Abstract
The invention provides an assembled outer frame shear wall structure system and a construction method thereof. The structure system comprises columns which are arranged in a dot shape, wherein wall bodies or beam bodies are connected among the columns, the wall bodies and the columns form an inner wall structure, and the beam bodies and the columns form an outer frame structure. The construction method comprises the steps of constructing a column body, constructing a beam and a wall, and constructing a floor slab and a support. The invention has the advantages that: the vertical load of the building is respectively borne by the frame and the shear wall, and the horizontal action is mainly borne by the shear wall with larger lateral stiffness, so that the building has the characteristics of flexible frame structure arrangement and convenient use, and also has larger stiffness and stronger shock resistance; overall structure is more stable, and inner space is big, and the number of columns can be reducible, and the construction is convenient more, swift, and the wall body part can regard as elevartor shaft or equipment room, does benefit to settling, the installation of elevartor shaft.

Background

The shear wall structure has good bearing capacity, good integrity and space function, and better lateral force resistance than a frame structure, so that a higher building can be built.
