Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, the invention provides a weaving method of a sofa cloth, wherein the warp yarn of the sofa cloth adopts 30D/1F intermittent high-shrinkage yarn; the weft yarn adopts 160D/72F terylene lustrous space-variant slub yarn. The interruption ratio of the warp yarn of the sofa cloth is 5: 5, wherein the front 5 cm is conventional polyester bright monofilaments, and the back 5 cm is high-shrinkage polyester bright monofilaments, and the circulation is staggered.
The sofa fabric is characterized in that the sofa fabric is composed of a plurality of weaving unit assemblies, each weaving unit is formed by interweaving a plurality of warps and a plurality of wefts in a sinking and floating mode, each warp comprises a first warp, a second warp, a third warp, a fourth warp, a fifth warp and a sixth warp which are sequentially arranged, and each weft comprises a first weft, a second weft, a third weft, a fourth weft, a fifth weft, a sixth weft, a seventh weft and an eighth weft which are sequentially arranged. The first warp yarn, the third warp yarn and the fifth warp yarn tissue points are sequentially arranged in a one-down-one-up circulation mode, the second warp yarn tissue points are arranged on one upper, one-down-one-upper, three-down-one-upper, four-down-one-upper, three-down mode, and the sixth warp yarn tissue points are sequentially arranged on one upper, three-down-one-upper, one-down-one-lower. The number of cycles for this sofa release was 6 x 8 and the organization is shown in figure 1. In the figure, the vertical direction is the longitude, the horizontal direction is the latitude, the dark color is the longitude floating point, and the white color is the latitude floating point. As can be seen from FIG. 1, three nearly contiguous white weft floats form a set of small oblique lines, and each such set of small oblique lines is staggered to form a simple and novel appearance pattern that is subtle and discontinuous.
The weaving method adopts high-density reeds, the reed number is 33, each reed feather is 1 in, the width of a loom is 330 cm, the weft density of the loom is 22 shuttles, and a 340 cm dobby water-jet loom is used for weaving. In order to fully exert the function of the novel warp-direction raw material, namely intermittent high-shrinkage, the weaving method adopts twice sizing after the conventional dyeing and finishing of the product: shaping at 135 deg.C with 13% overfeed, cooling, and shaping at 165 deg.C with 18% overfeed. Therefore, the orderly, discontinuous and continuous shrinkage effects of the product are realized, and the functions of haziness of the appearance of the product, super softness of hand feeling and the like are realized. Finished specifications 37 x 27 x 280 cm x 65 g/sq.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely preferred embodiments for fully explaining the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto. The equivalent substitution or change made by the technical personnel in the technical field on the basis of the invention is all within the protection scope of the invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
