Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a system architecture diagram of a product information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application, and the technical solution according to the embodiment of the present application may be embodied in the system architecture illustrated in fig. 1 or a similar system architecture. As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture may include a server 100a and a plurality of terminal devices, and as shown in fig. 1, may specifically include terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200 c. As shown in fig. 1, the user 2, and the user 3 may respectively identify (e.g., scan) an identification code of a target product by corresponding clients operating in the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c, thereby acquiring corresponding identification code information and sending an information acquisition request for the target product to the server 100 a. Alternatively, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode of the target product, the two-dimensional code or the barcode may be printed on a surface of the target product (for example, on a surface of a package of a commodity) when the target product leaves a factory, and the two-dimensional code or the barcode may also be a picture in a network (for example, a picture released by a merchant in an online store of a shopping website, such as a promotional picture of a certain product containing the two-dimensional code or the barcode, and the like) or a picture stored locally in the terminal device 200a, 200b, and 200c, and the like. The identification code may also be a digital code or a graphic code of the target product, or may also be other encoding methods that are subsequently developed and are applicable to the present scheme, and the like, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. Then, the server 100a may receive the information acquisition request for the target product, and acquire first product information of the target product by analyzing the identification code information of the target product carried in the request. The first product information may include, for example, a name, a price, a specification, a production place, a usage, a brand history, a usage method, a storage method, a production date, a shelf life, and the like of the target product, which are not described herein again. Then, the server 100a may determine a category of the target product according to the first product information of the target product (for example, the category may include a brand category, a short-lived category, a general category, and the like, and optionally, may further include a digital product category, a food category, an electrical appliance category, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment, and the category may be adjusted according to an actual situation), and rank a display order of a plurality of pieces of information included in the first product information (for example, each piece of information or a part of information included in the first product information) according to the category of the target product, so as to obtain the second product information of the target product. It is understood that the second product information may be identical to the contents included in the first product information, except for the difference in the order of contents. Finally, the server 100a may send the second product information to the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c, and the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c receive the second product information and display corresponding content according to the second product information for the user to browse and read. Thus, the server 100a completes acquiring the first product information of the target product according to the received information acquisition request for the target product, determines the category of the target product, and sorts the display order of each piece of information (or part of information) included in the first product information according to the category of the target product, thereby obtaining the second product information of the target product.
As described above, according to the embodiment of the application, a large amount of contents in the product information acquired by identifying the two-dimensional code or the barcode can be sorted, and contents which are more concerned by the user in the category of products are preferentially displayed, for example, a short-lived food product can preferentially display a production date, a quality guarantee period and the like, and for example, a brand product can preferentially display a brand history and the like, so that the user can conveniently grasp the contents which are interested by the user at a glance, and the actual demand of the user in acquiring the product information is met. The terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c may be smart phones, smart wearable devices, tablet computers, laptop computers, desktop computers, and the like having the above functions. The server 100a may be a server, a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application. The server 100a may establish a communication connection with the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c through a wireless network or a wired network, and provide background services for the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200 c.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a product information processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the method may be applied to the system architecture shown in fig. 1, where the server may be the server 100a in the system architecture shown in fig. 1, and the terminal device may be any one of the terminal devices 200a, 200b, and 200c in the system architecture shown in fig. 1, may run a relevant client with a code scanning function, and may be configured to support and execute the method flow shown in fig. 2. As will be described below with reference to fig. 2 from the server side, the product information processing method may include the following steps S201 to S204:
in step S201, an information acquisition request for a target product is received.
Specifically, the server receives an information acquisition request for a target product, where the information acquisition request may be a request sent by a user through a client running on a terminal device to identify an identification code of the target product. The identification code may be, for example, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, or other labels, graphic codes, and the like, which are not particularly limited in this embodiment of the application. Alternatively, the identification code may be printed on a surface of the target product (e.g., a surface of a package of a commodity), or may be a picture in a network (e.g., a picture published by a merchant in an online store of a shopping website, such as a promotional picture of a certain product containing a two-dimensional code or a barcode, etc.) or a picture stored locally in a terminal device, etc. Optionally, the client may be a related client with a code scanning function, and the client may scan the identification code to obtain corresponding identification code information, and request a corresponding identification code platform (that is, send an information obtaining request for the target product to the server) to obtain product information of the corresponding target product, so that the product information of the target product may be obtained by scanning the code without active search by the user, the operation is simple and convenient, and the efficiency of obtaining information by the user is greatly improved. The identification code information may be related parameters or links represented by the identification code, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment of the application. Optionally, the information acquisition request for the target product may carry identification code information of the target product.
Step S202, first product information of the target product is obtained according to the information obtaining request.
Specifically, the server receives the information acquisition request and acquires first product information of the target product according to the request. Optionally, the server may obtain the first product information of the target product corresponding to the identification code information by analyzing the identification code information carried by the information obtaining request. The first product information may be information that is set by a merchant or a manufacturer in advance when the identification code for generating the target product is manufactured, for example. Optionally, the first product information may include a plurality of information such as a name, a price, a specification, a production place, a brand history, a usage method, a storage method, a production date, and a quality guarantee period of the target product, where each included information may be information sequentially filled according to a fixed template (for example, corresponding information may be sequentially filled according to the order of the product name, the specification, the price, the production date, the quality guarantee period, and the like, so as to reduce time taken to set the first product information of the target product corresponding to the identification code at an earlier stage). In some possible embodiments, the first product information may include more or less than the above, or even different content, for example, the first product information may further include a usage and an attribute of the target product, and the like, for example, the first product information may include attributes of a beverage, a food, furniture, an electrical appliance, a cleaning product, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
Step S203, determining the category of the target product according to the first product information of the target product.
Specifically, the server determines the category of the target product according to the acquired first product information of the target product. Optionally, the category may include, for example, a brand category, a short-lived category, a general category, and the like, and for example, according to information such as a name (for example, a certain red wine), a price, a brand history, and an attribute (the attribute may be, for example, a beverage) of a target product in the first product information, when the target product is determined to be a red wine of a certain known brand, the target product may be determined to be the brand category. For another example, when the target product is determined to be a cake stored for a short period (i.e., the shelf life is short) according to the information such as the name of the target product (e.g., a certain cake), the shelf life (e.g., 3 days), the production date and the attribute (which may be, for example, a food) in the first product information, the target product may be determined to be a short-term type. For example, when the target product is determined to be a kind of dual-purpose laundry detergent for hand washing/machine washing according to the information such as the name of the target product (e.g. a certain laundry detergent), the use method and the attribute (the attribute may be cleaning products, for example) in the first product information, the target product may be determined to be a general type. Therefore, a large number of products can be classified in order, and then a large number of contents contained in product information of products of different categories can be sequenced according to categories, so that the contents which are concerned and interested by users in the products of the categories are displayed preferentially, the information acquisition efficiency of the users is greatly improved, and the actual requirements of the users are met. Optionally, the category may further include digital products, foods, electric appliances, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application, and the category may be adjusted according to actual situations.
Step S204, according to the category of the target product, sequencing the display sequence of the plurality of information included in the first product information to obtain second product information of the target product.
Specifically, the server sorts the display order of each piece of information included in the first product information of the target product according to the category of the target product, and obtains the second product information of the target product. Optionally, the display order of the partial information included in the first product information of the target product may also be sorted. It is understood that the second product information may be identical to the contents included in the first product information, except for the difference in the order of contents.
Optionally, when the category of the target product is a brand category, the display order of the plurality of information included in the first product information may be sequentially ordered according to the name, the origin, the price, and the brand history of the target product, so as to obtain second product information of the target product;
when the category of the target product is the aging category, the display sequence of the plurality of information included in the first product information can be sequenced according to the name, the storage method, the production date, the quality guarantee period and the price of the target product in sequence to obtain second product information of the target product;
when the category of the target product is a general category, the display order of the plurality of information included in the first product information may be sequentially ordered according to the order of the name, price, and use of the target product, so as to obtain second product information of the target product.
As described above, a large amount of contents in the product information acquired by the identification code such as the two-dimensional code or the barcode for identifying the target product can be sorted according to the category of the product, and the contents that are more concerned by the user in the category of the product are preferentially displayed, so that the user can conveniently master the contents that are concerned or interested by the user at a glance, and the actual needs of the user are met.
Optionally, the server may further send the sorted second product information to the client, and the client may receive the second product information and display corresponding content according to the second product information, so that the user can browse and read the second product information. Therefore, the user can conveniently master the concerned or interested content at a glance, and the actual demand of the user for obtaining the product information is met.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another product information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method may be applied to the system architecture shown in fig. 3. As will be described below with reference to fig. 3 from the server and client interaction side, the product information processing method may include the following steps S301 to S306:
step S301, the client identifies the identification code of the target product.
Specifically, when a user wants to obtain related product information of a target product, the identification code of the target product can be scanned by a corresponding client running in the terminal device and having a code scanning function and calling a camera in the terminal device. Optionally, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a barcode of the target product, or another digital code or a graphic code, and is not described herein again.
The two-dimensional code is a popular coding mode on mobile devices in recent years, and can store more information and represent more data types than the traditional bar code. The two-dimensional code is a pattern which is distributed on a plane (in a two-dimensional direction) according to a certain rule by using a certain specific geometric figure, is black and white and is alternated and records data symbol information; the concept of '0' and '1' bit stream which forms the internal logic base of the computer is skillfully utilized in code making, a plurality of geometric shapes corresponding to binary systems are used for representing literal numerical information, and the information is automatically read through an image input device or an optoelectronic recognition device so as to realize the automatic processing of the information: it has some commonality of barcode technology: each code system has its specific character set; each character occupies a certain width; has certain checking function and the like. Meanwhile, the method also has the functions of automatically identifying information of different rows and processing the graph rotation change points.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a process for identifying an identification code according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code printed on the surface of a target product (in fig. 4, for example, a red wine under the brand a), and the two-dimensional code may be identified by scanning the two-dimensional code through a relevant client running on the smartphone and invoking a camera, so that corresponding two-dimensional code information may be obtained (i.e., corresponding identification code information is obtained, which may include, for example, relevant parameters or links represented by the identification code, etc.). Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the scanning action of the current pair may also be stopped by clicking "stop scanning" in fig. 4, and so on, which is not described herein again. Optionally, the identification code of the target product may also be a picture in a network (for example, a picture in an online store of a shopping website issued by a merchant, such as a product propaganda diagram containing a two-dimensional code or a barcode, etc.) or a picture stored locally in a terminal device such as a smartphone, and the picture may be identified by an identification code through a relevant client, so as to obtain corresponding identification code information, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application.
Step S302, the client sends an information acquisition request aiming at a target product to a server; the server receives an information acquisition request for a target product.
Specifically, a user identifies an identification code of the target product through a client, acquires corresponding identification code information and sends an information acquisition request for the target product to a server, wherein the information acquisition request can carry the identification code information; the server may receive the information acquisition request for the target product.
Optionally, step S302 may refer to step S201 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
Step S303, the server acquires the first product information of the target product according to the information acquisition request.
Specifically, step S303 may refer to step S202 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which is not described herein again. Optionally, the server may store all the identification code information and the first product information of the target product corresponding to the identification code information, and the server may obtain the first product information of the target product corresponding to the identification code information by analyzing the identification code information carried by the information acquisition request, where the first product information may be, for example, information that is set in advance when the identification code is generated for manufacturing.
Step S304, the server determines the category of the target product according to the first product information.
Specifically, step S304 may refer to step S203 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in some possible embodiments, the possible situations of the category may be adjusted according to actual situations and requirements, for example, the category may be divided into a brand category, an aging category, and a general category, and may also be divided into a digital product category, a food category, an electric appliance category, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this application.
Step S305, the server sorts the display order of each information included in the first product information according to the category of the target product, so as to obtain second product information of the target product.
Specifically, step S305 may refer to step S204 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
It is understood that the second product information may be identical to the contents included in the first product information, but there is a difference in the order of the contents. Optionally, when each piece of information or a part of information in the first product information of the target product has been set in a fixed order by a merchant or a manufacturing plant (for example, the product name, the price, the specification, and the like are always preferentially displayed), that is, the display order of the information cannot be changed, the server may not perform the step of obtaining the second product information of the target product by sorting the display order of each piece of information included in the first product information according to the category of the target product, or the server may only sort the display order of the part of information in the first product information to obtain the second product information of the target product, so that the amount of calculation can be reduced, the speed of obtaining information can be improved, and the like.
For example, when the target product is a brand class, the name, the origin, the price, the brand history, and the like of the target product may be preferentially displayed (i.e., the first product information may be sorted according to the display order of the name, the origin, the price, the brand history, the specification, the production date, and the like of the target product). For example, certain brands of wine products, users often pay great attention to their origins because wines brewed from different origins have a significant difference in taste. Meanwhile, products with brand influence generally have certain historical culture background, and through introducing the brand history, the user can be enabled to know the brand and the target product more deeply, and the target product is distinguished from other products more easily, so that the user can remember the product, and the selling of merchants is facilitated.
For example, when the target product is of an aging type, the name, storage mode, production date, expiration date, product price, and the like of the target product may be preferentially displayed (that is, the first product information may be sorted according to the display order of the name, storage mode, production date, expiration date, product price, specification, and the like of the target product). For example, some short-term edible products, such as baked cake and fresh milk, are generally bought by a user only after the user produces the product on the day, and the taste of the aging product is gradually deteriorated with the lapse of time, and the aging product is generally sold, bought and returned to the home for immediate use, and if the product is not eaten on the day, the taste of the product on the next day is deteriorated.
For example, when the target product is a general class, the name, price, product usage, usage method, and the like of the target product may be preferentially displayed, and this is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Step S306, the server sends the second product information to the client; and the client receives the second product information.
Specifically, the server sends the second product information to the client, the client receives the second product information, and optionally, the client displays corresponding content according to the second product information for the user to browse and read.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of an interface of product information according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Optionally, the user may also click on "more info … …" as shown in fig. 6 to make the client display more relevant information about the target product (e.g., may include the specification (such as 500ml) and the production area of the target product, etc.). Optionally, in some possible embodiments, the corresponding content may be displayed according to the order of the product name, the product price, the storage method, the production date, the shelf life, the eating method, and the like, so that the user may directly obtain the content that is interested or concerned by the user.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of an interface of another product information provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the target product is an E-brand laundry detergent, and obviously, the category of the target product may be the general category described above, and as shown in fig. 7, the corresponding contents may be displayed in order of product name, product price, usage method, notice, production date, expiration date, and the like, so that the user can directly obtain the contents that the user is interested in or cares about. Optionally, the user may also click on "more information … …" as shown in fig. 7 to make the client display more relevant information of the target product (for example, the specification (for example, 1Kg) and storage method of the target product may be included). Optionally, in some possible embodiments, the corresponding content may be displayed according to the order of the product name, the use method, the notice, the product price, the production date, the quality guarantee period, and the like, so that the user may directly obtain the content that the user is interested in or cared about.
The embodiment of the application provides a product information processing method, which can identify an identification code of a target product (for example, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, a digital code, a graphic code and the like of the target product) through a client and send an information acquisition request for the target product to a server. The server may then obtain first product information (which may include, for example, a name, a price, a specification, a production place, a brand history, a usage method, a production date, a shelf life, and the like of the target product) of the target product according to the information obtaining request, and determine a category (which may include, for example, a brand name, a short-term category, a general category, and the like) of the target product according to the first product information. And finally, sequencing the display sequence of each piece of information included in the first product information according to the category of the target product, thereby obtaining second product information of the target product, and sending the second product information to the client.
