Claims (10)

1. A forceps cleaning device, comprising: the device comprises a motor (9), a liquid collecting funnel (10), a cleaning disc (11), a driving shaft (13), a driven shaft (12) and a cleaning hole piston (14);
the driven shaft (12) and the cleaning hole piston (14) are arranged in the liquid collecting funnel (10); the top end of the liquid collecting funnel (10) is sleeved at the bottom of the cleaning disc (11), and the driving shaft (13) penetrates into the liquid collecting funnel (10).

The forceps cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein the side wall of the driving shaft (13) is provided with a driving key (15) arranged along the axial direction of the driving shaft (13); the driven shaft (12) is provided with an active connecting hole, and the active connecting hole is provided with an active key slot (16) matched with the active key (15);
the driving shaft (13) is sleeved with a spring and a spring clamping sleeve (21), one end of the spring is abutted to the reducing structure at the bottom of the liquid collecting funnel (10), the other end of the spring is abutted to one end of the spring clamping sleeve (21), and the other end of the spring clamping sleeve (21) is abutted to the reducing structure on the side wall of the driven shaft (12).

The tweezers cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein the body of said collection funnel (10) is a downward pointing conical structure; a liquid discharge conduit (19) with a lateral opening is arranged at the tip of the conical surface of the liquid collection funnel (10), and a through hole is arranged at the axis; the driving shaft (13) penetrates through the through hole and is connected with the driven shaft (12).

The forceps cleaning device according to claim 5 or 6, further comprising a box body, wherein the box body is provided with a cleaning part and a control part (8), the motor (9), the liquid collecting funnel (10), the cleaning disc (11), the driving shaft (13), the driven shaft (12) and the cleaning hole piston (14) are all arranged in the cleaning part, and the liquid drainage conduit (19) penetrates out of the box body;
the control part (8) is used for controlling the operation of the cleaning part and displaying the working state of the tweezers cleaning device; the box is equipped with motor ventilation hole (6) and control portion ventilation hole (5).
8. The tweezers cleaning device according to claim 7, wherein a top cover (1) is provided on the top of the cleaning part, said top cover (1) being hinged to the housing; the box body corresponding to the rear part of the cleaning part is provided with a detachable sliding cover (4).

the cleaning method comprises the following steps:
s1, putting the tweezers into the cleaning holes of the cleaning disc (11);
s2, adding cleaning liquid into the cleaning disc (11);
s3, starting a motor (9), and cleaning the tweezers through the rotation of the cleaning disc (11);
s4, turning off the motor (9), and pressing the top of the driven shaft (12) downwards;
and S5, discharging the cleaning liquid from the liquid collecting funnel (10).
