Abstract

本发明公开了倾斜迎浪板摇摆式波浪能发电装置,主要用于海洋波浪能发电;它主要包括摆板、钢丝绳、摇摆头、摇梁、浮箱、倾斜迎浪板、泄水孔、压力传感器;其工作原理是:海浪从左侧冲击摆板,摆板顺时针转动带动钢丝绳向下运动,钢丝绳带动摇摆头、摇梁反时针旋转,摇梁通过连杆及摇杆带动中心轴及半圆形转子顺时针旋转,当转子旋转至下端时,摆板的上端旋转至最低点并处于水平状态,半圆形转子由于惯性作用继续顺时针旋转并通过中心轴、摇杆、连杆带动摇梁及摇摆头顺时针旋转,摇摆头带动钢丝绳向上运动,钢丝绳拉动摆板复位并处于垂直状态,当海浪再次从左侧冲击摆板后,摆板按上述工作原理继续推动半圆形转子旋转发出稳定的电量。

本发明主要用于海洋波浪能发电。
背景技术
目前已使用的或者已经申请的海洋波浪能发电装置仅仅适用于小型发电设备,不能用于大规模发电。
发明内容
本发明可以大规模发电且发出的电量平稳,可以直接与国家电网并网;它主要包括摆板(1)、固定轴(2)、钢丝绳(3)、摇摆头(4)、摇梁(5)、定子外壳(6)、连杆(7)、半圆形转子(8)、摇杆(9)、机架(13)、浮箱(14)、倾斜迎浪板(15)、泄水孔(16)、压力传感器(17)及控制器;摆板(1)的上端固定有倾斜迎浪板(15),倾斜迎浪板(15)向海浪方向倾斜,倾斜迎浪板(15)的下端开有泄水孔(16),泄水孔(16)由电控装置控制其开合,摆板(1)的迎浪面安装有压力传感器(17),摆板(1)的下端绕固定轴(2)转动,固定轴(2)与浮箱(14)固定,浮箱(14)通过锚链固定在海平面上,摆板(1)的上端固定有销轴(12),钢丝绳(3)套在销轴(12)上,钢丝绳(3)的两端与摇摆头(4)的右上端固定,摇摆头(4)的左部是弧线面,右部是平面,钢丝绳(3)置于摇摆头(4)的弧线面上,摇梁(5)的左端与摇摆头(4)的右部平面固定且相互垂直,摇梁(5)的右端与连杆(7)的左端铰接,连杆(7)的右端与摇杆(9)的一端铰接,摇杆(9)的另一端与中心轴(11)固定,中心轴(11)绕定子外壳(6)的中心孔旋转,半圆形转子(8)与中心轴(11)固定,定子外壳(6)的内壁安装有电磁线圈,中心轴(11)带动半圆形转子(8)在定子外壳(6)内旋转,机架(13)的上端与摇梁(5)的下端铰接,半圆形转子(8)是永磁铁制造;所述波浪能发电装置的工作原理是:海浪从左侧冲击摆板(1),摆板(1)上的压力传感器(17)感受到海浪的压力,压力传感器(17)将信号传输给控制器,控制器指令泄水孔(16)闭合,摆板(1)绕固定轴(2)顺时针转动,并通过销轴(12)带动钢丝绳(3)向下运动,钢丝绳(3)向下运动带动摇摆头(4)、摇梁(5)反时针旋转,摇梁(5)反时针旋转通过连杆(7)及摇杆(9)带动中心轴(11)顺时针旋转,中心轴(11)顺时针旋转带动半圆形转子(8)顺时针旋转,当转子(8)旋转至下端时,摆板(1)的上端旋转至最低点并处于水平状态,由于海浪的冲击力大大减弱,压力传感器(17)感受不到海浪的压力,压力传感器(17)将信号传输给控制器,控制器指令泄水孔(16)打开,存留在摆板(1)上的海水从泄水孔(16)流出,半圆形转子(8)由于惯性作用继续顺时针旋转并通过中心轴(11)、摇杆(9)、连杆(7)带动摇梁(5)及摇摆头(4)顺时针旋转,摇摆头(4)顺时针旋转带动钢丝绳(3)向上运动,钢丝绳(3)向上运动拉动摆板(1)复位并处于垂直状态,当海浪再次从左侧冲击摆板(1)后,摆板(1)按上述工作原理继续推动半圆形转子(8)旋转发出稳定的电量。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2、3、4,海浪从左侧冲击摆板1,摆板1上的压力传感器17感受到海浪的压力,压力传感器17将信号传输给控制器,控制器指令泄水孔16闭合,摆板1绕固定轴2顺时针转动,并通过销轴12带动钢丝绳3向下运动,钢丝绳3向下运动带动摇摆头4、摇梁5反时针旋转,摇梁5反时针旋转通过连杆7及摇杆9带动中心轴11顺时针旋转,中心轴11顺时针旋转带动半圆形转子8顺时针旋转,当转子8旋转至下端时,摆板1的上端旋转至最低点并处于水平状态,由于海浪的冲击力大大减弱,压力传感器17感受不到海浪的压力,压力传感器17将信号传输给控制器,控制器指令泄水孔16打开,存留在摆板1上的海水从泄水孔16流出,半圆形转子8由于惯性作用继续顺时针旋转并通过中心轴11、摇杆9、连杆7带动摇梁5及摇摆头4顺时针旋转,摇摆头4顺时针旋转带动钢丝绳3向上运动,钢丝绳3向上运动拉动摆板1复位并处于垂直状态,当海浪再次从左侧冲击摆板1后,摆板1按上述工作原理继续推动半圆形转子8旋转发出稳定的电量。
需说明:参见图2,一对销轴12、一对钢丝绳3、一对摇梁5、一对连杆7及一对摇杆9分别对称布置在发电装置的纵向中轴线的两侧并带动中心轴11旋转;倾斜迎浪板15的作用是尽可能多地获得海浪。

1.倾斜迎浪板摇摆式波浪能发电装置,其特征是:它主要包括摆板(1)、固定轴(2)、钢丝绳(3)、摇摆头(4)、摇梁(5)、定子外壳(6)、连杆(7)、半圆形转子(8)、摇杆(9)、机架(13)、浮箱(14)、倾斜迎浪板(15)、泄水孔(16)、压力传感器(17)及控制器;摆板(1)的上端固定有倾斜迎浪板(15),倾斜迎浪板(15)向海浪方向倾斜,倾斜迎浪板(15)的下端开有泄水孔(16),泄水孔(16)由电控装置控制其开合,摆板(1)的迎浪面安装有压力传感器(17),摆板(1)的下端绕固定轴(2)转动,固定轴(2)与浮箱(14)固定,浮箱(14)通过锚链固定在海平面上,摆板(1)的上端固定有销轴(12),钢丝绳(3)套在销轴(12)上,钢丝绳(3)的两端与摇摆头(4)的右上端固定,摇摆头(4)的左部是弧线面,右部是平面,钢丝绳(3)置于摇摆头(4)的弧线面上,摇梁(5)的左端与摇摆头(4)的右部平面固定且相互垂直,摇梁(5)的右端与连杆(7)的左端铰接,连杆(7)的右端与摇杆(9)的一端铰接,摇杆(9)的另一端与中心轴(11)固定,中心轴(11)绕定子外壳(6)的中心孔旋转,半圆形转子(8)与中心轴(11)固定,定子外壳(6)的内壁安装有电磁线圈,中心轴(11)带动半圆形转子(8)在定子外壳(6)内旋转,机架(13)的上端与摇梁(5)的下端铰接,半圆形转子(8)是永磁铁制造;所述波浪能发电装置的工作原理是:海浪从左侧冲击摆板(1),摆板(1)上的压力传感器(17)感受到海浪的压力,压力传感器(17)将信号传输给控制器,控制器指令泄水孔(16)闭合,摆板(1)绕固定轴(2)顺时针转动,并通过销轴(12)带动钢丝绳(3)向下运动,钢丝绳(3)向下运动带动摇摆头(4)、摇梁(5)反时针旋转,摇梁(5)反时针旋转通过连杆(7)及摇杆(9)带动中心轴(11)顺时针旋转,中心轴(11)顺时针旋转带动半圆形转子(8)顺时针旋转,当转子(8)旋转至下端时,摆板(1)的上端旋转至最低点并处于水平状态,由于海浪的冲击力大大减弱,压力传感器(17)感受不到海浪的压力,压力传感器(17)将信号传输给控制器,控制器指令泄水孔(16)打开,存留在摆板(1)上的海水从泄水孔(16)流出,半圆形转子(8)由于惯性作用继续顺时针旋转并通过中心轴(11)、摇杆(9)、连杆(7)带动摇梁(5)及摇摆头(4)顺时针旋转,摇摆头(4)顺时针旋转带动钢丝绳(3)向上运动,钢丝绳(3)向上运动拉动摆板(1)复位并处于垂直状态,当海浪再次从左侧冲击摆板(1)后,摆板(1)按上述工作原理继续推动半圆形转子(8)旋转发出稳定的电量。
