Specifically, the crew assessment type module comprises four crew assessment types, which are respectively:
and (4) trial assessment: and triggering and generating a pilot trial checking task after the actual ship date operated by the crew on the ship. This "how many days" defaults to 30 days, which can be set autonomously by the customer.
Performing leave-ren assessment: and immediately triggering the crew leave checking task generating the actual ship-leaving date of the crew under the operation of 'crew scheduling and ship-leaving'.
And (3) regular assessment: the crew generates a crew periodical assessment task at a certain moment of each month regularly during the ship work period, namely between the actual ship-in date operated by the crew on the ship and the actual ship-out date operated by the crew on the ship. The number of periodic periods and which day of a particular month may be set autonomously by the customer in the system, for example periodic crew assessment missions generated for 3 months (once quarterly) and for 30 days per month (at the end of the quarterly).
Performing temporary assessment: the method is not related to actions in specific crew operation, and belongs to a crew assessment task which is temporarily supplemented by clients for various reasons.
In addition, the crew assessment type module is associated with each action in the crew management in the prior art, so that the operation amount of a user is reduced, and the problems that the user needs to manually create an assessment task and extra workload is increased in the conventional ship management system are solved.
The crew assessment content configuration module is connected with the crew assessment type module, and further sets assessment contents under different crew positions by referring to different crew assessment types. The assessment content comprises assessment items and assessment score setting. The assessment items comprise examination points and comment settings; assessment scores included either percent or five-star type. If the set percentage is high, the score distributed by the assessment items is 100, the system prompts in the process of setting by the user to inform the user whether the assessment items reaching 100 are set.
In the crew assessment content configuration module, the system sets a default assessment content template for each crew assessment type, and users can directly refer to or create own templates. The system is set based on the assessment content of different companies, and a default assessment content template is continuously optimized to guide more companies to use. Through the default assessment content template, the system counts the assessment results of each company using the common default assessment content template, realizes the uniform standard assessment of the crew, and can help the industry to perform crew standard management.
And the crew assessment flow configuration module is associated with the crew assessment type module and the crew assessment content configuration module and is used for setting assessment nodes and assessment responsible persons under different crew assessment types and different crew positions.
Through the arrangement, when a crew of a certain position is subjected to crew management operation or the state of the crew changes, the system triggers an assessment task of a certain crew assessment type through the crew assessment type module, the assessment task reads assessment contents belonging to the certain position and the assessment type from the crew assessment content configuration module, reads matched crew assessment processes in the crew assessment process configuration module according to the certain position and the assessment type, and pushes the matched crew assessment processes to user roles needing to be responsible for assessment, so that the requirement of the company on the diversity of the crew assessment is met.
The crew assessment result permission configuration module isolates data in page permission, and adds crew assessment result lookup permission to the data, namely setting: the assessment results cannot be consulted (only participate in assessment), the assessment results participated by the user (participating in assessment and reviewing the assessment of the crew participated by the user) can be consulted, and the assessment results participated by the user and other people (participating in assessment and reviewing the assessment of the crew participated by the user and other people) can be consulted.
The crew assessment sharing module is a user with authority, can select part or all of assessment results of a crew to generate a document or temporary link, can set the timeliness, and can send the assessment results to the opposite company through mails or short messages. If the same informatization system is used by the opposite company, the companies can directly utilize the crew assessment sharing module, and the specific assessment results of the crew can be presented in the crew assessment sharing module in the informatization system of the opposite side. Therefore, when a certain company and other companies have the requirement of sharing and cooperating the crew assessment results, the crew assessment sharing module can be used for docking the crew assessment results of specified crews among the companies, and the use cost of the unsuitable crews among the companies is reduced.
It should be noted that, if the permission of the crew assessment sharing module is provided, all permissions of the crew assessment result permission configuration module need to be provided, otherwise, all assessment results cannot be seen, and the assessment result sharing among companies cannot be operated.
