Method and device for bidirectional updating between template library FMEA and project FMEA
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of failure analysis of products or processes, in particular to a method and a device for bidirectional updating between a template library FMEA and a project FMEA.
Background
The two-way updating of the template library FMEA and the project FMEA is realized to better adapt to the electronic management work of a self-factory, and human mistakes are reduced, so that the working efficiency and the accuracy are improved. The existing software realizes the operation of reversely notifying the item FMEA updating after the template FMEA updating, but does not realize the bidirectional updating notification.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to ensure that the content used by the FMEA is the latest content, the responsible person can realize convenient and quick operation to eliminate errors and omissions generated by manual checking, and the efficiency and the accuracy are improved; meanwhile, the information directly triggers the related party, and the responsible person updates according to the actual situation, so that the problem that the actual production requirement is not met due to forced updating is avoided.
According to a first aspect, an embodiment provides a method for updating a template library FMEA and a project FMEA bidirectionally, including:
a message triggering step, after the item FMEA updates the content, automatically triggering the message to a template FMEA responsible person account which is stored as a template by the item FMEA; or after the content in the template FMEA is updated, automatically triggering the message to all project FMEA responsible person accounts which refer to the template FMEA;
a message viewing step, wherein an FMEA responsible person receives the message, clicks an updating frame of a structure tree page and views a difference content point in a pop-up box;
updating and selecting, namely updating item by item or updating in batch or not updating in the pop-up box according to the required content;
and updating and storing, wherein the updated structure tree content can be automatically updated and stored to the FMEA report to form a new FMEA.
In some embodiments, the update selecting step further comprises:
and positioning and marking the position of the specific updated content of the structure tree in an updating mode, clicking a positioning mark on the structure tree by a user to display the current latest updated content, and clicking an updating button to update.
According to a second aspect, an embodiment provides a device for updating a template library FMEA and a project FMEA bidirectionally, including:
the message triggering module is used for automatically triggering a message to a template FMEA responsible person account which is stored as a template by the project FMEA after the project FMEA updates the content; or after the content in the template FMEA is updated, automatically triggering the message to all project FMEA responsible person accounts which refer to the template FMEA;
the message viewing module is used for receiving the message by the FMEA responsible person, clicking the updating frame of the page of the structure tree and viewing the difference content point in the pop-up frame;
the updating selection module is used for updating one by one or in batches in the pop-up box according to the required content or not updating;
and the updating and storing module is used for automatically updating and storing the updated structure tree content to the FMEA report to form a new FMEA.
In some embodiments, the update selection module is further configured to:

According to the embodiment, the problem of timely updating between the template FMEA and the project FMEA is solved, the FMEA content is guaranteed to be the latest content, and the problem of application management and audit caused by the fact that the FMEA content and the project FMEA content are inconsistent due to information disjunction is solved; the application message reminds in time to ensure the timeliness of updating; the operation is simple and convenient, and the interface is friendly; the implementation form of the bidirectional updating is that the difference content between the current version and all updated versions is recorded by a single page, and the user judges whether to update the versions independently or in batch or not; the updating content and the updating mode can be formulated by a user according to the actual situation, and the actual production requirement is met.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present application provides a method for bi-directionally updating a template library FMEA and a project FMEA, comprising the steps of:
s1: after the content is updated in the project FMEA and the click is successfully released, the system automatically triggers a message to a template FMEA responsible person account which is saved as a template by the project FMEA; or after the content is updated in the template FMEA and the click is successfully released, the system automatically triggers the message to accounts of all items FMEA responsible persons referring to the template FMEA;
s2: the FMEA responsible person receives the message, clicks the message to 'view' or directly opens the corresponding template FMEA or project FMEA, and clicks the right key 'update' on the page of the structure tree to view the difference content point in the pop-up box;
s3: updating or updating in batches one by one or not according to the required content in the pop-up box;
s4: the updated structure tree content can be automatically updated and stored in the FMEA report to form a new FMEA.
In step S3, the location can be realized in the update mode and the location is marked on the specific update content position of the structure tree, the user clicks the location identifier on the structure tree to display the current latest update content, and clicks the update button to update.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the functions of the various methods in the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware, or may be implemented by computer programs. When all or part of the functions of the above embodiments are implemented by a computer program, the program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: a read only memory, a random access memory, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a hard disk, etc., and the program is executed by a computer to realize the above functions. For example, the program may be stored in a memory of the device, and when the program in the memory is executed by the processor, all or part of the functions described above may be implemented. In addition, when all or part of the functions in the above embodiments are implemented by a computer program, the program may be stored in a storage medium such as a server, another computer, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a flash disk, or a removable hard disk, and may be downloaded or copied to a memory of a local device, or may be version-updated in a system of the local device, and when the program in the memory is executed by a processor, all or part of the functions in the above embodiments may be implemented.
