Abstract
The invention provides a glue control and tracing system based on an industrial cloud platform, which comprises an RFID tag 1, an RFID signal collector 2, a camera 3, a control center 4, a cloud platform 5 and a user side 6, wherein the RFID tag 1 is attached to a glue outer package and used for storing information related to glue, and the user side 6 is communicated with the cloud platform 5. The user can inquire the batch, specification, supplier, quality guarantee period and warehousing/ex-warehouse time of the glue at the user terminal 6, so that the warehousing/ex-warehouse availability condition can be managed, and different batches and different suppliers can be conveniently tracked.

a glue control and tracing system based on an industrial cloud platform comprises an RFID tag, an RFID signal collector, a control center, a cloud platform and a user side which are sequentially connected, wherein the cloud platform 5 is the industrial cloud platform, and the RFID tag is attached to a glue outer package and used for storing information related to glue; the RFID signal collector collects signals of the RFID tags, the signals are used for reading information on the RFID tags and related to glue, the information is sent to the cloud platform through the control center, and the user side is communicated with the cloud platform and used for displaying the information of the glue.
Furthermore, the control center is also connected with a camera.
Further, the information related to the glue includes batch, specification, supplier, shelf life, time of warehousing and/or ex-warehouse of the glue.
Further, the RFID signal collector comprises an RFID communication module, an RFID label reader-writer and an RFID label reader-writer antenna.
Furthermore, the user side is a mobile phone or a computer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the RFID label is attached to the glue outer package and used for storing information related to glue, the user side is communicated with the cloud platform, the glue management is combined with the cloud platform technology and the computer technology by virtue of the advantages of the cloud platform in collection, processing and storage of mass data, so that the user can inquire the batch, specification, suppliers, quality guarantee period and warehousing/ex-warehouse time of the glue at the user side, the warehousing and ex-warehouse receiving conditions can be controlled and traced, and different batches and different suppliers can be conveniently traced.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1: the RFID signal acquisition system comprises an RFID tag 1, an RFID signal collector 2, a camera 3, a control center 4, a cloud platform 5 and a user side 6, wherein the RFID tag 1, the RFID signal collector 2, the control center 4, the cloud platform 5 and the user side 6 are connected in sequence. Wherein the cloud platform 5 is an industrial cloud platform.
The RFID tag 1 is applied to a glue overwrap for storing information relating to the glue, such as: batch, specification, supplier, shelf life, warehousing/ex-warehouse time, and the information data can be input into the corresponding information of the articles by using the prior art, such as specific operation of wireless input on the RFID tag 1.
The RFID signal collector 2 collects signals of the RFID tag 1, is used for reading information related to glue on the RFID tag 1 and sends the information to the control center 4. The control center 4 is further connected with a camera 3, the camera 3 is used for shooting scenes in the warehouse, the control center 4 is connected to the cloud platform 5 through network equipment, the cloud platform 5 is further connected with a user side 6, and the user side 6 is communicated with the cloud platform 5 and used for displaying information of glue. The user end 6 can be a mobile phone or a computer. The user can inquire the batch, specification, supplier, quality guarantee period and warehousing/ex-warehouse time of the glue at the user terminal 6, so that the ex-warehouse and ex-warehouse receiving condition can be managed and traced, and different batches and different suppliers can be conveniently tracked.
As shown in fig. 2, the RFID signal collector 2 includes an RFID communication module 21 for communicating with the control center 4. The RFID signal collector 2 further includes an RFID tag reader 22 and an RFID tag reader antenna 23, which are used to facilitate the RFID communication module 21 to read the information stored in the RFID tag 1.

4. The glue management and control and traceability system based on industrial cloud platform as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the RFID signal collector (2) comprises an RFID communication module (21), an RFID label reader-writer (22) and an RFID label reader-writer antenna (23).
5. The glue management and control and traceability system based on industrial cloud platform as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the user side (6) is a mobile phone or a computer.
