Abstract

本发明公开了扭转弹簧的摆板式波浪能发电装置,主要用于海洋波浪能发电;它主要包括摆板、滑杆、发电机定子、发电机转子、弹簧,其工作原理是:海浪从左侧冲击摆板绕转轴顺时针转动,并通过连杆A推动滑块撞击弹簧,弹簧压缩并推动滑杆及连杆B向右移动,连杆B通过摇杆带动发电机转子顺时针转动至最左端时,滑杆移动至最右端,摆板的上端处于最低点,发电机转子由于惯性作用继续顺时针旋转并通过摇杆、连杆B推动滑杆右移至最左端,同时扭转弹簧B弹性回缩并带动摆板复位,此时发电机转子完成一周的旋转,当海浪再次从左侧冲击摆板后,发电机转子再次完成一周的旋转,这样发电机转子周而复始的旋转源源不断的发出稳定的电量。

本发明主要用于海洋波浪能发电。
背景技术
目前已使用的或者已经申请的海洋波浪能发电装置仅仅适用于小型发电设备,不能用于大规模发电。
发明内容
本发明可以大规模发电且发出的电量平稳,可以直接与国家电网并网,它主要包括摆板(1)、转轴(2)、连杆A(3)、滑杆(4)、外筒(5)、发电机定子(6)、连杆B(7)、发电机转子(8)、摇杆(9)、转子轴(11)、弹簧(12)、滑槽(13)、滑块(14)、扭转弹簧(15)、浮箱(16)、限位器(17);摆板(1)的下端与转轴(2)固定,转轴(2)绕外筒(5)旋转,外筒(5)与浮箱(16)固定,扭转弹簧B(15)的一端与转轴(2)的外表面固定,扭转弹簧B(15)的另一端与外筒(5)的内壁固定,浮箱(16)通过锚链固定在海平面上,连杆A(3)的一端与摆板(1)的上端铰接,连杆A(3)的另一端与滑块(14)铰接,弹簧(12)的右端与滑杆(4)的左端固定,滑杆(4)的右端与连杆B(7)的左端铰接,连杆B(7)的右端与摇杆(9)左端的铰接点(10)铰接,摇杆(9)的右端与转子轴(11)固定,发电机转子(8)与转子轴(11)固定,发电机定子(6)的内壁安装有电磁线圈,滑块(14)及滑杆(4)安装在滑槽(13)上,滑块(14)及滑杆(4)在滑槽(13)上左右滑动,发电机转子(8)是永磁铁制造;所述波浪能发电装置的工作原理是:海浪从左侧冲击摆板(1)绕转轴(2)顺时针转动,同时扭转弹簧B(15)弹性伸长,摆板(1)通过连杆A(3)推动滑块(14)撞击弹簧(12),弹簧(12)压缩并推动滑杆(4)向右移动,滑杆(4)向右移动推动连杆B(7)向右移动,连杆B(7)向右移动通过摇杆(9)带动转子轴(11)及发电机转子(8)顺时针转动,当连杆B(7)与摇杆(9)的铰接点(10)处于最右端时,滑块(14)及滑杆(4)移动至最右端,摆板(1)绕转轴(2)旋转至水平状态,摆板(1)上的海浪冲击力大大减弱,扭转弹簧B(15)弹性回缩并带动摆板(1)复位并处于向上的垂直状态,发电机转子(8)由于惯性作用继续顺时针旋转并通过摇杆(9)、连杆B(7)推动滑杆(4)移动至最左端,此时发电机转子(8)完成一周的旋转,当海浪再次从左侧冲击摆板(1)后,摆板(1)继续按上述工作原理带动发电机转子(8)旋转发出稳定的电量。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2、3,海浪从左侧冲击摆板1绕转轴2顺时针转动,同时扭转弹簧B15弹性伸长,摆板1通过连杆A3推动滑块14撞击弹簧12,弹簧12压缩并推动滑杆4向右移动,滑杆4向右移动推动连杆B7向右移动,连杆B7向右移动通过摇杆9带动转子轴11及发电机转子8顺时针转动,当连杆B7与摇杆9的铰接点10处于最右端时,滑块14及滑杆4移动至最右端,摆板1绕转轴2旋转至水平状态,摆板1上的海浪冲击力大大减弱,扭转弹簧B15弹性回缩并带动摆板1复位并处于向上的垂直状态,发电机转子8由于惯性作用继续顺时针旋转并通过摇杆9、连杆B7推动滑杆4移动至最左端,此时发电机转子8完成一周的旋转,当海浪再次从左侧冲击摆板1后,摆板1继续按上述工作原理带动发电机转子8旋转发出稳定的电量。
需说明:参见图2,一对连杆A3、一对滑杆4、一对连杆B7、一对摇杆9分对称布置在发电机转子轴11的前后两侧;发电机转子8完成一周的旋转所需周期与海浪冲击摆板1从垂直状态至水平状态再回到垂直状态所需周期并不完全一致,这样就会造成滑块14的移动与滑杆4的移动形成相位差,弹簧12的作用就是为了补偿这种相位差,使发电机转子8旋转平顺一些;限位器17的作用是禁止摆板1向左转动。

1.扭转弹簧的摆板式波浪能发电装置,其特征是:它主要包括摆板(1)、转轴(2)、连杆A(3)、滑杆(4)、外筒(5)、发电机定子(6)、连杆B(7)、发电机转子(8)、摇杆(9)、转子轴(11)、弹簧(12)、滑槽(13)、滑块(14)、扭转弹簧(15)、浮箱(16)、限位器(17);摆板(1)的下端与转轴(2)固定,转轴(2)绕外筒(5)旋转,外筒(5)与浮箱(16)固定,扭转弹簧B(15)的一端与转轴(2)的外表面固定,扭转弹簧B(15)的另一端与外筒(5)的内壁固定,浮箱(16)通过锚链固定在海平面上,连杆A(3)的一端与摆板(1)的上端铰接,连杆A(3)的另一端与滑块(14)铰接,弹簧(12)的右端与滑杆(4)的左端固定,滑杆(4)的右端与连杆B(7)的左端铰接,连杆B(7)的右端与摇杆(9)左端的铰接点(10)铰接,摇杆(9)的右端与转子轴(11)固定,发电机转子(8)与转子轴(11)固定,发电机定子(6)的内壁安装有电磁线圈,滑块(14)及滑杆(4)安装在滑槽(13)上,滑块(14)及滑杆(4)在滑槽(13)上左右滑动,发电机转子(8)是永磁铁制造;所述波浪能发电装置的工作原理是:海浪从左侧冲击摆板(1)绕转轴(2)顺时针转动,同时扭转弹簧B(15)弹性伸长,摆板(1)通过连杆A(3)推动滑块(14)撞击弹簧(12),弹簧(12)压缩并推动滑杆(4)向右移动,滑杆(4)向右移动推动连杆B(7)向右移动,连杆B(7)向右移动通过摇杆(9)带动转子轴(11)及发电机转子(8)顺时针转动,当连杆B(7)与摇杆(9)的铰接点(10)处于最右端时,滑块(14)及滑杆(4)移动至最右端,摆板(1)绕转轴(2)旋转至水平状态,摆板(1)上的海浪冲击力大大减弱,扭转弹簧B(15)弹性回缩并带动摆板(1)复位并处于向上的垂直状态,发电机转子(8)由于惯性作用继续顺时针旋转并通过摇杆(9)、连杆B(7)推动滑杆(4)移动至最左端,此时发电机转子(8)完成一周的旋转,当海浪再次从左侧冲击摆板(1)后,摆板(1)继续按上述工作原理带动发电机转子(8)旋转发出稳定的电量。
