Abstract
The invention provides a rapid manufacturing method of a security document and a security document card thereof, belonging to the technical field of cards. A method for rapidly manufacturing a security document is characterized by comprising the steps of obtaining target information, forming first basic image information according to the target information, and printing the first basic image information to a preset card body in a hot melting mode to form an initial card body; and under the state of acquiring the preset identification information, performing heat transfer treatment on second basic information on a preset film layer so that the second basic information and/or the preset film layer cover the initial card body to form the certificate card body.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cards, and relates to a rapid manufacturing method of a security certificate and a certificate card thereof.
Background
The types of large-scale identity documents at present are divided into edge cards and borderless cards, and the edge cards are gradually replaced by the borderless cards because the edge cards are partially larger than the card bodies to influence the aesthetic degree of the edge cards. The manufacturing method of the large-scale identity document borderless card mainly comprises centralized manufacturing and distributed manufacturing, and the conventional centralized manufacturing method of the large-scale identity document borderless card comprises the following steps: firstly, arranging an ink absorbing layer on a basic card body, secondly, printing personal information on the ink absorbing layer through laser printing or ink-jet printing to form a personal information layer, then continuously arranging an anti-counterfeiting layer and a printing layer, finally, binding and laminating in a laminating machine, and punching and forming after laminating. The manufacturing process is inefficient and requires a large amount of manual binding and laminating wait. The method is only suitable for centralized evidence making and is not suitable for scattered evidence making. The conventional distributed manufacturing method of the large-scale identity document borderless card comprises the following steps: the identification card is made into a single card, then ink-jet printing or laser printing is carried out, and then the protective coating is hot-stamped to protect the card, or the card is protected by the protective coating. The card of this kind of mode of making the card has a short service life, and the later tectorial membrane edge is uneven not pleasing to the eye enough.

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a rapid manufacturing method of a safety certificate and a safety certificate card thereof, wherein the rapid manufacturing method has the advantages of long service life, simplicity in manufacturing and convenience for automatic production.

Compared with the prior art, the certificate card has the following advantages:
1. personal information is directly printed on the surface of the card body by adopting a hot melting technology, so that the service life of the security document card is prolonged.
2. The card making speed is fast, one machine is operated continuously, the labor cost is saved, the printing and film covering are realized, 10 cards can be discharged per minute when the cards are punched and clamped together, the card making process is simple, the making speed is fast, and meanwhile, the automatic production is convenient.
3. The printed content is rich and colorful, and spot colors, such as gold and silver, can be printed besides basic colors.
4. The protective coating can be added with anti-counterfeiting function, so that the card can be effectively prevented from being forged and the pattern can be effectively prevented from being tampered.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows:

In this step, an embodiment is enumerated in which, in actual operation, a predetermined card body is first placed in the card feeder, the predetermined card body being a recognizable card base, which may be a chip card or a chipless card. The first basic pattern information may include personal identification information, photo information, etc. by thermally fusing to a predetermined card body to form an initial card body, with the predetermined card body in a printing state. Further, the first base pattern may also be a gold pattern or a silver pattern. When the first basic pattern information is the personal identity information, the photo information and other common colorful patterns, the hot melting printing ribbon at least comprises a hot melting glue layer, a colorful layer and a release layer. When the first base pattern information is a gold pattern or a silver pattern, the hot-melt printing ribbon at least includes a hot-melt adhesive layer, a color layer, a release layer, and an aluminum plated layer. If the certificate card body needs double-sided printing, the surface of the card body without recorded information is in a film covering state again, and the step is repeatedly executed to realize double-sided printing.
And step S30, cutting the certificate card body to form the safety certificate card, and punching the card body to form a cavity or chamfer.
In a further preferred embodiment, in the method for rapidly manufacturing a security document, the predetermined film layer is provided with anti-counterfeiting information. For example, the predetermined film layer may include a laser anti-counterfeiting pattern, or may include a liquid crystal pattern and a fluorescent pattern. The main structure of the membrane is a three-layer structure, namely: comprises a release layer, a coloring layer and a thermal transfer glue layer.
In this embodiment: personal information is directly printed on the surface of the card body by adopting a hot melting technology, so that the service life of the security document card is prolonged. The card punching machine can be operated by one machine, has high card making speed, saves labor cost, can print and film, can discharge 10 cards per minute when punching and clamping are connected, has simple card making process and high making speed, and is convenient for automatic production. Hot melt printing is rich in color and can print spot colors, such as gold and silver, in addition to the base colors. The protective coating can be added with anti-counterfeiting function, so that the card can be effectively prevented from being forged and the pattern can be effectively prevented from being tampered.

As shown in fig. 2, the certificate card comprises a card body 1, wherein a card information layer 2 formed by hot melt printing is arranged on the card body 1, and a protective coating 3 is thermoprinted on the card information layer 2. The protective coating 3 is made of polyurethane resin or acrylic resin, and the protective coating 3 and the card information layer 2 are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. The card information layer 3 in the certificate card is attached to the card body 1 through thermal fusion printer, and the arrangement of the protective coating 3 further isolates and protects the card information layer.
The thickness of the card body 1 is 0.8-1.2 microns, the thickness of the card information layer 2 is 0.1-0.5 microns, the thickness of the protective coating 3 is 1.5-5 microns, and the thickness of the certificate card is thinner and light in weight, so that the manufacturing cost of the certificate card is reduced.

This embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 2 described above, except that: as shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the protective coating layer 3 and the card information layer 2 are provided on both the front and back surfaces of the card body 1.

Claims (9)
1. A method of rapid manufacture of a security document, comprising:
acquiring target information, forming first basic image information according to the target information, and printing the first basic pattern information to a preset card body in a hot melting mode to form an initial card body;
and under the state of acquiring the preset identification information, performing heat transfer treatment on second basic information on a preset film layer so that the second basic information and/or the preset film layer cover the initial card body to form the certificate card body.
2. A method of rapid production of a security document according to claim 1, further comprising:
and cutting the certificate card body to form the safety certificate card.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined film layer carries security information.
