Abstract
The invention discloses a positioning welding mask machine which comprises a rack, a positioning welding assembly, a controller, a transmission assembly and a pattern recognition assembly, wherein the transmission assembly and the pattern recognition assembly are used for transmitting cloth to the positioning welding assembly, the transmission assembly and the pattern recognition assembly are arranged on the rack, the positioning welding assembly comprises a fixed seat, a roller arranged on the fixed seat, a motor connected with the roller and an ultrasonic vibrator arranged at the bottom of the fixed seat and used for welding the cloth on the roller, the pattern recognition assembly is used for recognizing patterns printed by the cloth on the transmission assembly and outputting distance position information to the controller, and the controller adjusts the rotating speed of the motor according to the distance position information. The invention realizes accurate welding aiming at the cloth printed with patterns.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mask production, and particularly relates to a mask positioning and welding machine.
Background
At present, most mask machines produce masks without printed patterns, and masks with printed patterns have high requirements on welding positions in the production process, and the welding positions do not greatly influence the production quality. The existing mask machine has the problem that the welding position is inaccurate easily in the production process of masks with printed patterns.

Preferably, the cloth comprises an outer cloth and at least an inner cloth.
Preferably, the outer cloth of one layer comprises a welding area and a blank area, and the welding area is printed with patterns.

The invention discloses a positioning welding mask machine, which comprises a rack 10, a positioning welding assembly 40, a controller (not shown), a transmission assembly 20 and a pattern recognition assembly 30, wherein the transmission assembly 20 and the pattern recognition assembly 30 are used for transmitting cloth 300 to the positioning welding assembly 40, the transmission assembly 20 and the pattern recognition assembly 30 are both arranged on the rack 10, the positioning welding assembly comprises a fixed seat 42, a roller 41 arranged on the fixed seat 42, a motor 50 connected with the roller 41 and an ultrasonic vibrator 43 arranged at the bottom of the fixed seat 42 and used for welding the cloth 300 on the roller 41, the pattern recognition assembly 30 is used for recognizing patterns printed by the cloth 300 on the transmission assembly 20 and outputting distance position information to the controller, and the controller adjusts the rotating speed of the motor 50 according to the distance position information. The invention discloses a mask positioning and welding machine, which is one of welding processes for realizing mask production, aiming at cloth printed with patterns, the rotating speed of a motor can be adjusted according to the pattern position in a cloth welding area so as to realize corresponding accurate welding. Wherein the pattern recognition component comprises a color patch sensor; the motor includes a servo motor or a stepping motor, and it should be noted that the "motor" in this application refers to a driving mechanism capable of being adjusted by a controller, such as a dc motor, an ac motor, a hydraulic motor, and the like.
As shown in fig. 3, preferably, the roller 41 is provided with a convex portion X; the cloth comprises an outer cloth and at least an inner cloth. The outer cloth of one layer comprises a welding area N and a blank area M, and the welding area N is printed with patterns, such as a first pattern 302 and a second pattern 301; the welding positioning assembly is used for realizing the positioning welding of the outer layer cloth printed with the pattern and the inner layer cloth when the pattern in the welding area N in the outer layer cloth printed with the pattern passes through the convex part X of the roller 41; the mask with double layers or more than double layers is formed, and the protection and the safety are higher.
In the above embodiment, the pattern recognition assembly 30 is used for recognizing the pattern printed on the cloth 300 passing through the transmission assembly 20 and outputting distance and position information to the controller, and the controller adjusts the rotation speed of the motor 50 according to the distance and position information. The pattern recognition component comprises a color code sensor or a vision positioning system; specifically, as shown in fig. 3, P is the rotation direction of the roller 41, Z represents the transmission direction of the cloth, M represents the blank area of the cloth, and N represents the welding area of the cloth; the second pattern 301 and the first pattern 302 are both located in the welding region N; the positioning welding principle is as follows: the color mark sensor reads a color point of a pattern on the cloth, because the distance between the pattern recognition component 30 and the roller 41 is a fixed value, the distance position information between the pattern and the roller 41 can be obtained, the distance position information is sent to the controller, and based on that the proximity switch 100 is arranged on the side surface of the initial position of the welding pattern of the roller 41, when the roller reaches the initial position, the proximity switch 100 reads the initial welding position data on the roller and calculates the running speed of the motor at the same time, because the outer diameter of the roller 41 and the length of the welding area N are known, the required position of the welding area N can be obtained by calculation, so that the welding area on the roller 41 reaches the specified position at the same time when the pattern in the outer layer of cloth reaches the specified position, and the positioning welding is realized; the welding mode is ultrasonic welding, ultrasonic waves are emitted by the ultrasonic vibrator 43 positioned on the fixed seat 42, when the pattern of the welding area is contacted with the ultrasonic vibrator 43, high-frequency friction between contact surfaces does not generate a large amount of heat, the material is melted to enable the outer layer cloth with the pattern to be adhered with the inner layer cloth, and after the material leaves the welding part, the temperature is rapidly reduced to enable the material to be solidified. In the above principle, the distance position information indicates the distance between the color point identified in the pattern and the roll 41.
For example, the present invention employs a motor, so that the rotation speed of the motor can be adjusted, for example: the circumference of the roller is 300mm, the welding area N is 200mm, the blank area M is 100mm, the area of the cloth printed with patterns is 200mm, and the blank between every two patterns is 50 mm. After one-time welding is finished, the controller can adjust the rotating speed of the motor according to the distance position information, the speed ratio between the roller and the cloth at the pattern position is 1:1, the rotating speed between the welding roller and the surface material at the blank position is adjusted to be 2:1, and further the next-time welding can still be carried out at the required position according to the requirement.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, it preferably further includes a first gear 52, a second gear 53 engaged with the first gear 52, a first rotating shaft and a coupling 51, the main shaft of the motor 50 is connected to one end of the first rotating shaft through the coupling 51, the other end of the first rotating shaft is connected to the first gear 52, and the second gear 53 is connected to the roller 41; the preferred embodiment specifies the connection between the roller 41 and the motor, which ensures transmission stability by the engagement of two gears.
As shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner further comprises a fan assembly, wherein the fan assembly comprises a first fan 54 and a second fan 55, and the first fan and the second fan are both arranged on the fixed base; the surface temperature of the cloth is quickly cooled after welding.
As shown in fig. 2, the pressing device further includes a first sliding block 251, a second sliding block 250, a first pressing handle and a second pressing handle, wherein the left and right sides of the fixing seat are respectively provided with a first groove 45 and a second groove 44, the first sliding block 251 can move up and down in the first groove 45, the second sliding block 250 can move up and down in the second groove 44, the first pressing handle 49 is disposed on the first sliding block 251, and the second pressing handle 48 is disposed on the second sliding block 250. As shown in fig. 5, a first spring 252 and a second spring 253 are further included, the first spring 252 is disposed between the bottom of the first sliding block 251 and the bottom of the first groove 45, and the second spring 253 is disposed between the bottom of the second sliding block 250 and the bottom of the second groove 44. This preferred embodiment is based on first spring, the setting of second spring, realizes the automatic re-setting between two sliding blocks. The roller 41 is provided between the first slider and the second slider.
