an interface display when the gender value is "woman" according to an exemplary embodiment, shown in FIG. 8, without concealing both the menstrual cycle and white blood cell count topics.
Based on the above process, the method can automatically judge whether the associated topic is hidden according to the answer of the topic for the topic with preset hidden display logic relationship in the data collection process.
According to the topic hiding and displaying processing method, on one hand, through presetting the hiding and displaying logical relationship among a plurality of indexes, whether the second topic associated with the first topic is hidden or not can be automatically determined according to the answer of the first topic in the data collection process, manual judgment is not needed, and the labor cost is reduced. On the other hand, the occurrence of misjudgment caused by manual judgment can be reduced, and the accuracy of data entry is improved.
