Description

Treatment process for improving pulping performance of wheat straws
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and particularly relates to a treatment process for improving the pulping performance of wheat straws.
Background
China is a big agricultural country, wheat is also a main crop, and the total amount of straw resources reaches hundreds of millions of tons every year. Before the middle of the 20 th century, wheat straws were mainly used as a domestic fuel, a fertilizer and a feed. However, with the popularization of coal and petroleum liquefied gas fuel and the increase of the usage amount of chemical fertilizers, a large amount of wheat straws in rural areas are accumulated. At present, the utilization rate of rural straws is less than 2%, the rest straws are discarded or burned on the spot, and a lot of dense smoke cages cover the straws, even cause road traffic accidents or influence the take-off of airplanes. Not only wastes valuable resources, but also causes environmental pollution. Therefore, the disposal and effective utilization of wheat straw have become a problem to be solved urgently and a hotspot for research of experts and scholars.
The paper making industry in China is in a high-speed growth period, the total output of paper and paper boards is always greatly lower than the total consumption, the annual average paper consumption is far lower than the level of developed countries in the world, and the demand for paper is increased by more than 12% per year on average. China is the biggest world paper consumer country and producer country, but forest resources are scarce, wood pulp papermaking raw materials are deficient, and 65% of production raw materials need imported wood pulp and waste paper to make up the gaps of the raw materials. Recently, the price of paper pulp in the international market has generally risen, increasing the cost of paper making.
Therefore, how to prepare the papermaking paper pulp by using the wheat straws can not only improve the resource utilization rate and avoid the abandonment of a large amount of wheat straw resources, but also relieve the shortage of papermaking resources.
The invention discloses packaging paper, application number 201510908007.8, relating to packaging paper, in particular to mildew-proof antibacterial food packaging paper, which comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of masson pine, 45-55 parts of wheat straw, 25-30 parts of konjac glucomannan, 45-50 parts of garlic skin, 10-15 parts of sodium hydroxide, 5-10 parts of soybean protein liquid, 10-15 parts of prebiotics, 1-3 parts of chlorhexidine gluconate, 3-8 parts of sorbic acid, 10-15 parts of hydrophilic film forming agent and 0.5-0.8 part of mildew preventive. The mildew-proof antibacterial food packaging paper provided by the invention is low in cost and easy to prepare, and can effectively play a role in mildew prevention and antibiosis by adopting a purely natural antibacterial agent and a mildew preventive, and the packaging paper provided by the invention is biodegradable and has an important environmental protection significance.

During the puffing treatment, the rotating speed of a motor of the puffing machine is 550r/min, the temperature of the front section of a puffing cavity of the puffing machine is 113 ℃, the temperature of the middle section is 121 ℃, the temperature of the rear section is 127 ℃, and the discharging speed of the puffing machine is 52 kg/min; performing secondary cooking treatment on the puffed straw to obtain secondary cooking slurry, wherein the secondary cooking treatment comprises the following steps: adding the puffed straw into an ethanol solution, adding sodium hydroxide with the mass fraction of 9.6%, heating to 96 ℃ in a closed container, preserving heat for 34min, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the puffed straw; the ethanol solution is 0.58% by mass; the mass ratio of the ethanol solution to the puffed straw is 1: 5; and adding the secondary cooking pulp into a pulping machine for pulping, wherein the pulping process is that the pulp is beaten for 2000 revolutions in the pulping machine, and the pulp is obtained through screening and filter pressing.
Test of
The equivalent pulp viscosity performance of examples 1-6 was tested and compared;
TABLE 3
Viscosity mL/g
Example 1 886.3
Example 2 875.9
Example 3 898.7
Example 4 915.5
Example 5 907.2
Example 6 912.3
Control group 635.6
Control group: directly adding alkali to the wheat straws for cooking, wherein the cooking temperature is 96 ℃, and the material-liquid ratio is 5: 1, the cooking time is 34min, and the mass fraction of sodium hydroxide is 9.6%;
it can be seen from table 3 that the pulp slurry prepared by the present invention has higher viscosity, because the degree of the mutual permeation between the straw fiber tissue and the liquid component in the pulp prepared by the method of the present invention is higher, the separation between lignin and carbohydrate is promoted, lignin and other cell tissues are more degraded, and the viscosity of the pulp is improved.
FIG. 1 is a graph showing the fine pulp yield of pulp slurry and ultrasonic frequency, and using example 4 as a basic test sample, the effect of different ultrasonic frequencies on the fine pulp yield of pulp slurry is compared, and it can be seen from FIG. 1 that the fine pulp yield of pulp slurry gradually increases with the increase of the ultrasonic frequency, when the ultrasonic frequency reaches 38kHz, the fine pulp reaches an optimum value, and after the ultrasonic frequency exceeds 38kHz, the fine pulp yield in pulp slurry decreases slightly.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and all the modifications and equivalents of the embodiments may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
