The card information layer 3 and the protective coating 4 in the certificate card are sequentially attached to the card body 1 through the ink printer, and firstly, the ink printer adopts solid odorless environment-friendly materials, so that the certificate card is free from peculiar smell and environment-friendly during field manufacturing, and meets the requirement of field certificate making; secondly, the card information layer 3 and the protective coating 4 are both formed by directly printing through the same ink-water printer, so that the certificate making efficiency is obviously improved, the ink-water printer has higher printing speed, the certificate making efficiency is further improved, more than 10 certificates can be made per minute, and the on-site certificate making requirement of large conference certificates can be met; the arrangement of the bottom coating 2 enables the water-based ink to be better absorbed, the card information layer 3 is firmly fixed on the bottom coating 2, the card information layer 3 is not easy to be damaged or tampered, and the arrangement of the protective coating 4 further isolates and protects the card information layer.
The thickness of the card body 1 is 0.8-1.2 microns, the thickness of the bottom coating layer 2 is 0.01-0.5 microns, the thickness of the card information layer 3 is 0.1-0.5 microns, and the thickness of the protective coating layer 4 is 1.5-5 microns.
The certificate card has the following manufacturing process:
a. putting a card body 1 into a card feeder in an ink printer, wherein the surface of the card body 1 is provided with a bottom coating, the bottom coating 2 can absorb water-based ink and has better color fastness, and the card body 1 can be a chip card or a chipless card;
b. the card body 1 enters a card entering area of the ink printer, the ink printer performs ink jet printing on the card body 1 to form personalized information and a card information layer 3, and the personalized information comprises photo information or/and personal information;
c. the card body printed by the card information layer 3 enters a film covering area of the ink-jet printer, a cursor is arranged on a transfer film of the film covering area, and after the cursor is read, a protective coating 4 on the transfer film is transferred to the surface of the card body 1 in a hot stamping mode. If the card body 1 needs to be printed on two sides, the card body 1 is sent back to the card area through the turnover mechanism to be printed again and then coated with a film, and the card body 1 can be directly discharged without printing on two sides.
d. The card body 1 is punched or chamfered by the card punching device.
e. The protective coating 4 can contain laser anti-counterfeiting patterns, liquid crystal and fluorescent patterns, or only a transparent coating, the protective coating 4 is of a three-layer structure, and the protective coating 4 comprises a release layer 41, a coloring layer 42 and a thermal transfer glue layer 43.

This embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 2 described above, except that: as shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, a protective coating layer 4, a card information layer 3, and an undercoat layer 2 are provided on both the front and back sides of a card body 1.

acquiring target information, forming basic image information according to the target information, and carrying out ink-jet printing on the basic pattern information to a preset card body to form an initial card body; wherein the predetermined card body surface is provided with a primer layer,
and under the state of acquiring the preset identification information, performing heat transfer treatment on a preset film layer to enable the preset film layer to cover the initial card body so as to form the certificate card body.

8. A conference certificate card as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the protective coating (4) is made of polyurethane resin or acrylic resin.
9. A conference certificate card as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the protective coating (4) is provided with a security information pattern.
10. The conference document card according to claim 3, wherein the protective coating (4) comprises a release layer (41), a coloring layer (42) and a thermal transfer adhesive layer (43) arranged in sequence from outside to inside.
