Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based disposable degradable glue and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the glue comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-55% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 0.1-45% of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.1-35% of waterborne epoxy resin, 0.1-20% of waterborne polyurethane, 0.1-13% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1-3% of polyvinyl butyral, 0.1-1% of hexanedial, 0.1-40% of oxidized starch, 0.1-10% of chitosan, 0.1-5% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 0.1-5% of ethyl cellulose; the water-based disposable degradable glue can meet food safety related laws and regulations, and has steaming resistance and excellent bonding strength.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-based disposable degradable glue and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The common suction pipe in the market is usually a plastic pipe, the material with the largest use amount is polypropylene (PP), the common suction pipe has the advantages of simple and light processing, and meanwhile, the petroleum cracking product also has the defect of difficult biodegradation or other degradation. With the increasing demand for environmental protection worldwide, the search for alternative materials for plastic drinking straws is urgent.
At present, the plant fiber is a natural material which is generally accepted in the world at present and has the highest degree of industrialization, and based on the material, the paper straw with high stiffness, good safety performance and environmental protection can be produced by using a safe and environment-friendly water-based adhesive.
The glue for the disposable degradable paper straw has the effect of boiling water boiling resistance on the premise of meeting the food safety related laws and regulations at home and abroad. However, most of glue of disposable degradable paper straws on the market at present cannot resist boiling water; although the glue of a part of disposable degradation type paper straw can achieve the characteristic of boiling water resistance, the glue uses the limited substance content exceeding the clear regulation in the food safety law and regulation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the water-based disposable degradable glue which can meet the food safety related laws and regulations and has steaming resistance and excellent bonding strength, and the preparation method and the application thereof.

the water-based disposable degradable glue consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-55% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 0.1-45% of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.1-35% of aqueous epoxy resin, 0.1-20% of aqueous polyurethane, 0.1-13% of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1-3% of polyvinyl butyral, 0.1-1% of hexanedial, 0.1-40% of oxidized starch, 0.1-10% of chitosan, 0.1-5% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 0.1-5% of ethyl cellulose.
Preferably, the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 32% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 5% of pure acrylic emulsion, 10% of waterborne epoxy resin, 5% of waterborne polyurethane, 3% of polyvinyl alcohol, 1% of polyvinyl butyral, 1% of hexanedial, 40% of oxidized starch, 1% of chitosan, 1% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 1% of ethyl cellulose.
Preferably, the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 55% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 35% of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.3% of waterborne epoxy resin, 0.7% of waterborne polyurethane, 0.4% of polyvinyl alcohol, 1% of polyvinyl butyral, 0.1% of hexanedial, 0.5% of oxidized starch, 2% of chitosan, 3% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 2% of ethyl cellulose.
Preferably, the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 45% of pure acrylic emulsion, 15% of aqueous epoxy resin, 5% of aqueous polyurethane, 12% of polyvinyl alcohol, 3% of polyvinyl butyral, 0.5% of hexanedial, 5.5% of oxidized starch, 7% of chitosan, 3% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 1% of ethyl cellulose.
The invention aims to solve another technical problem and provides a preparation method of the water-based disposable degradable glue, which comprises the following steps:
1) weighing polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, oxidized starch, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose in proportion, dissolving, and uniformly mixing at high speed to obtain a mixed solution for later use;
2) weighing vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, pure acrylic emulsion, waterborne epoxy resin and waterborne polyurethane according to a proportion, adding the weighed materials into the mixed solution prepared in the step 1), and simultaneously quickly stirring to obtain a stirred solution for later use;
3) and finally, weighing dialdehyde and chitosan in proportion, adding the dialdehyde and the chitosan into the stirring liquid prepared in the step 2), simultaneously and rapidly stirring, heating to 55-75 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1.5-3.5 hours under the condition that the pressure is 101-150KPa, and then discharging.
The application of the water-based disposable degradation glue in the paper straw.
The water-based material is modified and pre-crosslinked, and is further crosslinked at the later stage after use, so that the water-based material has the characteristics of resisting high-temperature water of 95 +/-5 ℃ and being suitable for a high-speed machine.
The operation is simple and convenient when the machine is used at the terminal, the machine is skillful, 4-5 paper suction pipe machines can be operated simultaneously, the gluing requirements of a high-speed machine and a low-speed machine can be met simultaneously, and the highest speed can allow the finished paper pipe outlet speed of 85 m/min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
by controlling the chemical characteristics and safety performance of raw materials and effectively controlling the production process, the maximum production capacity allowed by single-time production equipment and qualified, safe and environment-friendly water-based disposable degradable paper straw glue can be ensured; meanwhile, the performance can reach that the adhesive force of the paper as the base material is more than or equal to 7N, 100% of broken materials can be realized when the base materials are mutually stripped, the water-resistant effect is good, and the paper has acid resistance: pH 2-7, alkali resistance: pH 7-10.5, and resistance to alcohol soaking.

Example 1
The water-based disposable degradable glue consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 32% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 5% of pure acrylic emulsion, 10% of waterborne epoxy resin, 5% of waterborne polyurethane, 3% of polyvinyl alcohol, 1% of polyvinyl butyral, 1% of hexanedial, 40% of oxidized starch, 1% of chitosan, 1% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 1% of ethyl cellulose.
A preparation method of water-based disposable degradable glue comprises the following steps:
1) weighing polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, oxidized starch, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose in proportion, dissolving, and uniformly mixing at high speed to obtain a mixed solution for later use;
2) weighing vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, pure acrylic emulsion, waterborne epoxy resin and waterborne polyurethane according to a proportion, adding the weighed materials into the mixed solution prepared in the step 1), and simultaneously quickly stirring to obtain a stirred solution for later use;
3) and finally, weighing dialdehyde and chitosan in proportion, adding the dialdehyde and the chitosan into the stirring liquid prepared in the step 2), simultaneously and rapidly stirring, heating to 55-75 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1.5-3.5 hours under the condition that the pressure is 101-150KPa, and then discharging.

The water-based disposable degradable glue consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 55% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 35% of pure acrylic emulsion, 0.3% of waterborne epoxy resin, 0.7% of waterborne polyurethane, 0.4% of polyvinyl alcohol, 1% of polyvinyl butyral, 0.1% of hexanedial, 0.5% of oxidized starch, 2% of chitosan, 3% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 2% of ethyl cellulose.
A preparation method of water-based disposable degradable glue comprises the following steps:
1) weighing polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, oxidized starch, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose in proportion, dissolving, and uniformly mixing at high speed to obtain a mixed solution for later use;

The water-based disposable degradable glue consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 3% of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, 45% of pure acrylic emulsion, 15% of aqueous epoxy resin, 5% of aqueous polyurethane, 12% of polyvinyl alcohol, 3% of polyvinyl butyral, 0.5% of hexanedial, 5.5% of oxidized starch, 7% of chitosan, 3% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 1% of ethyl cellulose.
A preparation method of water-based disposable degradable glue comprises the following steps:
1) weighing polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl butyral, oxidized starch, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose in proportion, dissolving, and uniformly mixing at high speed to obtain a mixed solution for later use;
2) weighing vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion, pure acrylic emulsion, waterborne epoxy resin and waterborne polyurethane according to a proportion, adding the weighed materials into the mixed solution prepared in the step 1), and simultaneously quickly stirring to obtain a stirred solution for later use;
3) and finally, weighing dialdehyde and chitosan in proportion, adding the dialdehyde and the chitosan into the stirring liquid prepared in the step 2), simultaneously and rapidly stirring, heating to 55-75 ℃, keeping the temperature for 1.5-3.5 hours under the condition that the pressure is 101-150KPa, and then discharging.

According to the requirements of the GB-9685 on the use limit and the migration limit of the food contact material and the additive for the product, the product meets the requirements of the regulation; according to the general safety requirements of GB-4806.1 for food contact materials and products, the product meets the requirements of the regulation.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
