In the construction method, if a hidden column is adopted, a column body and a wall body are constructed firstly, then a beam body is constructed, and finally a floor slab is constructed; if the exposed columns are adopted, the columns are constructed firstly, then the beam bodies and the wall bodies are constructed, and finally the floor slabs are constructed. The invention has the advantages that: the advantages of the assembled shear wall structure and the frame structure are fully exerted, the sealing performance of the external wall body is good, the seepage and leakage are prevented, the internal space is large, the external wall body can be divided and isolated randomly as required, excessive positioning and supporting pieces are not needed, the construction is more convenient and rapid, the strength of the connecting joint is high, and the structural stability is good.
