The medication dispensing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the dispensing tray further comprises a dispensing head, the regulating tray has a plurality of first dispensing openings with different sizes, the dispensing head has a second dispensing opening corresponding to one of the first dispensing openings on the regulating tray and a shielding bottom surface for shielding the other first dispensing openings, the dispensing head is stacked on the regulating tray at the top, and the second dispensing opening and the first dispensing opening are stacked to form the dispensing passage.
5. A medication dispensing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein said medication intake shield mechanism is connected to an adjustment mechanism, said adjustment mechanism adjusting the position of said medication intake shield mechanism to accommodate the height of said drop tray.
6. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 5 wherein said adjustment mechanism is a rack adjustment mechanism disposed in an adjustment direction.

The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 6 wherein said rack adjustment mechanism comprises an adjustment rack, an adjustment slider and a retaining surface, the tooth surface of said rack and said retaining surface being on the same side and parallel, said adjustment slider being disposed between said adjustment rack and said retaining surface, said retaining surface retaining teeth on said adjustment slider on said tooth surface of said adjustment rack, said adjustment slider comprising a fixed portion for securing said medication intake shielding mechanism and an adjustment portion for adjusting the position, said adjustment portion comprising one or more resilient arms having teeth thereon for engaging said rack, said teeth forming pressure against said rack via said resilient arms.
8. A medication dispensing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the medication intake blocking mechanism has a medication intake blocking surface for blocking the medication intake side opening of the medication dropping channel at position b.
9. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 8 wherein the medication intake shroud further comprises a scooping edge for scooping up and down the medication at the medication intake side opening of the medication intake passage as the medication intake passage passes therethrough.
10. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the medication discharge shield mechanism has a medication discharge shield surface for shielding the medication discharge side opening of the medication discharge channel at position a.

The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 12 wherein said canister has a cylindrical inner wall, said first communicating means further having a central cylindrical portion on a medication intake side and a brim portion circumferentially attached to a peripheral side of said central cylindrical portion, said brim portion having a peripheral contour conforming to said inner wall of said canister, said sides of said central cylindrical portion and said brim portion defining an annular chute for holding medication, said chute opening on said medication intake side being in said annular chute.
14. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 13 wherein the head portion of the central cylindrical portion is a bulbous head.
15. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 13 wherein the annular drop chute is of a width to receive a single dose of medication.
16. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 12 wherein said medication inlet shutter mechanism, said medication outlet shutter mechanism and said first communication mechanism are disposed in a canister.
17. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 16 including a base plate having a canister mounting location, a third drop opening for dropping medication being provided in the canister mounting location, the canister bottom being mounted in the canister mounting location, the medication on the discharge side being allowed to drop through the third drop opening.
18. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 17 wherein the canister has a plurality of tabs on a side thereof and the base has a tab slot for engaging the tabs, the canister and base being secured in place by rotation of the tabs and tab slots.
19. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 18 wherein said barrel further comprises a touch surface, said base plate having a micro switch, said touch surface just touching said micro switch when said knob and said knob slot are rotated into position, said micro switch for controlling said stepper motor to be energized.
20. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 18 wherein said plurality of knobs includes a first knob for fool-proofing and a remaining second knob.
21. The medication dispensing apparatus of claim 20, wherein said turn-on and turn-on slots have mating alignment protrusions and alignment recesses, and wherein said alignment protrusions and said alignment recesses mate to achieve alignment when said turn-on and turn-on slots are rotated into position.
22. A smart kit characterised by comprising a medicament dispensing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 21.
23. A kit according to claim 22, comprising a hopper for collecting the falling medicament from each medicament dispensing device.
24. A smart medicine kit as claimed in claim 23, characterised in that a sensory counter is provided on the outlet of the hopper.
25. A smart medicine kit as recited in claim 22, including a camera, buttons, a processor and a storage device, the processor being configured to process modules stored in the storage device, the modules including:
