Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an initial state, three first arc-shaped shielding plates 4 are in an opened state. When three unfolded first arc-shaped protection plates 4 need to be stacked, a motor shaft of a first motor 13 coaxially rotates in a reverse direction to drive a first gear 18 to rotate, the first gear 18 is meshed with a rack 12 to drive the rack 12 to slide along the length direction of a chute 14, the rack 12 drives the uppermost first arc-shaped protection plate 4 to slide along the length direction of a connecting rod 10 towards a direction of a fixed frame 2, when a second limiting block 7 (refer to fig. 5) of the uppermost first arc-shaped protection plate 4, a middle second limiting block 7 and a bottommost second limiting block 7 are abutted against each other, a connecting block 26 of an uppermost extension plate 24 is abutted against a connecting groove 25 of a middle extension plate 24, and a connecting block 26 of the middle extension plate 24 is abutted against a connecting groove 25 of the bottommost extension plate 24, at the moment, the first motor 13 is closed, the three first arc-shaped protection plates 4 are in an upper-lower stacked state, so that an operator can conveniently place an annular forging, meanwhile, workers can clean the working environment inside the ring rolling mill conveniently, and the working efficiency of operators is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, a second driving assembly 28 for the second arc-shaped protection plate 5 to slide along the arc-shaped path direction of the fixing frame 2 is arranged on the fixing frame 2, the second driving assembly 28 includes a second motor 29, a second gear 30, a third gear 31, a chain 32 and a traction block 33, the second motor 29 is horizontally fixed on the inner side wall of the top end of the fixing frame 2, the second gear 30 is fixedly connected on the same shaft of a motor shaft of the second motor 29, and the third gear 31 is installed at one end of the fixing frame 2 far away from the first arc-shaped protection plate 4. The chain 32 is sleeved on the second gear 30 and the third gear 31, inner side teeth of the chain 32 are meshed with the second gear 30 and the third gear 31, the chain 32 is arranged along the arc direction of the fixing frame 2, and an arc formed by the chain 32 is coaxial with the fixing frame 2. The fixing frame 2 is provided with two mounting rods 34, the two mounting rods 34 are uniformly distributed along the arc direction of the chain 32, one end of each mounting rod 34 far away from the fixing frame 2 is respectively provided with a limiting roller 35 towards the two sides of the chain 32, and the limiting rollers 35 are mutually abutted with the side surfaces of the chain 32; when the chain 32 moves, the limiting roller 35 abuts against the chain 32, so that the tension of the chain 32 is increased, and the phenomenon that the chain 32 is loosened in the moving process is avoided.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, a sliding rail 36 is arranged on the inner side wall of the fixed frame 2 close to the first arc-shaped protection plate 4 at the lowest layer, the cross section of the sliding rail 36 is arranged in a cross shape, two side surfaces of the sliding rail 36 are arranged in an arc shape, the length direction of the sliding rail 36 is arranged along the arc direction of the fixed frame 2, and the length direction of the sliding rail 36 is consistent with the arc direction of the chain 32. The side wall of the extension plate 24 close to the fixed frame 2 is provided with a sliding plate 37, the sliding plate 37 is horizontally arranged, two sliding rollers 38 are arranged on the sliding plate 37 close to two sides of the sliding rail 36, and taking one side of the sliding rail 36 as an example, the two sliding rollers 38 on the side are positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the protruding part of the sliding rail 36, so that the extension plate 24 can move along the arc-shaped path direction of the sliding rail 36. The traction block 33 is fixedly connected to the chain 32 on the side close to the sliding plate 37, and one end of the traction block 33 is fixedly connected with one end of the sliding plate 37 far away from the extension plate 24; when the second motor 29 is driven, the first arc-shaped shielding plate 4 slides along the length direction of the sliding rail 36.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an initial state, three first arc-shaped shielding plates 4 are in a deployed state. In the initial state, the three second arc-shaped protection plates 5 and the first arc-shaped protection plate 4 are all unfolded. When the annular forged piece is taken away from the ring rolling machine tool, the second motor 29 needs to be started, a motor shaft of the second motor 29 coaxially drives the second gear 30 to rotate anticlockwise, the driving chain 32 moves along the arc-shaped path direction of the fixed frame 2, and the traction block 33 on the chain 32 also pulls the extension plate 24 to slide towards the direction of the first arc-shaped protection plate 4, so that the second arc-shaped protection plate 5 is placed in the arc-shaped cavity 19, and the forged annular forged piece is taken out; meanwhile, cleaning and tidying of the interior of the ring rolling machine are facilitated for workers.
