Abstract
一种新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,包括墙体龙骨、保温板、墙板连接件、内墙板和外墙板;保温板具有若干条中心线为纵向的且依次平行排列的间隙孔,每条间隙孔内插入有一方管的内衬龙骨;保温板的外侧面贴抵墙体龙骨的内侧面,由自攻螺钉穿经墙体龙骨及保温板内对应的内衬龙骨从而将墙体龙骨与保温板螺接固定。墙板连接件外侧贴抵保温板内侧面,并由自攻螺钉穿经墙板连接件及保温板内对应的内衬龙骨从而将墙板连接件与保温板螺接固定;墙板连接件的内侧则与内墙板贴抵并固接;外墙板贴抵墙体龙骨的外侧面,并与墙体龙骨固接。本发明创造既增强了墙体强度,也提升了墙体的保温性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明创造属于装配式建筑领域,尤其是涉及一种现场无需浇注、无需焊接的模块化、标准化的绿色装配式建筑的墙体体系。
背景技术
装配式建筑因可实现可拆卸及重复利用,现场施工无残留建筑垃圾,非常符合绿色环保建筑的理念。中国专利CN109972765A公开了一种三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其中“三墙”指的是外墙板层、墙体主板层和内墙板层,“两空”则是墙体主板与外、内墙板之间分别围建出的外侧通道空间和内侧通道空间;外侧通道空间可容纳安装比如排雨水的管道及其他管道或线路,内侧通道空间可容纳安装比如电线、线缆及其他管道或线路;可直接利用通道空间作为空气循环的通风管道,既不破坏整体装修美感,又充分利用了空间,还附带提供了墙体的除湿性能;且还能利用通道空间形成的空气层,提升建筑整体的保温性能。
但该结构中位于中间的墙体主板层是由若干块墙体主板横向依次拼接而成的,拼接结构牢固度有限,覆盖拼接缝的墙板龙骨由于结构限制,强度也受限,从而使得墙体整体强度稍弱。
发明创造内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造提出一种新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,具体为:
新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,包括墙体龙骨、保温板、墙板连接件、内墙板和外墙板;
保温板具有若干条中心线为纵向的且依次平行排列的间隙孔,每条间隙孔内插入有一方管的内衬龙骨;
保温板的外侧面贴抵墙体龙骨的内侧面,由自攻螺钉穿经墙体龙骨及保温板内对应的内衬龙骨从而将墙体龙骨与保温板螺接固定;
墙板连接件外侧贴抵保温板内侧面,并由自攻螺钉穿经墙板连接件及保温板内对应的内衬龙骨从而将墙板连接件与保温板螺接固定;
墙板连接件的内侧则与内墙板贴抵并固接;
外墙板贴抵墙体龙骨的外侧面,并与墙体龙骨固接。
优选的,墙体龙骨是主要有若干条纵梁和横梁焊接固连而成的网格状龙骨,其纵梁采用方管,横梁采用横截面为Z型的型材。
优选的,由自攻螺钉穿经墙体龙骨横向的横梁的内侧竖直片及保温板内对应的内衬龙骨从而将墙体龙骨与保温板螺接固定。
优选的,外墙板是通过自攻螺钉与墙体龙骨横向的横梁的外侧竖直片螺接固定。
优选的,所述保温采用硫氧镁板。
优选的,内衬龙骨与间隙孔之间过盈配合。
优选的,墙板连接件采用的是横截面为Z型的型材。
优选的,墙板连接件为横向布置。
优选的,其外侧竖直片贴抵保温板的内侧面,并由自攻螺钉穿经墙板连接件的外侧竖直片及保温板内对应的纵向的内衬龙骨从而将墙板连接件与保温板螺接固定。
优选的,墙板连接件的内侧竖直片与内墙板贴抵并螺接固定。
本发明创造的墙体龙骨及墙板连接件分别撑起了两腔的空间,巧妙的在保温板间隙孔内增设内衬龙骨,使得安装更为方便,且本墙体龙骨自身的结构形式、以及墙体龙骨横梁、纵向的内衬龙骨、横向的墙板连接件的这种纵横错开式的连接结构,都起到了增强本体系墙体强度的作用,又有效降低甚至是避免了连接件直连而导致的热传导效应,提升了墙体的保温性能。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明创造中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明创造。
需说明的是,本实施例虽然给出的方案是外墙板4在外侧并直接与墙体龙骨1连接,内墙板3在内侧,并通过墙板连接件5与保温板2连接,但本体系的特点之一是外墙板和内墙板是可以根据需要互换位置的,即还可以是将4所示换为内墙板,将3所示换为外墙板,因此,本发明创造中所称的“外墙板”、“内墙板”只是指代其位于墙板龙骨1的两侧面,并不限定其在建筑中位于室外还是室内。
如图所示,本发明创造的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,墙体龙骨1、保温板2、墙板连接件5、内墙板3和外墙板4;
墙体龙骨1是主要有若干条纵梁11和横梁12焊接固连而成的网格状龙骨,其纵梁11采用方管,以增强整体强度,横梁12采用横截面为Z型的型材,其两侧的竖直片(121、122)既起到增强横梁的整体强度的作用,又可分别作为安装保温板2、外墙板4的安装基础;
保温板2采用硫氧镁板,其具有若干条中心线为纵向的且依次平行排列的间隙孔21,每条间隙孔21内插入有一方管的内衬龙骨22,内衬龙骨22与间隙孔21之间过盈配合,内衬龙骨既起到增强保温板2强度的作用,也提供了使保温板2与墙体龙骨1通过螺栓紧固连接的安装基础;
参见图3,墙板连接件5也采用的是横截面为Z型的型材,其两侧的竖直片(51、52)既起到增强墙板连接件5整体强度的作用,又可分别作为与保温板2、内墙板3进行连接的安装基础;
参见图2和图4,保温板2的外侧面贴抵墙体龙骨1的内侧面,由自攻螺钉分别穿过保温板2及间隙孔内21的纵向的内衬龙骨22以及墙体龙骨1横向的横梁的内侧竖直片122,将保温板2与墙体龙骨1紧固连接;横向布置的墙板连接件5的外侧竖直片51贴抵保温板2的内侧面,并由自攻螺钉穿经墙板连接件5的外侧竖直片51及保温板2内对应的纵向的内衬龙骨22从而将墙板连接件5与保温板2螺接固定;墙板连接件5的内侧竖直片52则与内墙板3贴抵并螺接固定;外墙板4则贴抵墙体龙骨1的外侧面,并通过自攻螺钉与墙体龙骨1横向的横梁的外侧竖直片121螺接固定;
因此,在本发明创造中,外墙板、保温板、内墙板构成体系的“三墙”,墙体龙骨1及墙板连接件5分别撑起了两腔的空间,巧妙的在保温板间隙孔内增设内衬龙骨,使得安装更为方便,且本墙体龙骨自身的结构形式、以及墙体龙骨横梁、纵向的内衬龙骨、横向的墙板连接件的这种纵横错开式的连接结构,都起到了增强本体系墙体强度的作用,又有效降低甚至是避免了连接件直连而导致的热传导效应,提升了墙体的保温性能。
以上所述仅为本发明创造的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明创造,凡在本发明创造的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明创造的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,包括墙体龙骨(1)、保温板(2)、墙板连接件(5)、内墙板(3)和外墙板(4);
保温板具有若干条中心线为纵向的且依次平行排列的间隙孔(21),每条间隙孔(21)内插入有一方管的内衬龙骨(22);
保温板的外侧面贴抵墙体龙骨的内侧面,由自攻螺钉穿经墙体龙骨及保温板内对应的内衬龙骨从而将墙体龙骨与保温板螺接固定;
墙板连接件外侧贴抵保温板内侧面,并由自攻螺钉穿经墙板连接件及保温板内对应的内衬龙骨从而将墙板连接件与保温板螺接固定;
墙板连接件的内侧则与内墙板贴抵并固接;
外墙板贴抵墙体龙骨的外侧面,并与墙体龙骨固接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,墙体龙骨(1)是主要有若干条纵梁(11)和横梁(12)焊接固连而成的网格状龙骨,其纵梁采用方管,横梁采用横截面为Z型的型材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,由自攻螺钉穿经墙体龙骨横向的横梁的内侧竖直片及保温板内对应的内衬龙骨从而将墙体龙骨与保温板螺接固定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,外墙板是通过自攻螺钉与墙体龙骨横向的横梁的外侧竖直片螺接固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,所述保温采用硫氧镁板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,内衬龙骨与间隙孔之间过盈配合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,墙板连接件采用的是横截面为Z型的型材。
8.根据权利要求7所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,墙板连接件为横向布置。
9.根据权利要求7所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,其外侧竖直片贴抵保温板的内侧面,并由自攻螺钉穿经墙板连接件的外侧竖直片及保温板内对应的纵向的内衬龙骨从而将墙板连接件与保温板螺接固定。
10.根据权利要求7所述的新型三墙两空式装配式墙体体系,其特征在于,墙板连接件的内侧竖直片与内墙板贴抵并螺接固定。
