Abstract
A multi-platform multi-shop shared inventory distribution method for an e-commerce adopts a system consisting of a distribution unit, a trigger control unit and an early warning unit in a PC (personal computer) as the basis of multi-platform multi-shop shared inventory distribution; in the application of the distribution unit, an inventory distribution proportion is manually set for each network sales platform used for selling the same commodity in advance, and in the application of the trigger control unit, after any network sales platform is sold, the trigger control unit can trigger the distribution unit to automatically calculate the inventory of the commodity in the saleable warehouse WMS application platform of each platform again according to the proportion; in the application of the early warning unit, when the total inventory of the same commodities in the system is lower than an early warning value, the distribution unit is triggered to only synchronize the inventory to a single network sales platform shop according to the preset priority. The invention does not need manual intervention, improves the supply and marketing chain management efficiency, and effectively prevents the over-selling phenomenon and ensures the commodity sales volume by changing the linkage of the multi-platform inventory after the differential sale of any network sales platform.

Furthermore, in the distribution unit application, the total allowance of the set inventory distribution proportion is larger than 100%, after the distribution unit application obtains the actual inventory quantity of the commodities from the warehouse WMS system, the distributable quantity of each network sales platform is calculated according to the proportion, and then the distribution unit automatically synchronizes the data to each network sales platform in time.

The invention does not need manual intervention, improves the supply and marketing chain management efficiency, effectively prevents the over-selling phenomenon by changing the multi-platform inventory linkage after any network marketing platform is sold in a differentiated way, and meanwhile, when the inventory of the corresponding network marketing platform is reduced to the early warning value, the same commodities of other online shopping platforms can be automatically off-line, thereby effectively ensuring the commodity sales and improving the management efficiency. As shown in fig. 1, in the application of the distribution unit, the total sum of the set stock distribution ratios is allowed to be greater than 100%, such as 60% of a self-owned shopping mall, 40% of a heaven and 40% of a kyoto, and the total sum is 140%, after the distribution unit obtains the actual stock quantity of the commodity from a warehouse WMS system, the distributable number of each network sales platform is calculated according to the ratio (discarding decimal point, taking positive integer only), and then the distribution unit automatically synchronizes the data to each network sales platform in time. In the application of the trigger control unit, the trigger control unit triggers the distribution unit to automatically recalculate the inventory number of the commodities which can be sold and correspond to the warehouse WMS application platform and are sold in each network again in proportion, and then the data can be synchronously updated to each network sales platform again in real time.
As shown in fig. 1, assuming that warehouse physical inventory of a certain commodity is 10, distribution ratios of distribution units are 60%, 40% and 40% respectively for simultaneous sales on three platforms of a self-service mall, a tianmao and a jingdong, and when the inventory is low (an early warning value is set to be 3), the distribution units are only sold in the self-service mall, and an application flow thereof is as follows. The distribution unit distributes inventory proportion according to 60% of a self-operated shopping mall, 40% of a Tianmao and 40% of a Jingdong in advance, and then synchronously updates the inventory number to inventory databases of three network sales platforms; in the application of the trigger control unit, if 2 goods are sold on the Tianmao sales platform, the real object stock of the goods is reduced to 8 goods in the system, the trigger control unit triggers the distribution unit to automatically calculate the stock of the goods in the saleable warehouse WMS application platform of each platform again according to the proportion, then the calculation result is that 80% 60% is 4, 8% 40% is 3 (rounding), and then the distribution unit automatically synchronizes the data to each network sales platform in time; if 2, 1 and 2 of the remaining commodities are sold in the self-service mall, the tianmao and the jingdong respectively and only 3 commodities are left, the triggering control unit can trigger the distribution unit to automatically calculate the inventory of the commodities in the saleable warehouse WMS application platform of each platform again in proportion, but the early warning unit can trigger the distribution unit to only synchronously stock the stores in the self-service mall according to the preset priority and the synchronous inventory of the tianmao and the jingdong sales platform is zero at the moment because the inventory early warning lowest set value is reached, so that the commodities are only sold in the self-service mall stores and put down on shelves of other platforms, and the sales volume of the commodities is ensured.
As shown in FIG. 1, under the combined action of a distribution unit, a trigger control unit and an early warning unit, the distribution unit sets an inventory distribution ratio for each network sales platform, when any network sales platform produces sales and the real inventory of the commodity is reduced in the system, the trigger control unit can trigger the distribution unit to automatically recalculate the inventory of the commodity in the saleable warehouse WMS application platform of each network sales platform in proportion, and the total inventory of the same commodity in the system is lower than the early warning value and is not enough to support simultaneous sales of multiple platforms and multiple shops, the early warning unit can trigger the distribution unit to synchronously stock to a single network sales platform shop according to the preset priority, namely only one platform shop is guaranteed to sell and other platforms are placed on shelves. The invention does not need manual intervention, improves the supply and marketing chain management efficiency, effectively prevents the over-selling phenomenon by changing the multi-platform inventory linkage after any network marketing platform is sold in a differentiated way, and meanwhile, when the inventory of the corresponding network marketing platform is reduced to the early warning value, the same commodities of other online shopping platforms can be automatically off-line, thereby effectively ensuring the commodity sales and improving the management efficiency. The defects that in the existing network sales, multi-platform inventory data of merchants cannot be effectively shared, automatic real-time synchronization of distributed inventory of the same commodities to multiple platforms cannot be realized, each network sales platform cannot be guaranteed to have goods for sale at any moment, and the corresponding network sales platform cannot be guaranteed to over-sell are overcome.
