Background
The steel structure is a structure which is formed by connecting steel plates and hot rolled, cold bent or welded sections through connecting pieces and can bear and transfer load. The steel structure system has the comprehensive advantages of light dead weight, factory manufacturing, quick installation, short construction period, good anti-seismic performance, quick investment recovery, less environmental pollution and the like, has unique advantages of development in three aspects of height, size and light compared with a reinforced concrete structure, and is reasonably and widely applied to the field of constructional engineering in the global range, particularly developed countries and regions. The steel structure industry is generally divided into 5 major categories of light steel structures, high-rise steel structures, residential steel structures, space steel structures and bridge steel structures. The steel structure building has the following defects in the using process: 1. the heat preservation effect is poor, the temperature in the steel structure building is low in winter, and the normal operation of equipment and the normal operation of workers are influenced; 2. the effect that gives sound insulation is relatively poor, and the noise of steel structure building accessories is great, influences resident's normal life on every side, and the enterprise needs to invest in a large amount oneself and gives sound insulation or move the factory building.

The invention aims to provide an assembly type series component for assembling a steel structure building wall, which is characterized in that a first support column is firstly installed, a second support column is placed on the first support column, two adjacent second support columns are fixed together through a side beam installation seat, a first partition plate is placed between the first support columns from a through groove, the two adjacent first partition plates are inserted into a clamping groove through a clamping opening, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, a limiting sliding plate is fixed through a sliding limiting piece and a clamping screw rod, the second partition plate is fixed on the first support column through a screw rod which passes through a through hole, a first connecting piece is fixed on a seventh support plate through a screw rod which passes through a fourth through hole and is matched with a second threaded hole, a contact piece is fixed on the second connecting piece through a screw rod which passes through a sixth through hole and a fifth through hole and is matched with a third threaded hole, the wave plate is fixed on the second connecting piece through the contact piece, and when the sound insulation effect is improved, the service life of the wave plate is prolonged, the metal panel and the partition plate support are both of concave-convex structures, sound insulation is facilitated, enterprise investment is reduced, sound insulation and heat preservation are carried out through the foam layer and the foam plate, and normal operation of equipment and workers is guaranteed.

The first supporting column comprises a first supporting plate and second supporting plates located at two ends of the first supporting plate, the two sides of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate on one side are provided with through grooves, square sliding holes are formed in the second supporting plates on the two sides of the first supporting plate and in the grooves, and waist-shaped holes are symmetrically distributed in the second supporting plate on one side.
The second support column comprises a third support plate and fourth support plates located at two ends of the third support plate, first clamping grooves which are symmetrically distributed are formed in the fourth support plate on one side, and second clamping grooves which are symmetrically distributed are formed in the fourth support plate on the other side.
The first partition plate comprises metal panels which are symmetrically distributed, a foam layer is arranged between the metal panels, the metal panels are of a concave-convex structure, a clamping groove is formed between the upper portion of the metal panels which are symmetrically distributed and the foam layer, and a clamping opening is formed below the metal panels which are symmetrically distributed.

The wavy plate comprises a wavy plate body, and fifth through holes distributed in an array are formed in the wavy plate body.
The contact piece comprises an arc-shaped contact block, a contact plane is arranged on the arc-shaped contact block, and a sixth through hole is formed in the contact plane.

2. the assembled serial components of the invention perform sound insulation and heat preservation through the foam layer and the foam plate, thereby ensuring the normal operation of equipment and the normal operation of workers.

First support column 1 includes first backup pad 11 and the second backup pad 12 that is located first backup pad 11 both ends, as shown in fig. 4, first backup pad 11 and second backup pad 12 constitute I shape structure, on the second backup pad 12 of one side, the both sides of first backup pad 11 all are equipped with through groove 13, through in the groove 13, all be equipped with square slide opening 14 on the second backup pad 12 of first backup pad 11 both sides, be equipped with the waist shape hole 15 of symmetric distribution on the second backup pad 12 of one side, waist shape hole 15 and square slide opening 14 intercommunication.
The second supporting columns 2 comprise third supporting plates 21 and fourth supporting plates 22 located at two ends of the third supporting plates 21, as shown in fig. 5, the third supporting plates 21 and the fourth supporting plates 22 form an i-shaped structure, first clamping grooves 23 are symmetrically arranged on the fourth supporting plates 22 on one side, second clamping grooves 24 are symmetrically arranged on the fourth supporting plates 22 on the other side, and the second supporting columns 2 are fixed on the two first supporting columns 1.
First baffle 3 includes the metal decking 31 of symmetric distribution, be equipped with foam layer 32 between the metal decking 31, metal decking 31 is concave-convex structure, be favorable to the noise reduction, the top of the metal decking 31 of symmetric distribution be equipped with foam layer 32 between form draw-in groove 34, the below of the metal decking 31 of symmetric distribution forms joint mouth 33, insert in draw-in groove 34 through joint mouth 33 between two adjacent first baffles 3, first baffle 3 is through placing between first support column 1 through passing through groove 13, first baffle 3 block is between two second backup pads 12.

The second partition board 6 includes a partition board bracket 61, as shown in fig. 9, 10, and 11, a foam board 62 is disposed in the partition board bracket 61, the partition board bracket 61 includes a concave-convex metal plate 611, a fifth support plate 615 is vertically disposed at one end of the concave-convex metal plate 611, a sixth support plate 612 is vertically disposed at the other end of the concave-convex metal plate 611, a seventh support plate 616 is vertically disposed on the fifth support plate 615, a bayonet 617 is formed between the fifth support plate 615 and the seventh support plate 616, an eighth support plate 613 is vertically disposed on the sixth support plate 612, a locking groove 614 is formed between the sixth support plate 612 and the eighth support plate 613, the locking groove 614 is used for locking the foam board 62, and two adjacent second partition boards 6 are matched with the eighth support plate 613 through the.
The concave-convex metal plate 611 is provided with through holes 618 distributed in an array, and the second partition plate 6 is fixed on the first support column 1 by passing through the through holes 618 through a screw.

The second connecting member 8 includes a fourth connecting plate 81, as shown in fig. 13, a fifth connecting plate 82 and a sixth connecting plate 83 are respectively vertically provided at two ends of the fourth connecting plate 81, the fifth connecting plate 82 and the sixth connecting plate 83 form a Z-shaped structure, a fourth through hole 84 is provided on the fifth connecting plate 82, a third threaded hole 85 is provided on the sixth connecting plate 83, and the second connecting member 8 is fixed on the first connecting member 7 by a screw rod passing through the fourth through hole 84 and being matched with the second threaded hole 715.
The wavy plate 9 includes a wavy plate body 91, and as shown in fig. 14, fifth through holes 92 are formed in the wavy plate body 91 in an array.
The contact element 10 includes an arc-shaped contact block 102, as shown in fig. 15, a contact plane 101 is provided on the arc-shaped contact block 102, a sixth through hole 103 is provided on the contact plane 101, and the contact element 10 is fixed on the second connecting member 8 by a screw rod passing through the sixth through hole 103, the fifth through hole 92 and the third threaded hole 85 in a matching manner.
When the connecting piece is used, firstly, the first supporting column 1 is installed, the second supporting columns 2 are placed on the first supporting columns 1, two adjacent second supporting columns 2 are fixed together through the side beam installation seat 5, the first partition plate 3 is placed between the first supporting columns 1 through the through groove 13, the two adjacent first partition plates 3 are inserted into the clamping groove 34 through the clamping opening 33, the installation and the disassembly are convenient, the limiting sliding plate 41 is fixed through the sliding limiting piece 4 and the clamping screw rod 42, the second partition plate 6 is fixed on the first supporting column 1 through the screw rod passing through the through hole 618, the first connecting piece 7 is fixed on the seventh supporting plate 616 through the screw rod passing through the second through hole 712, the second connecting piece 8 is fixed on the first connecting piece 7 through the screw rod passing through the fourth through hole 84 and the second threaded hole 715 in a matching manner, the contact piece 10 is fixed on the second connecting piece 8 through the screw rod passing through the sixth through hole 103 and the fifth through hole 92 and the third threaded hole 85 in a matching, the wave plate 9 is fixed on the second connecting piece 8 through the contact piece 10, the sound insulation effect is improved, meanwhile, the service life of the wave plate 9 is prolonged, sound insulation and heat preservation are carried out through the foam layer 32 and the foam plate 62, and the metal panel 31 and the partition plate support 61 both adopt concave-convex structures, so that sound insulation is facilitated.
